For example, in the civil field, ball valves have become indispensable control components in water supply and gas systems of residential buildings. However, the existing ball valve cannot limit the opening and closing operation of the ball valve in the using process, the opening and closing structure protrudes out of the valve body, the ball valve is not provided with a protection device and is easy to be damaged and stolen, and any person who can contact the ball valve can open or close the ball valve at will, in order to solve the problems, the utility model with the patent number of 201520640834.9 discloses a magnetic locking ball valve, the ball valve comprises a valve body, a ball core and a valve rod which are arranged in the valve body, the inner end of the valve rod is connected with the ball core, the upper end of the valve body is provided with a connecting part, the outer end of the valve rod extends upwards out of the connecting part, the inner side of a hand wheel is provided with a first positioning hole, a spring and a first magnet block are arranged in the positioning hole, a second positioning hole which is right opposite to the first positioning hole is arranged on the connecting part of the valve body, the inner end of the first magnet block extends out of the hand wheel and into the second positioning hole under the elastic force action of the spring, the magnetic locking ball valve further comprises a key which can be connected on the hand wheel, correspond in the key and be equipped with the magnetic path two opposite with magnetic path magnetism, the upper end of the connecting portion of valve body is outer along offering and presenting curved spacing breach, restricts the valve rod of ball valve through the magnetism lock head and opens to prevent that other people from stealing to open, nevertheless still have following defect during its use:

The further improvement is that: the first linkage mechanism comprises a first limiting column and a first limiting hole, the first limiting column is fixedly mounted on the circular plate, and the corresponding position of the valve rod is arranged in the first limiting hole.
The further improvement is that: the third linkage mechanism comprises a third limiting column and a third limiting hole, the third limiting column is fixedly mounted on the magnetic block, and the third limiting hole is formed in the lock head.
The further improvement is that: the lock comprises a lock body, a lock chamber and a switch device, wherein the lock chamber is arranged in the lock head, the lock body is assembled in the lock chamber, lock holes for inserting lock tongues of the lock body are formed in the peripheral side of the valve body, the switch device is electrically connected with the lock body and used for controlling the lock body to be switched on and off, and the switch device is arranged between a magnetic block and a circular plate.
The further improvement is that: the switch device comprises a travel switch and a contact, the travel switch is fixedly installed on a circular plate, an L-shaped plate is installed at the bottom of the magnetic block and penetrates through the circular plate, and the contact is fixedly installed on the L-shaped plate and corresponds to the travel switch in position.
The invention also provides an encryption wrench, which is matched with the double-insurance anti-theft valve as claimed in claim 1 for use, wherein a second linkage mechanism is arranged between the encryption wrench and the lock head so as to enable the encryption wrench to be linked with the lock head, an opening for buckling the encryption wrench is arranged on the lock head, the encryption wrench comprises a magnetic ring positioned outside and a magnet positioned in the magnetic ring, wherein the magnetic ring and the magnet are attracted in opposite polarities, and the magnet and the magnetic column are repelled in the same polarity.
The further improvement is that: a second linkage mechanism is arranged between the encryption wrench and the lock head, and the second linkage mechanism comprises a second limiting hole positioned on the lock head and a magnetic limiting column which sets a magnet on the encryption wrench to be matched with the second limiting hole.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention adopts a two-stage opposite magnetic body, namely the sliding sleeve connection and circumferential linkage of the magnetic block and the magnetic column, and adopts a bidirectional synchronous linkage mechanism, namely the linkage of the magnetic block and the lock head and the linkage of the magnetic column and the valve rod, thereby realizing the synchronous linkage of the switch valve, and also adopting a double-magnetic-level design on a special encryption wrench, thereby greatly improving the safety and the anti-theft performance;
2. according to the invention, the lock body is arranged in the lock head, the lock hole is formed in the flash body, and the switch device for controlling the lock body to be opened and closed is arranged between the circular plate and the magnetic block, so that the lock head can be prevented from being randomly rotated on the one hand, and the lock head can be prevented from being rotated by a common single-magnetic-level encryption wrench on the other hand, so that the safety is further improved and the service life of the lock head is further prolonged.

The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of the invention discloses a double-safety anti-theft valve, which includes a valve body 1, a through fluid channel 2 is formed in the valve body 1, a valve ball 3 with a communication hole is rotatably mounted in the fluid channel 2, a valve rod 4 is fixedly mounted at the top of the valve ball 3, the valve rod 4 is used for driving the valve ball 3 to rotate so as to realize valve opening or valve closing, a lock head 12 is rotatably mounted at the top of the valve body 1, a magnetic block 8 and a magnetic pillar 9 are longitudinally slidably mounted between the lock head 12 and the valve rod 4 in the valve body 1, the magnetic block 8 and the magnetic pillar 9 have opposite magnetism, the magnetic pillar 9 is arranged at the center of the magnetic block 8 in a penetrating manner, the cross section of the magnetic pillar 9 is a regular polygon, such as a square, a regular pentagon or a regular hexagon, the magnetic block 8 is provided with through holes with the same section, that the magnetic pillar 9 can longitudinally slide relative to the magnetic pillar 8, and the magnetic pillar 9 can be driven by the magnetic block 8 to rotate, and a third linkage mechanism is arranged between the magnetic block 8 and the lock head 12, and is used for combining and linking the magnetic block 8 with the lock head 12 when the magnetic block 8 moves upwards to the highest position, and separating the magnetic block 8 from the lock head 12 when the magnetic block 8 is positioned at the lowest position.
A circular plate 7 is fixedly mounted at one end of the magnetic column 9 far away from the lock head 12, a first linkage mechanism is arranged between the circular plate 7 and the valve rod 4, the first linkage mechanism is used for enabling the magnetic column 9 to be combined and linked with the valve rod 4 when moving downwards to a low position, the magnetic column 9 is separated from the valve rod 4 when moving upwards to a high position, a spring 22 is arranged between the circular plate 7 and the valve rod 4, and the spring 22 enables the magnetic column 9 to be jacked upwards and kept in a high position state.
The double-safety anti-theft valve in this embodiment is further equipped with a special encryption wrench 15 matched with the lock head 12, a second linkage mechanism is provided between the encryption wrench 15 and the lock head 12 so as to enable the encryption wrench 15 to be linked with the lock head 12, and the lock head 12 is provided with an opening 14 for the encryption wrench 15 to be buckled in.
Referring to fig. 3, the encryption wrench 15 includes an external magnetic ring 17 and a magnet located in the magnetic ring 17, wherein the magnetic ring 17 and the magnetic block 8 are attracted in opposite polarities, the magnet is repelled from the same polarity of the magnetic pole 9, when the encryption wrench 15 is fastened to the lock head 12, the encryption wrench 15 is linked with the lock head through a second linkage mechanism, the lock head 12 can be driven to rotate by the encryption wrench 15, and at this time, the magnetic ring 17 on the encryption wrench 15 and the magnetic block 8 are attracted in opposite polarities, so that the magnetic block 8 slides upwards and is linked with the lock head 12 through a third linkage mechanism, and the lock head 12 is driven to rotate by the magnetic block 8. It repels with the same polarity of magnetism post 9 to encrypt magnet on the spanner 15 to make magnetism post 9 extrude downwards and through the linkage of first link gear and valve rod 4, and circumference synchronous rotation between magnetism post 9 and the magnetic path 8, and then make and encrypt spanner 15, tapered end 12, magnetic path 8, magnetism post 9 and valve rod 4 and form circumference linkage, thereby make and encrypt spanner 15 drive valve rod 4 and rotate, finally drive valve ball 3 and rotate, in order to accomplish the ooff valve.
The double-safety anti-theft valve adopts a two-stage opposite magnet, namely, the sliding sleeve connection and the circumferential linkage of the magnetic block 8 and the magnetic column 9, and adopts a bidirectional synchronous linkage mechanism, namely, the linkage of the magnetic block 8 and the lock head 12 and the linkage of the magnetic column 9 and the valve rod 4, so that the synchronous linkage switch valve is realized, and the double-magnetic-stage design is also adopted on the special encryption wrench 15, so that the safety and the anti-theft performance are greatly improved.
In this embodiment, specifically, the first linkage mechanism includes a first limiting column 6 and a first limiting hole 5, wherein the first limiting column 6 is fixedly mounted on a circular plate 7, and the first limiting hole 5 is provided with a corresponding position of the valve rod 4. The third linkage mechanism comprises a third limiting column 21 and a third limiting hole 20, the third limiting column 21 is fixedly mounted on the magnetic block 8, and the third limiting hole 20 is provided with the lock head 12. The second linkage mechanism comprises a second limiting hole 13 on the lock head 12 and a magnetic limiting column 16 which sets the magnet on the encryption wrench 15 to match with the second limiting hole 13.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the lock 12 of the double-safety anti-theft valve is internally provided with a lock chamber 11, the lock chamber 11 is internally provided with a lock body 10, a lock chamber end plate 18 of the lock chamber 11 is positioned at the inner side of the lock 12 so as to prevent the lock body 10 from being violently disassembled from the outside, the periphery of the valve body 1 is provided with a lock hole 19 for inserting a lock tongue of the lock body 10, the double-safety anti-theft valve further comprises a switch device which is electrically connected with the lock body 10 and is used for controlling the switch of the lock body 10, the switch device is arranged between the magnetic block 8 and the circular plate 7, namely when the magnetic block 8 and the circular plate 7 move in opposite directions and are in a linkage state, the switch device is triggered to control the lock body 10 to be unlocked, the lock 12 is released and freely rotated, the design is used for preventing the lock 12 from being freely rotated, and the switch device cannot be triggered by using a common, and then increase a theft-proof protective screen again, further improve the security, protect the tapered end 12 from being rotated at will at the same time, improve its life.
Specifically, the switch device comprises a travel switch 25 and a contact 24, in this embodiment, the travel switch 25 is fixedly mounted on a circular plate 7, an L-shaped plate 23 is mounted at the bottom of the magnetic block 8, the L-shaped plate 23 penetrates through the circular plate 7, and the contact 24 is fixedly mounted on the L-shaped plate 23 and corresponds to the travel switch 25 in position.
