Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail by way of examples with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are illustrative of the present invention and not limited to the following examples.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 15, the seat frame of the present embodiment is adapted to an old man's chair, and includes a base 1, a lifting unit 2, an extension unit 3, and a power unit 4.
The base 1 in this embodiment includes a transverse support bar 11 and a longitudinal support bar 12, and the transverse support bar 11 and the longitudinal support bar are connected to form a support frame. The transverse support rods 11 are provided with two groups and the longitudinal support rods 12 are provided with two groups. The transverse support bars 11 extend in a first direction X and the longitudinal support bars 12 extend in a second direction Y. Wherein the first direction X is perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the second direction Y.
The longitudinal support bar 12 may be welded to the transverse support bar 11. The longitudinal support bar 12 may also be bolted to the transverse support bar 11. One or both ends of the lateral support bar 11 extend beyond the longitudinal support bar 12 in the first direction X to form a first anti-toppling portion 111. The lifting units 2 in the present embodiment are provided in two groups and are disposed on the base 1. Specifically, the two sets of lifting units 2 are respectively disposed on the two sets of longitudinal support rods 12. The distance between the two sets of longitudinal support rods 12 defines the distance between the two sets of lifting units 2, which ultimately determines the width of the seat surface of the seat, which to a certain extent is within a fixed range. Therefore, one or both ends of the lateral support bar 11 are beyond the longitudinal support bar 12 to form the first anti-toppling portion 111, so that the seat is prevented from toppling in the first direction X, and the safety of the seat in use, particularly the safety of the seat for the elderly can be ensured.
The base 1 in this embodiment may further be provided with a second anti-toppling portion 13, where the second anti-toppling portion 13 is protruding from the base 1 in the second direction Y. The second anti-toppling part 13 is in a U shape and is fixed on one group of transverse supporting rods 11, and forms a closed structure with the transverse supporting rods 11, so that the structure of the second anti-toppling part 13 is more stable and can bear larger force. The second anti-toppling portion 13 in this embodiment is located in the central region of the base 1 in the first direction X. The second anti-toppling portion 13 comprises a tube portion, the tube portion is bent to form a U shape, and two ends of the tube portion are directly welded and fixed on the transverse supporting rod 11.
The ratio of the width dimension a of the second anti-toppling portion 13 in the second direction Y to the width dimension b of the support frame of the base 1 in this embodiment is 1:3-6. Further, the ratio of the width dimension a of the second anti-toppling portion 13 in the second direction Y to the width dimension b of the support frame of the base 1 is 1:3.5-4.5. Thus, the anti-toppling performance in the second direction Y can be improved.
The length dimension of the second anti-toppling portion 13 in the first direction x in this embodiment is at least 50% of the length dimension of the support frame. Thus, the anti-toppling performance in the first direction X can be improved.
In this embodiment, a plurality of support pads 14 are disposed at the bottom of the base 1. Specifically, two sides of the bottom of the transverse supporting rod 11 are respectively provided with a supporting pad 14 (or the bottom of the first anti-toppling portion 121 of the transverse supporting rod 11 is provided with a supporting pad 14), and two sides of the bottom of the longitudinal supporting rod 12 are respectively provided with a supporting pad 14. Further, a support pad 14 is provided at the bottom of the second anti-toppling portion 13 so that the second anti-toppling portion 13 can provide support in use.

The first lifting lever 22 of the lifting unit 2 is supported by the lateral support lever 11. The foot adjusting unit 33 is unfolded with respect to the lifting unit 32. The lifting unit 32 is relatively lowered. The angle of the back adjustment unit 34 relative to the seat mount 325 is a3 (a 3 is greater than a2, i.e., the back adjustment unit 34 expands more in the TV position than in the sitting position). The length dimension of the driving unit 41 is L3 (L3 is smaller than L2).
As shown in fig. 9, the lying state of the seat frame is shown, at which time the lifting unit 2 is lowered to the low position. The first lifting lever 22 of the lifting unit 2 is supported by the lateral support lever 11. The foot adjusting unit 33 is unfolded with respect to the lifting unit 32. The lifting unit 32 is relatively lifted and the foot adjustment unit 33 is lifted accordingly, which may create a zero gravity-like function. The angle of the back adjustment unit 34 relative to the seat mount 325 is a4 (a 4 is greater than a3, i.e., the back adjustment unit 34 expands more in the recumbent state than in the TV state). The length dimension of the driving unit 41 is L4 (L4 is smaller than L1).
When the driving unit 41 is in an extended state, the seat frame is in a standing state, and the driving unit 41 is sequentially switched to a sitting state, a TV posture state and a lying state in a gradual contraction process. The lifting unit 2 is lifted only when the standing posture is turned, and remains stationary in other states.
