In the threading step, stitch patterns of the jacquard guide bar JB1, the jacquard guide bar JB2, the jacquard guide bar JB3 and the jacquard guide bar JB4 are changed to overlap coil extension lines, so that the concave-convex touch feeling and the visual feeling of the engraving effect are enhanced.
The sandwich screen cloth is woven by the high-speed jacquard machine with the double needle beds, the three-dimensional engraving jacquard 11 is woven by the threading change of the guide bar and the local miss stitch process, so that the screen cloth has good air permeability, wrinkle resistance and shape retention, the 3D stereoscopic impression is strong, the engraving effect is strong, the air permeability of the screen cloth in the prior art is poor, obvious concave-convex touch and visual sense do not exist, the concave-convex embossment effect is only achieved, and the technical difficulties such as the engraving effect do not exist.
