Abstract
The application aims to provide a method and equipment for generating guide prompt information. Compared with the prior art, one or more main function scenes with incidence relation are determined through one or more menu function information based on a platform menu bar, the main function scenes are generated based on the incidence relation, and then the guide prompt information corresponding to the main function scenes is presented in a preset mode so that a user can realize corresponding platform function operation based on the guide prompt information. By the method, the platform function can be presented in a guide prompt message mode, so that a user can use the related functions of the platform better, and the user experience is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of computer technology, and in particular, to a technique for generating guidance prompt information.
Background
In the prior art, some software platforms that provide network services through terminal devices such as computers or mobile phones generally present the functions provided by the software platforms to users in a function menu manner, and for software platforms with relatively simple functions, users can directly implement operations on corresponding functions through the function menu, but for some software platforms, users cannot well implement the functions provided by the software platforms through the function menu, and user experience is low.

The application aims to provide a method and equipment for generating guide prompt information.
According to one aspect of the application, a method for determining platform guide prompt information is provided, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
determining one or more main function scenes with an incidence relation based on one or more menu function information of a platform menu bar;
generating guide prompt information corresponding to the main function scene based on the incidence relation;
and presenting the guide prompt information in a preset mode so that a user can realize corresponding platform function operation based on the guide prompt information.
Optionally, wherein the method further comprises:
and determining corresponding secondary guide prompt information based on the guide prompt information and the menu function information, wherein the secondary guide prompt information is presented based on preset operation of the guide prompt information.
Optionally, wherein the method further comprises:
and associating the guide prompt information and/or the secondary guide prompt information with the one or more menu function information so as to jump to the same function interface when the same platform function is realized.

Optionally, wherein the association relationship includes at least any one of: a parallel relationship; sequentially executed in sequence.

According to another aspect of the present application, there is also provided a computer readable medium having computer readable instructions stored thereon, the computer readable instructions being executable by a processor to implement the operations of the aforementioned method.

In a typical configuration of the present application, the terminal, the device serving the network, and the trusted party each include one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, computer readable media does not include non-transitory computer readable media (transient media), such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
In order to further explain the technical means and effects adopted by the present application, the following description clearly and completely describes the technical solution of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
FIG. 1 illustrates a flow chart of a method for determining platform wizard prompt information in one aspect of the subject application, wherein the method comprises:
s11 determining one or more main function scenes having an association relationship based on one or more menu function information of the platform menu bar;
s12, generating guide prompt information corresponding to the main function scene based on the incidence relation of the main function scene;
s13, presenting the guide prompt information in a preset mode so that the user can realize corresponding platform function operation based on the guide prompt information.
In the present application, the method is performed by a device 1, wherein the device 1 may comprise a computer device including, but not limited to, a personal computer, a notebook computer, an industrial computer, a network mainframe, a single network server, a plurality of network server sets, and/or a cloud; the Cloud is composed of a large number of computers or network servers based on Cloud Computing (Cloud Computing), wherein Cloud Computing is one of distributed Computing, and is a virtual super computer composed of a group of loosely coupled computer sets; the device 1 may also include, but is not limited to, any mobile electronic product capable of human-computer interaction with a user, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, and the like, and the mobile electronic product may employ any operating system, such as an android operating system, an iOS operating system, and the like. In this embodiment, in the step S11, one or more main function scenes having an association relationship are determined based on one or more menu function information of the platform menu bar. The main function scenario includes one or more main functions that can be implemented by the platform, and here, the main function scenario may be directly determined from the menu bar or may be a summary of multiple function information in the menu bar, where the association relationship includes, but is not limited to, a parallel relationship, sequential execution in order, and the like. For example, for a friend-making platform, information interaction such as chatting can be realized only by making friends first, and therefore, the friend-making and the chatting function belong to a relationship sequentially executed in sequence.
Preferably, when the platform includes a multi-cloud management platform, the main functional scenario includes environment preparation, service design, and resource management, wherein the association relationship is a sequential execution relationship and/or a parallel relationship. In this embodiment, the multi-cloud management platform is a platform for implementing cloud management, where the main function scenarios include, but are not limited to, environment preparation, service design, resource management, and the like, and the main function scenarios may be set based on different situations, where the relationship of the multiple main function scenarios may include a sequential execution relationship or a parallel relationship, or both, and may specifically be determined according to an actual function scenario, for example, the environment preparation and the service design may be a sequential execution relationship or a parallel relationship, and the resource management may set them afterwards, where the setting manner is merely an example and is not limited specifically.
In this embodiment, in step S12, the main function scene is generated into guidance prompt information corresponding to the main function scene based on the association relationship. And the guidance prompt information is used for prompting the platform function according to the incidence relation based on the main function scene. Here, when the plurality of main function scenes are in a parallel relationship, the guide presentation information shows the parallel relationship of the respective main functions, and when the plurality of main function scenes are in a sequentially executed relationship, the guide presentation information shows the sequential relationship of the respective main functions. The guidance prompt information may include a multi-level prompt manner, for example, a prompt information corresponding to a primary function scene, and a function prompt information corresponding to a secondary level of the primary function scene, where specific setting manners of the upper level prompt information and the lower level prompt information are merely examples, and other guidance prompt information manners as applicable to the present application are also included in the scope of the present application.
Continuing in this embodiment, in step S13, the guidance prompt information is presented in a preset manner, so that the user implements the corresponding platform function operation based on the guidance prompt information. Specifically, the guidance prompt information is presented to the user so that the user can intuitively understand the platform functions. Preferably, the preset mode includes but is not limited to any one of the following modes: text links, navigation maps, flow charts. For example, the guidance prompt information can be directly presented in a text link mode, for parallel platform functions, the text links can be arranged in parallel and vertically, and the corresponding function operation interface can be skipped or the lower-level function prompt information can be presented by clicking or indicating the text links; for another example, the functions can be presented in a navigation map mode, each function can be used as a place on the map and presented to the user in a map exploration mode, and the fun and experience of the user are improved; in addition, the method can also be presented in the form of a flow chart, and different flow icons can be presented specifically according to different association relations. Such representations are exemplary only, and other representations now or later become apparent, as applicable to the present application are intended to be encompassed by the present application and are hereby incorporated by reference.
Preferably, wherein the method further comprises: s14 (not shown) determines corresponding secondary guidance prompt information based on the guidance prompt information and the menu function information, wherein the secondary guidance prompt information is presented based on a preset operation on the guidance prompt information. The embodiment of the present application further provides a device for determining platform guidance prompt information, where the device includes:
one or more processors; and
a memory storing computer readable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to perform the operations of the foregoing method.
For example, the computer readable instructions, when executed, cause the one or more processors to: determining one or more main function scenes with an incidence relation based on one or more menu function information of a platform menu bar; generating guide prompt information corresponding to the main function scene based on the incidence relation; and presenting the guide prompt information in a preset mode so that a user can realize corresponding platform function operation based on the guide prompt information.
Compared with the prior art, one or more main function scenes with incidence relation are determined through one or more menu function information based on a platform menu bar, the main function scenes are generated based on the incidence relation, and then the guide prompt information corresponding to the main function scenes is presented in a preset mode so that a user can realize corresponding platform function operation based on the guide prompt information. By the method, the platform function can be presented in a guide prompt message mode, so that a user can use the related functions of the platform better, and the user experience is improved.

1. A method for determining platform wizard hints information, wherein the method comprises:
determining one or more main function scenes with an incidence relation based on one or more menu function information of a platform menu bar;
generating guide prompt information corresponding to the main function scene based on the incidence relation;
and presenting the guide prompt information in a preset mode so that a user can realize corresponding platform function operation based on the guide prompt information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and determining corresponding secondary guide prompt information based on the guide prompt information and the menu function information, wherein the secondary guide prompt information is presented based on preset operation of the guide prompt information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
and associating the guide prompt information and/or the secondary guide prompt information with the one or more menu function information so as to jump to the same function interface when the same platform function is realized.
4. The method of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the preset manner comprises any one of:
text linking;
a navigation map;
flow chart.
5. The method of any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the association comprises at least any one of:
a parallel relationship;
sequentially executed in sequence.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein when the platform comprises a multi-cloud management platform, the main functional scenario comprises environment preparation, service design, and resource management, wherein the association relationship is sequential execution and/or parallel relationship.
7. A computer readable medium having computer readable instructions stored thereon which are executable by a processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. An apparatus for determining platform guidance hints information, wherein the apparatus comprises:
one or more processors; and
memory storing computer readable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to perform the operations of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
