In the present invention, the cyclone-type automatic adsorbent filling apparatus comprises:

Preferably, in the cyclone-type automatic sorbent filling device provided by the invention, the feeding and conveying channel comprises a soft hose channel, a hard feeding barrel and a connecting clamp for realizing the butt joint of the hose channel and the feeding barrel.
Preferably, in the cyclone-type automatic adsorbent filling device provided by the present invention, the distribution plate has a disc structure, the first pair of ports and the second pair of ports are disposed on the upper side surface of the distribution plate, and the distribution holes are uniformly distributed on the lower side surface of the distribution plate.
Preferably, in the cyclone-type automatic adsorbent filling device provided by the present invention, the first pair of interfaces and the second pair of interfaces are both of pipe orifice structures; the second pair of interfaces is sleeved in the first pair of interfaces, and the outer side walls of the second pair of interfaces and the inner side walls of the first pair of interfaces are arranged at intervals and form a material distributing gap; the gas channel passes through the first pair of ports and is butted with the second pair of ports at the outer side of the first pair of ports.
Preferably, in the cyclone-type automatic adsorbent filling device provided by the invention, the distribution plate is provided with a plurality of distribution plates, and the diameters of all the distribution plates are different.
Preferably, in the cyclone-type automatic adsorbent filling apparatus provided by the present invention, a compressed gas metering and conveying device is disposed at the beginning end of the gas passage for continuous and stable supply of compressed gas.
Preferably, in the cyclone-type automatic sorbent filling device provided by the invention, a protective casing is further included, and the protective casing covers the feed conveying channel and the gas channel.
Preferably, in the cyclone-type automatic adsorbent filling apparatus provided by the present invention, a reinforcing device is further included for stabilizing the gas passage with respect to the feed conveying passage and/or the protective casing.
Preferably, in the cyclone-type automatic adsorbent filling device provided by the invention, the hose passage is a canvas hose passage; the feeding cylinder is a metal feeding cylinder or a plastic feeding cylinder.
Preferably, in the cyclone-type automatic adsorbent filling device provided by the invention, the reinforcing device is made of a transparent hard material.

The invention provides an automatic cyclone adsorbent filling device which comprises a feeding conveying channel, an air channel and a material distribution disc, wherein the feeding conveying channel is of a multi-section structure and is adjustable in length, the air channel is used for realizing the air conveying of the air channel, and the material distribution disc can realize the mixing of particle fillers and compressed air and the filling of the particle fillers. According to the invention, through the structural design, the feeding and conveying channel is adopted to convey the granular fillers into the material distribution disc, the gas channel is adopted to convey the compressed gas into the material distribution disc, and the compressed gas has a blowing effect on the granular fillers, so that dust scraps on the surfaces of the granular fillers are blown off, and the cleanness degree of the granular fillers is improved. In addition, the particle filler can be compacted by the blowing action of the compressed gas on the particle filler, and the compressed gas is involved in the filling of the particle filler, so that the filling compactness of the particle filler is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the invention also has the advantages of simple structure, reasonable design, stable operation, convenient and reliable use and the like.

The embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an automatic cyclone-type adsorbent filling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The invention provides an automatic filling device of cyclone adsorbent, which is arranged at the tail end of a filling system of gas product particle filler.
In the invention, the cyclone type adsorbent automatic filling device comprises the following components:
1. feeding conveying channel for conveying granular filler
In order to make the invention applicable to different series (different heights) of filling containers, the invention proposes the following structural optimization for the feed conveyor channel: the feeding and conveying channel comprises a soft hose channel 5, a hard feeding barrel 6 and a connecting clamp for realizing butt joint of the hose channel 5 and the feeding barrel 6. The hose channel 5 can realize the adjustment of the overall length of the feeding and conveying channel, for example, the length of the hose channel 5 can be increased, and the overall length of the hose channel 5 and the feeding cylinder 6 is greater than the designed length of the feeding and conveying channel in the natural extension state of the hose channel 5, so that the length of the hose channel 5 can be shortened by stacking the hose channel 5 into a structural form similar to a corrugated pipe, and thus, the requirement of short-distance filler conveying can be met, and the normal conveying of the filler cannot be influenced.
The invention also particularly provides a connecting hoop which is used for realizing the connection of the hose channel 5 and the feeding cylinder 6, and particularly, two ends of the connecting hoop are of cylindrical structures and can be respectively sleeved with the hose channel 5 and the feeding cylinder 6 and then locked through an annular hoop (a fixing workpiece with an annular structure), so that the hose channel 5 and the feeding cylinder 6 can be fixedly connected.
The filler of the adsorption type gas product is generally particle filler, and the feeding conveying channel provided by the invention is a pipeline device for conveying the particle filler, so that the feeding conveying channel has certain wear resistance, and the longer service life of the feeding conveying channel is ensured. Specifically, the hose passage 5 is preferably made of canvas, and the feed cylinder 6 is preferably made of plastic, but the feed cylinder 6 may be made of metal (e.g., aluminum profile).
2. Gas channel 1 for carrying out gas supply
In the traditional filler conveying mode, only one pipeline is arranged and is used for conveying the filler independently. The invention provides in particular a gas channel 1 for the realization of a gas (further compressed gas or high-pressure gas).
The gas channel 1 and the feeding conveying channel operate independently, namely the gas channel 1 is used for conveying gas independently, and the feeding conveying channel is used for conveying seasoning independently.
The preferred arrangement of the gas channel 1 and the feed conveying channel is as follows: the gas channel 1 is arranged outside the feed conveyor channel. Of course, in another embodiment of the invention, the gas channel 1 may be arranged inside the feed conveyor channel.
In the present invention, the gas passage 1 is preferably a hose structure having a certain pressure-bearing capacity, which facilitates wiring when the gas passage 1 is installed. Of course, the gas channel 1 may also be designed by a metal pipeline structure, so that the service life and the pressure-bearing capacity of the gas channel 1 can be improved.
3. A divide charging tray 2 for realizing that granule class packs and packs
The distributing tray 2 is a component for realizing the dispersion and filling of the granular fillers in the invention. The general structure of the distributing tray 2 is as follows: the inside of the material distribution disc 2 is provided with a space as a material distribution cavity, in a use state, the lower side surface of the material distribution disc 2 is a material distribution surface, a plurality of material distribution holes are formed in the material distribution surface, a first pair of interfaces 3 and a second pair of interfaces 4 which are communicated with the material distribution cavity are formed in the material distribution disc 2, the first pair of interfaces 3 are connected with the feeding conveying channel and used for feeding the particle fillers into the material distribution cavity, and the second pair of interfaces 4 are connected with the gas channel 1 and can convey compressed gas to the material distribution cavity and be used for improving the filling speed of the particle fillers to realize filling and compacting of the particle fillers.
Furthermore, the material distribution disc 2 is of a disc structure, specifically, a disc structure, a first pair of interfaces 3 and a second pair of interfaces 4 are arranged on the upper side surface of the material distribution disc 2, and material distribution holes are uniformly distributed on the lower side surface of the material distribution disc 2.
Further, the first pair of ports 3 and the second pair of ports 4 are both of a nozzle structure, preferably a circular nozzle structure. The second pair of interfaces 4 is sleeved in the first pair of interfaces 3, the first pair of interfaces 3 are of a circular opening structure with a larger diameter, the second pair of interfaces 4 are of a circular opening structure with a smaller diameter, and the second pair of interfaces 4 are used for fixing the support arms which are transversely arranged on the first pair of interfaces 3. The outer side walls of the second pair of interfaces 4 and the inner side walls of the first pair of interfaces 3 are arranged at intervals and form material distributing gaps; the gas channel 1 passes through the first pair of ports 3 outside the first pair of ports 3 to be interfaced with the second pair of ports 4. Of course, the first pair of interfaces 3 and the second pair of interfaces 4 may be arranged independently.
In order to enable the invention to be applied to different series (different calibers, or different cross-sectional diameters of bottle bodies) of filling containers, the invention is provided with a plurality of distributing trays 2, the diameters of all the distributing trays 2 are different, but the structural sizes of the first pair of interfaces 3 and the second pair of interfaces 4 on the distributing trays 2 are not changed.
In traditional natural filling mode, there will be great clearance (gap) between the granule class filler, and granule class filler surface can carry a large amount of dust pieces (play lubricated effect after filling), will cause like this to pack not compact, the filler problem that sinks to appear. According to the invention, through the structural design, the feeding and conveying channel is adopted to convey the granular fillers into the material distribution disc 2, the gas channel 1 is adopted to convey the compressed gas into the material distribution disc 2, and the compressed gas has a blowing effect on the granular fillers, so that dust scraps on the surfaces of the granular fillers are blown off, and the cleanness degree of the granular fillers is improved. In addition, the particle filler can be compacted by the blowing action of the compressed gas on the particle filler, and the compressed gas is involved in the filling of the particle filler, so that the filling compactness of the particle filler is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the invention also has the advantages of simple structure, reasonable design, stable operation, convenient and reliable use and the like.
The invention is provided with a compressed gas metering and conveying device at the initial end of a gas channel 1 and is used for continuously and stably supplying compressed gas.
Further, the invention also provides a protective shell 7, the protective shell 7 can be made of transparent plastics, and the protective shell 7 is covered on the outer sides of the feeding conveying channel and the gas channel 1 and used for protecting the feeding conveying channel and the gas channel 1, and meanwhile, the relative stability between the structures of the feeding conveying channel and the gas channel 1 can be improved.
The invention also provides reinforcement means for achieving a stabilization of the gas channel 1 with respect to the feed conveyor channel and/or the protective casing 7. In the invention, the reinforcing device can be a hoop, and the gas channel 1 is fixed on the feeding conveying channel through the reinforcing device, so that the gas channel 1 and the feeding conveying channel are bound with each other.
Through the structural design, after the automatic cyclone type adsorbent filling device provided by the invention is put into use, the filling uniformity and compactness of the adsorbent (granular filler) of related types of gas products can be improved to a greater extent, the running stability of the whole filling system can be ensured, the after-sale service cost is reduced, and the market share of the gas products in related fields is improved.
The innovation points of the invention are as follows:
1. a hose channel 5 with a soft canvas structure and a feeding cylinder 6 with a hard structure are designed and connected and fixed through a connecting clamp, so that a feeding transmission channel applicable to different series of filling container heights is formed;
2. a matched compressed gas metering and conveying device is designed on the gas channel 1 to ensure continuous and stable supply of compressed gas;
3. designing a compressed gas channel 1 which penetrates through the whole feeding channel to the lower distributing plate and a tail end gas distributing device, wherein the compressed gas channel 1 and the tail end gas distributing device are used for enabling compressed gas to serve as power sources for uniform distribution;
4. the rope and the fixing device of the compressed gas channel 1 pipe are designed, so that the stability and the reliability of gas delivery are ensured, and a gas pipeline has no drift.
5. The distributing plates with different diameters are designed for uniformly distributing the adsorbent which reaches the distributing plates through the conveying channel all around.
