Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of rigid traction operation of a rescue vehicle, and particularly relates to a rigid traction rod supporting device.
Background
When the emergency car carries out rigid traction operation, the connecting ring of the rigid traction rod needs to be connected with the central traction hook of the emergency car, and due to the fact that the rigid traction rod is heavy, multiple persons need to operate in a combined force mode to guarantee the connection in place, time and labor are wasted, and accident potential hazards of smashing injuries and squeezing injuries exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a rigid traction rod supporting device which is simple in structure, convenient to use and low in cost.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: a rigid drawbar support arrangement comprising: the fixing sleeve is used for fixing the rigid traction rod; the universal device is connected with the fixed sleeve and is used for adjusting the angle of the fixed sleeve; the screw rod assembly is connected with the universal device and is used for adjusting the height of the fixed sleeve; and the ratchet device is connected with the lead screw assembly and is used for controlling the lead screw assembly to lift.
The fixed sleeve is divided into an upper half cylinder and a lower half cylinder; the upper half cylinder is hinged and fixed with one end of the lower half cylinder, and the other end of the upper half cylinder is detachably connected with the lower half cylinder through a bolt.
The screw assembly comprises a screw sleeve and a screw body which is rotationally connected with the screw sleeve; the top of the screw rod body is connected with the universal device through a bolt; the ratchet device is rotationally connected with the lead screw body and is used for controlling the lead screw body to ascend and descend.
Preferably, the rigid traction rod supporting device further comprises a telescopic handle connected with the ratchet device and used for operating the ratchet device to control the lifting of the screw rod body.
Preferably, the rigid traction rod supporting device further comprises a base, and the bottom of the screw sleeve is connected to the base.
The invention has the following positive effects: the supporting device is simple in structure and convenient to carry, assemble and use (normally, the supporting device is placed in the box set in a decomposition state for storage, and is assembled and used on site during operation).

Detailed Description
(example 1)
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the rigid drawbar support device of the present embodiment includes a fixed sleeve 1, a universal device 2, a screw assembly 3, a ratchet device 4, a telescopic handle 5, and a base 6.
The fixed sleeve 1 is divided into an upper half cylinder 11 and a lower half cylinder 12; the upper half cylinder 11 is hinged and fixed with one end of the lower half cylinder 12, the other end is detachably connected through a bolt 100, and the fixing sleeve 1 is used for fixing the rigid traction rod.
The lead screw assembly 3 comprises a lead screw sleeve 31 and a lead screw body 32 rotationally connected with the lead screw sleeve 31, and the bottom of the lead screw sleeve 31 is connected to the base 6.
One end of the universal device 2 is connected with the fixed sleeve 1, the other end of the universal device is connected with the top of the screw rod body 32 through a bolt 200, and the angle of the fixed sleeve 1 can be adjusted through the universal device 2, so that the angle of the rigid traction rod can be adjusted.
The telescopic handle 5 is fixedly connected with the ratchet wheel device 4, the ratchet wheel device 4 is rotatably connected with the lead screw body 32, and the lead screw body 32 can be controlled to lift by operating the ratchet wheel device 4 through the telescopic handle 5, so that the height of the fixing sleeve 1 can be adjusted, and further the height of the rigid traction rod can be adjusted.
When the rigid traction rod supporting device is used, all the parts are taken out and assembled together, then the rigid traction rod is fixed in the solid sleeve 1, the ratchet device 4 is operated through the telescopic handle 5 to control the screw rod body 32 to ascend and descend until the height of the connecting ring of the rigid traction rod is consistent with that of the central traction hook of the rescue vehicle, and the angle of the solid sleeve 1 is adjusted through the universal device 2, so that the connecting ring of the rigid traction rod is connected with the central traction hook of the rescue vehicle.
