Abstract
The invention discloses a biological deodorization particle for pets and a preparation method thereof, wherein the biological deodorization particle comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of compound biological enzyme, 10-35 parts of crushed corn, 14-31 parts of bran, 8-20 parts of grass powder, 5-15 parts of adhesive, 15-36 parts of soybean meal, 1-5 parts of water, 0.1-5 parts of essence, 0.1-5 parts of plant extract, 3-15 parts of mildew-proof preservative, 0.1-5 parts of bacteriostatic agent, 2-10 parts of glycerol and 5-15 parts of beta-cyclodextrin. The biological deodorization particle prepared by compounding a plurality of biological enzymes and a plurality of plant extracts and utilizing the synergistic effect of the components can eliminate a plurality of odor molecules, makes up the use limitation of the plant extracts and the biological enzyme deodorizer, realizes instant deodorization, has long deodorization time, wide range, stable particles, small dosage, no dust generation, no toxic or side effect, no skin irritation and no secondary pollution.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pet products, and particularly relates to a biological deodorization particle for pets and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the increasing expansion of the pet market, more and more people are raising pets. The cat is different from the dog, and the cat need not walk, can use the cat litter, can independently solve the stool and urine problem, so city family cat owner first selects just to breed cat, and cat product market has very big potential consumption ability. The cat toilet is generally placed at home, peculiar smell is easily generated, the need of modern families is met by a quick and effective deodorizing product, and along with the continuous progress of cat culture, the deodorizing product city is a necessary product for raising pets in cities.
Deodorizing products are becoming mature day by day, and the deodorizing products sold in the market at present mainly comprise the following types: deodorant spray, deodorant powder, deodorant granules, and the like. The deodorizing spray is convenient to use, is suitable for quick and timely deodorization, and has a short deodorizing effect maintenance time; the deodorant powder is easy to generate dust and is easy to be stained on the hair of the cat, so that a great deal of inconvenience is brought to urban families, and the dust is also easy to damage the respiratory system of the pet cat, so that a series of health problems of the cat are caused; the deodorizing granules have low consumption, do not generate dust and have good deodorizing effect, thus being the first choice for the majority of cat-keeping people. The deodorizing particles on the market are various, mainly have physical types, covering types and the like, wherein the deodorizing effect of the deodorizing particles of activated carbon types which only depend on the physical adsorption action is poor, when the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon reaches the upper limit, the adsorption capacity is rapidly lost due to the saturation effect, if the activated carbon is not replaced in time, secondary release is caused, and secondary pollution is formed; covering type deodorization granule is that the granule group of paper spouts one deck perfume liquid, covers the stink through essence spices, can not thoroughly eliminate the stink from the source, and this kind of deodorization granule is individual great moreover, is shoveled when clearing up the cat litter very easily, and it is inconvenient to use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a biological deodorization particle for pets and a preparation method thereof, which can realize instant deodorization, and has longer deodorization time and wider deodorization range.
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a biological deodorant particle for pets, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of compound biological enzyme, 10-35 parts of crushed corn, 14-31 parts of bran, 8-20 parts of grass meal, 5-15 parts of adhesive, 15-36 parts of soybean meal, 1-5 parts of water, 0.1-5 parts of essence, 0.1-5 parts of plant extract, 3-15 parts of mildew-proof preservative, 0.1-5 parts of bacteriostatic agent, 2-10 parts of glycerol and 5-15 parts of beta-cyclodextrin.
According to the invention, the biological deodorization particle for pets comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of composite biological enzyme, 15-20 parts of crushed corn, 20-23 parts of bran, 10-16 parts of grass powder, 12-15 parts of adhesive, 15-20 parts of bean pulp, 1-2 parts of water, 2-3 parts of essence, 0.2-0.5 part of plant extract, 3-4 parts of mildew-proof preservative, 2-4 parts of bacteriostatic agent, 6-10 parts of glycerol and 8-12 parts of beta-cyclodextrin.
