collecting physical parameters of a sheet metal part to be repaired;
the sheet metal part to be repaired is detached from the vehicle body, and the sheet metal part is subjected to spray painting pretreatment after being shaped;
conveying the pretreated sheet metal part to a spraying area, and automatically spraying the sheet metal part according to physical parameters of the sheet metal part to be repaired;
and conveying the sprayed sheet metal part to a drying area, and controlling the drying process according to the physical parameters of the repaired sheet metal part.

Specifically, the drying area is a long strip-shaped structure, a conveying belt is arranged in the long strip-shaped structure, the sheet metal part to be dried is dried in the conveying process from one end of the conveying belt, and the sheet metal part to be dried is continuously conveyed into the drying area.

The waste gas combustion equipment comprises a gas filtering device, a gas separation and compression device, a combustor and a heat exchange device.
The gas filtering device is characterized in that a gas inlet of the gas filtering device is communicated with a gas conveying device, a gas outlet of the gas filtering device is communicated with a gas separation and compression device, a concentrated gas outlet of the gas separation and compression device is communicated with a gas inlet of a combustor, the gas outlet of the combustor is communicated with a heat exchange device, and the heat exchange device is communicated with a drying area heat supply device.
The gas conveying device comprises gas collecting hoods arranged in the spraying area and the drying area, pipelines communicated with the gas collecting hoods and the drying area, and fans arranged in the gas collecting hoods or the pipelines. The negative pressure is generated in the gas conveying device under the action of the fan, and the gas in the spraying area and the drying area is conveyed to the gas filtering device under the action of the negative pressure.
The gas filtering device comprises a filter screen and the like, and angular particles in the waste gas are filtered through the filter screen.
The gas separation and compression device is a zeolite roller compression device, and can separate the evolved air from the polluted gas and concentrate and convey the polluted gas to the combustor for combustion.
The combustor is an RTO combustor, the combusted gas is conveyed to the heat exchange device, the heat exchange device is a gas-liquid heat exchanger, a gas-gas heat exchanger and a gas distributor, circulating water and air in the heat exchange device absorb heat in flue gas discharged by the combustor and then circulate to the spraying area and the drying area for supplying heat, or the gas distributor transmits pollution-free gas generated by the RTO combustor to the spraying area or the drying area respectively.
The water temperature or air temperature supplied to the spraying area by the heat exchange device is 20-30 ℃, and the water temperature or air temperature supplied to the drying area by the heat exchange device is 60-80 ℃.
In addition, the motor vehicle sheet metal repairing system is also sequentially provided with a construction sheet making area and a sheet metal part pretreatment area to be repaired (a pre-spraying part arranging area) before the spraying area, data acquisition of the sheet metal part to be repaired is carried out in the construction sheet making area, and processes of sheet metal part dismounting, repairing, replacing, sheet metal, putty scraping and the like are carried out in the sheet metal part pretreatment area to be repaired.
A sorting detention area, an installation area and a quality inspection vehicle-handing area are sequentially arranged at the rear part of the drying area;
the sorting detention area is used for storing the repaired sheet metal part; the mounting area is used for mounting the repaired sheet metal part on the vehicle body; and the quality inspection vehicle delivery area is used for quality inspection and delivery of the repaired vehicle.
In the present embodiment, there is also provided an automatic paint spraying method using the complete set of equipment for spraying metal plates of automotive body parts as described above, comprising the steps of:
collecting physical parameters of a sheet metal part to be repaired;
the sheet metal part to be repaired is detached from the vehicle body, and the sheet metal part is subjected to spray painting pretreatment after being shaped;
conveying the pretreated sheet metal part to a spraying area, and automatically spraying the sheet metal part according to physical parameters of the sheet metal part to be repaired;
and conveying the sprayed sheet metal part to a drying area, and controlling the drying process according to the physical parameters of the repaired sheet metal part.
The physical parameters of the sheet metal part to be repaired are collected, wherein the physical parameters comprise a paint spraying position, a paint spraying color and a paint spraying process.
In addition, the baking finish parts are mainly distinguished aiming at the vehicle to be repaired, and the vehicle is divided into replacement, repair and non-detachable parts according to the baking finish parts and the damaged condition;
when the paint baking part is seriously damaged or the repair cost is higher than the replacement cost, the part needing paint baking is directly replaced.
And when the damage of the varnish baking part is light or the repair cost is lower than the replacement cost, the sheet metal part to be repaired is detached from the vehicle, and the motor vehicle sheet metal repair system is repaired.
When the sheet metal part of the motor vehicle is an undetachable part, the sheet metal is repaired by adopting the existing method.
The method for removing the sheet metal part needing repairing from the vehicle body comprises the following steps:
1. dismantling the parts needing to be replaced or repaired;
2. repairing and shaping the repairing part;
3. and (4) performing data proofreading comparison (component data model infrared comparison) on the well-shaped component to ensure the quality of the repaired component.
And the pre-painting treatment of the shaped sheet metal part comprises cleaning, drying, putty scraping, priming paint making and rust prevention treatment. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
1. cleaning and drying the paint spraying and baking part;
2. inspecting a new piece, and placing the new piece into a region to be sprayed;
3. and (5) putty scraping of the repair part, primary coating and rust prevention treatment.
The automatic spraying of the sheet metal part comprises the following steps:
the supply amount and the type of paint of the robot are accurately controlled by integrating and analyzing input signal information;
and aiming at the integration and analysis of input signal information, the automatic paint spraying program of the robot is accurately controlled.
The drying of the sheet metal part comprises the following steps

1. strictly controlling the indexes of organic waste gas entering and exiting the purification system, practically ensuring that the waste gas purification reaches the standard
2. Reasonably utilized and purified gas reaching the standard is recycled, and energy loss is reduced
3. The heat exchange system ensures that the air inlet temperature and the air inlet amount of the drying area and the spraying area can be accurately supplied.
