FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an auxiliary device for screw fixation provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure; FIG. 2 is an exploded view of an auxiliary device for screw fixation provided by embodiments of the present disclosure; fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an auxiliary device for screw fixation according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an auxiliary device for screw fixation according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a sleeve 100, the sleeve 100 having a hollow inner cavity filled with a protective agent, a front end 110 of the sleeve 100 being used for mounting a screw head and having a flow channel 200 communicating with the hollow inner cavity, and a rear end 120 of the sleeve 100 being connectable to a rotation end of a screw driving tool and enabling the sleeve 100 to rotate synchronously with the rotation end. Wherein the protective agent can flow to the screw side through the flow passage 200 when the sleeve rod 100 is rotated.
In practical application, the outer shell of the air conditioner outdoor unit is made of metal materials for powder spraying and paint spraying, and is fixed together by screws. When the screw is fixed, the surface of the screw head is extruded by the torque gun, and the anticorrosive coating is damaged, so that the screw is rusted under the action of moisture, rainwater and the like, and the appearance of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is influenced to be refined. In addition, the screw corrodes under the severe condition, causes failure state easily to appear its fracture inefficacy's problem, and then influence the security of air lift off-premises station, because the effect of corrosion, the screw is also inconvenient to detach and change, seriously influences the efficiency of reprocessing. In response to this, the present application provides an auxiliary device for screw fixation, which is used for improving the reliable connection between a screw and a component to be fixed, improving the problem that a screw protective layer is easy to slip due to rusting caused by extrusion friction damage of a rotating force, screw breakage and rusting, and ensuring the reliability and service durability of an air conditioner external unit.
Alternatively, after the screw head is mounted to the front end 110 of the shank 100 and the rear end 120 of the shank 100 is coupled to the rotating end of the screw driving tool, the screw may be aligned where it is desired to be secured and secured using the screw driving tool. Because the front end of the sleeve rod 100 is provided with the flow channel 200 communicated with the hollow inner cavity, in the process that the sleeve rod 100 rotates synchronously with the screwing tool of the screw to fix the screw, the protective agent filled in the hollow inner cavity can flow to one side where the screw is located through the flow channel 200 and can be distributed on the surface of the screw. Therefore, in the process of fixing the screw, the protective coating can be formed on the surface of the screw, even if the original protective layer on the surface of the screw is damaged, the protective coating formed after the protective agent flows to the surface of the screw through the flow channel 200 can further protect the screw so as to prevent the screw from being corroded or rusted after the screw is fixed, and therefore the service life of the screw and the reliability and durability of the screw in the using process can be improved.
Alternatively, the protective agent can be preservative oil, preferably preservative oil with medium viscosity index of 100-170. Alternatively, the protective agent may be a corrosion resistant paint. Alternatively, the repellent may be an abrasion resistant medium. Alternatively, the protectant may be an oxidation resistant coating. Alternatively, the repellent may be an anti-tarnish medium. Alternatively, the repellent may be a lubricating oil.
Optionally, the loop bar 100 is made of carbon steel and is plated to improve the wear resistance and the aesthetic property of the loop bar 100.
Optionally, in order to improve the stable connection between the screw and the front end 110 of the sleeve rod 100, the front end of the sleeve rod 100 is magnetized, so that the front end 110 of the sleeve rod 100 has a certain magnetic attraction capacity for the screw, and the screw is prevented from falling off, so as to avoid affecting the assembly progress of the screw.
By adopting the auxiliary device for fixing the screw, when the screw screwing tool drives the sleeve rod to synchronously rotate so as to screw the screw into the to-be-fixed part, the protective agent flows to the screw side from the hollow inner cavity via the flow channel and is distributed on the surface of the screw to form a new protective coating, so that the screw is effectively protected, and the corrosion resistance and the safety in the using process of the screw are improved.
Optionally, the front end 110 of the loop bar 100 is provided with a mounting groove 111 detachably connected with the screw head, and the flow channel 200 is provided on the bottom wall of the mounting groove 111 to communicate at least the inner cavity and the mounting groove 111.
Optionally, in order to further improve the protection effect on the screw head and improve the stable fit of the screw with the front end 110 of the sleeve rod 100, the front end 110 of the sleeve rod 100 is provided with a mounting groove 111, and the screw head can be placed in the mounting groove 111, so that the mounting groove 111 wraps the screw head. Thus, when the loop bar 100 rotates synchronously along with the screw screwing device, the screw head is transmitted by the uniform torque force of the mounting groove 111, and the protective layer on the surface of the screw can be effectively prevented from being damaged due to the uneven extrusion force on the surface of the screw.
Optionally, the flow channel 200 is opened on the bottom wall of the mounting groove 111 for communicating the inner cavity and the mounting groove 111. In this way, the protective agent filled in the hollow inner cavity can flow into the mounting groove 111 along the flow channel 200, and can be distributed on the surface of the screw head, and can also be distributed on the surface of other parts of the screw in an extending way, so that a protective coating is formed, and further protection effect on the screw is achieved.
Optionally, the end of the mounting groove 111 facing the opening of the screw head may be rounded to prevent scratching of the screw.
Fig. 4 is a partially enlarged schematic view of an auxiliary device for screw fixation provided by the embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the flow channel 200 includes a micro-groove flow channel 210, or includes a drainage channel 220, or includes a micro-groove flow channel 210 and a drainage channel 220. The micro channel flow path 210 is disposed on the bottom wall of the mounting groove 111. The drainage channel 220 is formed to extend along the sidewall of the mounting groove 111, and the drainage channel 220 is configured in a semicircular open type structure.
Alternatively, the cross-sectional shape of the micro-groove flow channel 210 may be triangular, circular, or polygonal. Preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the micro-groove flow channel 210 is circular, so that a dead flowing angle of the protective agent at the bending position of the micro-groove flow channel 210 can be avoided, the flowing resistance of the protective agent in the flowing process can be reduced, and the flowing smoothness of the protective agent is ensured.
Alternatively, the drainage channel 220 is formed to extend along the sidewall of the mounting groove 111, and the drainage channel 220 is configured in a semicircular open structure. Thus, under the condition that the screw head is placed in the mounting groove 111, the mounting groove 111 wraps the screw head, at the moment, the drainage channel 220 is formed on the side wall of the mounting groove 111, when the loop bar 100 rotates synchronously along with the screw screwing device, the protective agent flows along the drainage channel 220 and can be in direct contact with the screw head of the screw, so that protective layers can be formed on all sides of the screw head, the screw is effectively protected, in addition, the protective agent can also flow to the surface of the rod part of the screw along the surface of the screw head to form the protective layers, the screw is protected, and the corrosion resistance and the safety in the using process of the screw are improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the auxiliary device for screw fixation further includes an absorption layer 300. The absorption layer 300 is disposed in the hollow inner cavity of the sleeve rod 100, covers the flow channel 200, and absorbs the protective agent, and is pressurized when the sleeve rod 100 rotates to transfer the protective agent to the flow channel 200.
In the using process, when the auxiliary device for screw fixation is in a static state, the adsorption layer 300 can absorb the protective agent in the hollow inner cavity of the loop bar 100 and can keep the protective agent stored in the hollow inner cavity of the loop bar 100, and when the auxiliary device for screw fixation is in a working state, namely, when the loop bar 100 rotates along with the screw screwing-in device synchronously, the adsorption layer 300 is acted by force and can transmit the protective agent to the flow channel 200, so that the protective agent can flow to one side of the screw head along the flow channel 200, and the protective agent can form a protective layer on the surface of the screw, so that the corrosion resistance of the screw and the safety of the screw in the using process are improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an adsorption layer provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in connection with fig. 5, the absorbent layer 300 may optionally be a porous material layer.
Alternatively, the absorption layer 300 is made of a porous material, namely a foamed plastic polymer, has good water absorption, can absorb a liquid medium, and plays a role in permeation and transmission of the medium.
Alternatively, the thickness of the adsorption layer 300 ranges from 5mm to 8 mm. In this way, the permeability of the repellent can be ensured.
Optionally, the shape of the adsorbent layer is the same as the shape of the hollow lumen of the stem 100. Alternatively, the sectional shape of the hollow cavity of the sleeve 100 is hexagonal, then, the sectional shape of the adsorption layer 300 is also hexagonal, and the diameter of the inscribed circle of the hexagon of the sectional shape of the adsorption layer 300 is greater than or equal to the diameter of the inscribed circle of the hexagon of the sectional shape of the hollow cavity of the sleeve 100, preferably, the difference between the diameter of the inscribed circle of the hexagon of the sectional shape of the adsorption layer 300 and the diameter of the inscribed circle of the hexagon of the sectional shape of the hollow cavity of the sleeve 100 is 2 mm. In this way, in the case of mounting the adsorption layer 300 above the flow channel 200, the movement of the adsorption layer 300 at the design position can be restricted by the elasticity of the adsorption layer 300 to prevent the problem of misalignment.
In some embodiments, the auxiliary device for screw fixation further comprises an agitating member 400. And the stirring piece 400 is arranged in the hollow inner cavity of the sleeve rod 100 and is used for stirring the protective agent.
When the auxiliary means for screw fixation is in operation, that is, when the sleeve 100 is rotated in synchronization with the screw-in means, the stirring members 400 are moved in synchronization in the hollow inner cavity of the sleeve 100, and during the movement of the stirring members 400, the adsorption layer 300 may be struck. Under the condition that adsorbed layer 300 received the striking of stirring piece 400, adsorbed layer 300 received the effect of the striking power of stirring piece 400, has improved the transmissibility of adsorbed layer 300 to the protective agent.
In addition, when the auxiliary device for screw fixation is in operation, that is, when the sleeve 100 rotates along with the screw screwing device, the stirring member 400 moves in the hollow inner cavity of the sleeve 100, which can play a role of stirring the protective agent, and the protective agent is stirred during the action of the stirring member 400, so that the flowability of the protective agent is improved. When the stirring member 400 flexibly moves in the hollow inner cavity of the loop bar 100, the protective agent is transferred to the flow channel 200 along the adsorption layer 300 and finally transferred to the surface of the screw head, and the outer surface of the screw is covered, so that the screw head is effectively repaired or protected.
Alternatively, the stirring member 400 is a sphere structure, and a plurality of grooves (not shown) are spaced on the sphere surface to increase the roughness of the surface of the stirring member 400. Thus, under the condition that the auxiliary device for screw fixation is in operation, that is, under the condition that the loop bar 100 rotates synchronously along with the screw screwing-in device, the contact area of the stirring piece 400 and the protective agent is increased, and the action of the stirring force of the stirring piece 400 is increased, so that the action of the stirring piece 400 on the adsorption layer 300 is increased, the transferability of the protective agent is improved, and the screw head is guaranteed to be effectively repaired or protected.
In some embodiments, the auxiliary device for screw fixation further includes a filling hole 500 and a sealing member 600. And the injection hole 500 is formed from the outer wall of the sleeve rod 100 to the hollow inner cavity of the sleeve rod 100 and is used for supplementing the protective agent to the hollow inner cavity of the sleeve rod 100. The sealing member 600 is detachably disposed on the injection hole 500 to seal the injection hole 500.
