Abstract
The present invention relates to a cosmetic grinding and mixing container, which is characterized by being composed of a lower case 100 for containing 1 agent C1 of cosmetic contents and a lid body 200 for containing 2 agents C2 of cosmetic contents as a member hinge-coupled to the upper portion of the lower case 100. Therefore, according to the mill-mixing cosmetic container of the present invention, the present invention finely grinds not only solid cosmetic contents, i.e., solid powders, but also chestnut-like materials such as hardened cream and hardened essence into powders, having an effect that mixing with cream in the lower case can be used for makeup.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a container for grinding and mixing cosmetics, and more particularly, to a container for grinding and mixing cosmetics in which solid contents, i.e., solid powder, and chestnut-shaped materials such as hardened cream and hardened essence are ground by a grinding means, and cosmetic contents 2 and 1 in cream form in a lower shell are mixed so as to be used for makeup.
Background
As disclosed in korean patent application No. 2009-101562, cosmetic powders are generally used in a container in the form of powder, and cosmetic powders of this shape have a problem of powder scattering when used.
In order to solve such a problem, conventionally, powder is compressed, but such compressed powder requires a PUFF (PUFF) to be pressed strongly against the compressed powder and used by sticking, and there is a problem that the compressed powder cannot be stuck uniformly to the PUFF. In addition, there are problems that the compressed powder particles to which the puff is stuck are not uniform, and secretions such as sweat of a user stick to the puff during makeup.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem
The present invention has been made to meet the needs of the prior art, and has as its object to grind solid cosmetic contents, i.e., solid powder and chestnut-like materials such as hardened cream, hardened essence, etc., with a grinding means, and mix cosmetic content 2 agent with cosmetic content 1 agent in cream form in a lower shell so as to be used for makeup.
Technical scheme
The container for cosmetics to be ground and mixed according to embodiment 1 of the present invention is characterized in that it is composed of a lower case for containing 1 agent of cosmetic contents and a lid body for containing 2 agents of cosmetic contents as a member hinge-coupled to an upper portion of the lower case.
The lower case is composed of: an outer container having a cylindrical shape with a closed lower portion and an open upper portion; and an inner container, as a component inserted and fixed in the outer container and containing 1 agent of cosmetic content, which is in a cylindrical shape with a closed lower part and an open upper part; and a consumption piston closely attached to the inner periphery of the inner container and ascending along with the consumption of the 1 agent of the cosmetic content; and a container lid which is a cylindrical member covering the upper opening of the inner container, and has a lower protruding groove protruding toward the lower portion of the center thereof, and the outer end of which is coupled to two vertical protruding portions protruding upward of the upper outer flange of the inner container; and an outer container covering member which is a cylindrical member having an upper and lower opening and is coupled to an outer peripheral edge of the outer container, and which has an upper inner peripheral cylindrical projection for pressing and fixing a cylindrical projection projecting outward of the container lid from inside and a hinge portion for hinge-coupling the lid body to an upper surface thereof; and a pump body inserted into the lower protruding groove of the container cover; and a lower cover body which is a disk-shaped component combined on the upper part of the pump body, the center of which is provided with a discharge hole, and a fastening column which protrudes towards the lower part of the discharge hole is combined on the pump body; and an upper cover body as a disk-shaped member combined on the upper surface of the lower cover body, the upper surface of which is formed in a concave shape, six long holes having an inclination of 60 DEG to each other being formed at the same distance from the center point of the disk; and a cylindrical spring provided between a lower surface of an outer periphery of the upper cover body and an upper surface of the container cover.
The cover body is composed of the following components: a lid body which is a cylindrical member having upper and lower openings and is hinge-coupled to the outer container lid, and which has a stepped surface formed on an outer periphery thereof, a cylindrical projecting surface projecting inward formed on a lower end of an inner periphery thereof, and a gear groove formed in a vertical direction on an upper inner periphery thereof; and a grinding member which is a disk-shaped member, is mounted on and combined with the upper surface of the cylindrical projecting surface of the cover body, is formed with a plurality of insertion portions at the outer periphery thereof, is inserted into and combined with a plurality of insertion projections formed on the upper surface of the cylindrical projecting surface, is formed with a plurality of blade holes radially with the center point as the center on the circular projecting surface projecting upward at the center thereof; and a cosmetic container member inserted through an upper portion of the opening of the cap body, wherein a cylindrical portion having an upper and lower opening for containing a cosmetic content 2 agent is formed at the center, a horizontal plate portion mounted on an inner peripheral edge of the cap body is formed to an outer side of a lower end of the cylindrical portion, a plurality of projecting plates projecting upward are provided on an outer peripheral edge of the horizontal plate portion, and a unidirectional engaging projection which is engaged with the gear groove of the cap body to rotate only in one direction is formed to an outer side of the projecting plates; and a cosmetic pressing guide member as a disk-shaped member pressing an upper face of the cosmetic content 2 agent in the cylindrical portion of the cosmetic accommodating member, the outer peripheral edge of which is formed with vertical guide protrusions fitted in a plurality of vertical grooves vertically formed in the inner peripheral edge of the cylindrical portion, and the lower face of which is radially formed with a plurality of grip protrusions to grip the cosmetic content 2 agent; and a conical spring pressing the upper surface of the cosmetic pressing guide member; and a rotation member as a cylindrical member, a cylindrical groove of a lower inner circumference of which is coupled to a downward inclined protrusion of a stepped surface of the cap body to rotate the cosmetic accommodating member.
Effects of the invention
According to the grinding and mixing cosmetic container of the present invention, the present invention finely grinds not only solid cosmetic contents, i.e., solid powders, but also chestnut-like materials such as hardened cream and hardened essence into powders, and has an effect of being used for makeup after being mixed with cream inside the lower case.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the container for cosmetics by grinding and mixing according to embodiment 1 of the present invention is composed of a lower case 100 for containing 1 agent C1 of cosmetic contents and a cap 200 for containing 2 agents C2 of cosmetic contents as a member hinge-coupled to the upper portion of the lower case 100.
The lower case 100 is composed of the following components: an outer container 110 having a cylindrical shape with a closed lower part and an open upper part; and an inner container 120 having a cylindrical shape with a closed lower part and an opened upper part as a part inserted and fixed in the outer container 110 and containing 1 agent C1 of cosmetic contents; and a consumption piston 130 closely attached to the inner periphery of the inner container 120 and ascending as the cosmetic content 1 agent C1 is consumed; and a container cover 140 formed with a lower protrusion groove 141 protruding toward a lower portion of a center thereof as a cylindrical member covering an upper opening of the inner container 120, and having an outer end 142 coupled to two vertical protrusions 123 protruding upward of the upper outer flange 121 of the inner container 120; and an outer container cover member 150 formed with an upper inner cylindrical projection 151 that is formed as a cylindrical member having an upper and lower opening and is coupled to the outer periphery of the outer container 110, and is fixed by pressing the cylindrical projection 143 protruding outward of the container lid 140 from the inside, and a hinge portion 152 to which the lid body 200 is hinge-coupled at the upper surface thereof; and a pump body 160 inserted into the lower projection groove 141 of the container cover 140; a lower cover 170 having a discharge hole 171 formed at the center thereof as a disk-shaped member coupled to an upper portion of the pump body 160, and a fastening post 172 protruding downward from the discharge hole 171 and coupled to the pump body 160; and an upper cover 180 as a disk-shaped member combined on the lower cover 170, whose upper surface is formed in a concave shape, and six long holes 181 having an inclination of 60 ° with each other are formed at the same distance from the center point of the disk; and a cylindrical spring 190 disposed between a lower surface of an outer periphery of the upper cover 180 and an upper surface of the container cover 140.
The pump body 160 is constituted by: a lower cylinder 161 as a cylindrical member inserted into the bottom of the lower protruding groove 141 of the container cap 140, which has an upper opening and a lower center formed with a cosmetic content introduction groove 161 a; and an upper cylinder 162 which is a cylindrical member having upper and lower openings and coupled to an inner circumferential edge of the lower cylinder 161, and has an outer circumferential protrusion 162a formed on an outer circumferential edge thereof, the outer circumferential protrusion 162a being mounted on an upper end of the lower cylinder 161; and a plate-shaped suction valve 163 coupled to a lower end of an inner periphery of the upper cylinder 162; and a piston support 164 having a center groove 164a penetrating vertically at the center as a T-shaped member inserted into the cylindrical groove 164c of the fastening post 172 coupled to the lower cover 170; and a piston rod 165 coupled to the central groove 164a of the piston support body 164; and a cylindrical valve 166 having an inner peripheral edge inserted into a lower outer peripheral edge of the piston rod 165, a lower end supported by a lower horizontal projection 165a of the piston rod 165, and an outer peripheral edge closely attached to an inner peripheral edge of the upper cylinder 162 to move up and down in accordance with vertical movement of the piston rod 165; and a pump spring 167 whose lower end is supported by the outer circumferential projection 162a of the upper cylinder 162 and whose upper end is supported by the lower end of the upper surface of the piston support 164.
An inner groove 165b is bored in the center of the upper side of the piston rod 165, and a plurality of communication holes 165c communicating with the inner groove 165b are radially formed on the outer circumference of the upper side of the lower horizontal projection 165 a.
The locking protrusion 164b formed on the inner peripheral edge of the central groove 164a of the piston support 164 is engaged with the locking boss 165d formed on the outer peripheral edge of the piston rod 165.
That is, when the piston rod 165 is inserted into the central groove 164a from the lower portion of the piston support body 164, the catch 165d is combined so that it does not fall down over the catch projection 164 b.
In addition, the inner diameter of the discharge hole 61 is formed to be smaller than that of the fastening cylinder 62 of the lower cap 60, so that when the piston supporter 164 and the lower cap 60 are coupled, the upper surface of the central groove 164a of the piston supporter 164 is brought into close contact with, i.e., overlapped with, the lower surface of the discharge hole 61 within the fastening cylinder 62 of the lower cap 60 such that the fastening force is enhanced.
As such, even if the external air flows into the plurality of holes 51 of the upper cover 50, it does not flow into the upper cylinder 162 as the fastening force is enhanced.
The lid body 200 is constituted by: a lid body 210 which is a cylindrical member having an upper and lower opening, is hinge-coupled to the outer container lid 150, and has a stepped surface 211 formed on an outer peripheral edge thereof, a cylindrical projecting surface 212 projecting inward formed on a lower end of an inner peripheral edge thereof, and a gear groove 213 formed in a vertical direction on an upper inner peripheral edge thereof; and a grinding member 220 which is a disk-shaped member, is mounted on and coupled to an upper surface of the cylindrical projecting surface 212 of the cap body 210, has a plurality of insertion portions 221 formed on an outer peripheral edge thereof, is inserted into and coupled to a plurality of insertion projections 214 formed on the upper surface of the cylindrical projecting surface 212, and has a plurality of blade holes 223 radially formed on a circular projecting surface 222 having a center point as a center thereof, which projects upward; and a cosmetic container 230, which is inserted through the opened upper portion of the cap body 210, having a cylindrical portion 231 with opened upper and lower portions for containing the cosmetic content 2 agent C2 formed at the center thereof, a horizontal plate portion 232 formed outside the lower end of the cylindrical portion 231 and attached to the inner peripheral edge of the cap body 210, a plurality of projecting plates 233 formed on the outer peripheral edge of the horizontal plate portion 232 and projecting upward, and one-directional engaging projections 234 formed outside the projecting plates 233 and engaged with the gear grooves 213 of the cap body 210 to rotate only in one direction; and a cosmetic pressing guide member 240 as a disk-shaped member pressing an upper face of the cosmetic content 2 agent C2 in the cylindrical part 231 of the cosmetic containing member 230, on the outer periphery of which vertical guide protrusions 241 are formed, the vertical guide protrusions 241 being fitted into a plurality of vertical grooves 235 vertically formed on the inner periphery of the cylindrical part 231, and on the lower face of which a plurality of grip protrusions 242 are radially formed to grip the cosmetic content 2 agent C2; and a conical spring 250 pressing the upper surface of the cosmetics pressing guide 240; and a rotation member 260 as a cylindrical member, of which a cylindrical groove 261 of a lower inner circumference is coupled to the downward inclined protrusion 215 of the step surface 211 of the cap body 210 to rotate the cosmetic accommodating member 230.
A cylindrical top fastening band 263 is formed on the top surface of the rotating member 260, and a plurality of vertical protrusions 262 vertically inserted into vertical gear grooves 236 formed on the outer circumference of the cylindrical portion 231 of the cosmetic accommodating member 230 are formed on the inner circumference of the top fastening band 263.
When the cosmetic containing member 230 is rotated by the rotation of the rotating member 260, the cosmetic content 2 agent C2 (solid form) therein is ground.
Hereinafter, the operation and effect of the container for cosmetic abrasives according to the present invention constructed as described above will be described.
In connection with the operation thereof, in order to use cosmetics for mixing, the cap body 210 is opened from the outer container cap member 150 of the lower casing 100, and when the upper cap 180 is pressed down, the pump body 160 coupled to the lower portion of the lower cap 170 is activated, so that the cosmetic content 1 agent C1, i.e., cream-type cosmetic content, is discharged through the pump body 160 to the plurality of long holes 181 of the lower cap 170 and the upper cap 180.
After the cosmetic content 1 agent C1 is discharged upward from the upper cover 180, the cosmetic content 2 agent C2 closes the cover 200 containing the solid powder and chestnut-like materials such as hardened cream and hardened essence, and when the rotating member 260 of the cover 200 is rotated in one direction, the cosmetic container 230 is rotated, and the cosmetic content 2 agent C2 in the cylindrical portion 231 of the cosmetic container 230 is also rotated at the same time, and the lower end surface thereof is pulverized into powder by the plurality of blade holes 223 of the grinding member 220, and is deposited on the lower portion of the blade hole 223, that is, on the cream on the upper cover 180 of the lower case 100, that is, on the cosmetic content 1 agent C1. In this manner, the cosmetic content 1 preparation C1 and the cosmetic content 2 preparation C2 on the upper lid body 180 were mixed and applied to the face.

2. The milling-mixing cosmetic container according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower shell (100) is composed of:
an outer container (110) having a cylindrical shape with a closed lower part and an open upper part; and
an inner container (120) having a cylindrical shape with a closed lower part and an open upper part as a part inserted and fixed in the outer container (110) and containing 1 dose (C1) of cosmetic contents; and
a consumption piston (130) which is tightly attached to the inner periphery of the inner container (120) and ascends along with the consumption of the 1 agent (C1) of the cosmetic content; and
a container cover (140) which is a cylindrical member covering the upper opening of the inner container (120), and has a lower protruding groove (141) protruding toward the lower portion of the center thereof, and the outer end (142) of which is coupled to two vertical protruding portions (123) protruding upward of the upper outer flange (121) of the inner container (120); and
an outer container covering member (150) which is a cylindrical member having an upper and lower opening and coupled to the outer periphery of the outer container (110), and which has an upper inner peripheral cylindrical projection (151) that is fixed by pressing from the inside a cylindrical projection (143) projecting outward of the container lid (140), and a hinge portion (152) at which the lid body (200) is hinge-coupled to the upper surface thereof; and
a pump body (160) inserted into a lower projection groove (141) of the container cover (140); and
a lower cover body (170) which is a disk-shaped member coupled to the upper portion of the pump body (160), has a discharge hole (171) formed at the center thereof, and is coupled to the pump body (160) with a fastening post (172) projecting downward from the discharge hole (171); and
an upper cover 180 as a disk-shaped member coupled to the upper surface of the lower cover 170, the upper surface of which is formed in a concave shape, six long holes 181 having an inclination of 60 degrees to each other being formed at the same distance from the center point of the disk; and
and a cylindrical spring (190) disposed between a lower surface of an outer periphery of the upper cover (180) and an upper surface of the container cover (140).
3. The grinding mix cosmetic container of claim 2, characterized in that the lid body (200) is constituted by:
a lid body (210) which is a cylindrical member having an open upper and lower portion and is hinge-coupled to the outer container lid (150), and which has a stepped surface (211) formed on the outer periphery thereof, a cylindrical projecting surface (212) projecting inward formed on the lower end of the inner periphery thereof, and a gear groove (213) formed on the inner periphery thereof in the vertical direction; and
a grinding member (220) which is a disk-shaped member, is mounted on and coupled to the upper surface of the cylindrical projecting surface (212) of the cap body (210), has a plurality of insertion portions (221) formed on the outer peripheral edge thereof, is inserted into and coupled to a plurality of insertion projections (214) formed on the upper surface of the cylindrical projecting surface (212), and has a plurality of blade holes (223) radially formed on a circular projecting surface (222) whose center is upwardly projected; and
a cosmetic storage member (230) which is inserted through the open upper part of the cap body (210), wherein a cylindrical part (231) with upper and lower openings for storing the cosmetic content 2 agent (C2) is formed at the center, a horizontal plate part (232) mounted on the inner periphery of the cap body (210) is formed towards the outer side of the lower end of the cylindrical part (231), a plurality of convex plates (233) protruding upwards are arranged on the outer periphery of the horizontal plate part (232), and a one-way engaging protrusion (234) which is engaged with the gear groove (213) of the cap body (210) to rotate only in one direction is formed at the outer side of the convex plates (233); and
a cosmetic pressing guide member (240) as a disk-shaped member pressing an upper face of the cosmetic content 2 agent (C2) in the cylindrical portion (231) of the cosmetic containing member (230), with a vertical guide protrusion (241) formed on an outer peripheral edge thereof, the vertical guide protrusion (241) being fitted into a plurality of vertical grooves (235) vertically formed on an inner peripheral edge of the cylindrical portion (231), and with a plurality of grip protrusions (242) radially formed on a lower face thereof to grip the cosmetic content 2 agent (C2); and
a conical spring (250) pressing the upper surface of the cosmetic pressing guide member (240); and
and a rotating member (260) which is a cylindrical member, and of which a cylindrical groove (261) of a lower inner circumferential edge is coupled to a downward inclined protrusion (215) of a stepped surface (211) of the cap body (210) to rotate the cosmetic accommodating member (230).
4. The container for cosmetics according to claim 3, wherein a cylindrical top fastening band (263) is formed on the top surface of the rotating member (260), and a plurality of vertical protrusions (262) vertically inserted into vertical gear grooves (236) formed on the outer circumference of the cylindrical portion (231) of the cosmetic accommodating member (230) are formed on the inner circumference of the top fastening band (263).
