The intelligent door lock is an execution component for locking a door in an access control system. The intelligent lock body door is different from a traditional mechanical lock, and is a composite lockset with safety, convenience and advanced technology. Fig. 1-2 show an intelligent door lock 100 capable of using a battery pack of an electric tool as an external backup power source according to the present invention, which is installed on a door body. The method mainly comprises the following steps: the electronic lock comprises a housing 10, an electronic locking module, a storage module, an unlocking module 40, a comparison module, a processor and a power supply module. The electronic locking module is used for locking and unlocking the door body. The storage module is used for storing preset unlocking information. The unlocking module 40 is used for receiving unlocking information input by a user. The comparison module is used for comparing whether the unlocking information input by the user is the same as the preset unlocking information. The processor is used for unlocking the electronic locking module when the comparison results of the comparison modules are the same. The power module is used to power the smart door lock 100 that may use the power tool battery pack as an external backup power source. The electronic locking module, memory module, comparison module, processor and power module are located within the housing 10. The unlocking module 40 is provided outside the housing 10 so that a user can touch or collect information related to the user. The intelligent door lock 100 capable of using the battery pack of the electric tool as an external standby power supply is further provided with a handle 50 for being held by a user.

The battery pack 30 is a battery pack for an electric tool detachably connected to the electric tool to supply power to the electric tool, such as an electric circular saw, an angle grinder, a sander, an electric screwdriver, or the like. The first connection part 20 is used to detachably mount the battery pack 30. The first connection portion 20 is disposed outside the housing 10 and outside the door. The guide groove 32 is used to slidably guide the battery pack 30 to the first connecting portion 20 in cooperation with the guide rail 21. The power supply terminal 33 is for mating with the connection terminal 22.
In a preferred embodiment, the battery pack 30 is an adjustable voltage battery pack 30. The adjustable voltage battery pack 30 means that the power supply voltage of the battery pack 30 can be adjusted, and the power supply voltage can be adjusted manually according to the voltage required by the equipment to which the battery pack 30 needs to be connected.
Specifically, the battery pack 30 also contains several batteries and switching components.
A plurality of batteries are connected in sequence to form a multi-string battery pack, which is disposed in the battery pack case 31 and is electrically connected to the power supply terminal 33. The switching assembly is used for switching the connection relation of the multiple strings of battery packs to switch the multiple strings of battery packs between being connected in series and being connected in parallel. For example, in the present embodiment, the battery pack 30 includes 16 3V batteries, and each 8 batteries are connected in series to form two 24V battery packs. The switching assembly in a first state connects two 24V battery packs in series so that the battery pack 30 outputs a voltage of 48V to the outside in this state. The switching assembly connects the two 24V battery packs in parallel in the second state, so that the battery pack 30 outputs a voltage of 24V to the outside in this state.
The switching assembly may be embodied in various forms including a switch disposed outside the battery pack case, and the output voltage of the battery pack 30 may be adjusted by pushing the switch.
Further, a lock member 34 and a push switch 35 are provided on the battery pack case 31 of the battery pack 30, and the lock member 34 locks the battery pack 30 to the first connecting portion 20. The lock member 34 can be adjusted by pressing the push switch 35, and the locked state is released. The battery pack 30 can be detached from the first connecting portion 20 at this time.
In the present embodiment, the insertion direction of the battery pack 30 is perpendicular to the ground, and the battery pack 30 is inserted into the first connection part 20 from the top down.
As other alternative embodiments, the insertion direction of the battery pack 30 is parallel to the ground, or the insertion direction of the battery pack 30 is inclined to the ground, and the battery pack 30 is inserted into the first connection part 20 from the top down. Specifically, the insertion manner of the battery pack 30 may be set as needed.
As a preferred embodiment, the intelligent door lock 100 capable of using the battery pack of the power tool as an external backup power source further comprises: and a charging module.
The charging module is used to charge the power module through the battery pack 30 when the battery pack 30 is inserted into the first connection part 20. Like this, when power module electric quantity used up, after inserting battery package 30, battery package 30 continues to supply power for intelligent lock on the one hand, and on the other hand can charge for power module simultaneously, and power module need not to change.
As a preferred embodiment, the intelligent door lock 100 capable of using the battery pack of the electric tool as an external backup power source further comprises: a second connecting portion.
The second connecting portion is used for detachably mounting the battery pack 30, and has the same structure as the first connecting portion 20, and the second connecting portion is located in the door. The charging module charges the power module through the battery pack 30 when the battery pack 30 is inserted into the second connection part.
It will be appreciated that when the user is out of the door and the power module is just running low, the smart door lock in which the user inserts the battery pack 30 into the first connection portion 20 from the outside of the door can be used continuously. At other times, the power of the power module is not exhausted, but when the user wants to replenish the power of the power module, it is inconvenient to insert the battery pack 30 outside the door for charging, and there is a risk that the battery pack 30 is stolen, so the second connection portion is provided inside the door.
