a conical spring (250) pressing the upper surface of the cosmetic pressing guide member (240); and
and a rotating member (260) which is a cylindrical member, and of which a cylindrical groove (261) of a lower inner circumferential edge is coupled to a downward inclined protrusion (215) of a stepped surface (211) of the cap body (210) to rotate the cosmetic accommodating member (230).

The container for cosmetics according to claim 3, wherein a cylindrical top fastening band (263) is formed on the top surface of the rotating member (260), and a plurality of vertical protrusions (262) vertically inserted into vertical gear grooves (236) formed on the outer circumference of the cylindrical portion (231) of the cosmetic accommodating member (230) are formed on the inner circumference of the top fastening band (263).
