The front, the rear, the left and the right in the specification are based on the direction of the sweeper in normal operation.
As shown in fig. 1 to 37, the present embodiment provides a sweeping and mopping integrated household intelligent sweeping robot, which includes a host and a base station; a dust box 7 is arranged in the main machine; the bottom of the main machine is provided with a mopping mechanism; a cleaning system and a dust collection system are arranged in the base station; the cleaning system is used for cleaning the floor mopping mechanism, and the dust collection system is used for recovering the garbage in the dust box 7.
The dust box 7 is arranged in the middle of the main machine body, the floor mopping mechanism adopts a double-roller mop 9, and the double-roller mop 9 is arranged behind the main machine body.
The host computer includes engine body shell and fixes at engine body bottom dead ahead universal wheel 2, the battery 20 and the roll in 2 backs of universal wheel 6, the setting is at the air draft pipeline 34 of engine body rear, arrange the water tank 18 of air draft pipeline 34 top in, the left drive wheel 11 on the left of engine body side, the right drive wheel 8 on the right of side, inductor 3 is examined to four places in engine body side the place ahead, the limit is swept 5, two sets of ultrasonic sensor in side the place ahead, fix radar 13 and the 13 safety covers of radar at engine body top, adorn anticollision strip 12 in engine body dead ahead. The sweeper is powered by a left driving wheel 11 and a right driving wheel 8, is navigated by a radar 13, and detects the change of the road condition on the ground by a ground detection sensor 3 and an ultrasonic sensor.
The rolling broom lifting motor 23 drives a rolling broom shifting rod 24, the rolling broom shifting rod 24 shifts the rolling broom 6 mechanism to rotate around a rolling broom rotating shaft 25, so that the rolling broom cylinder 21 rotates and lifts off the ground and cannot contact with the ground; when the rolling sweeping deflector rod 24 is not operated, the sweeper moves forward, the rolling sweeper 6 touches an obstacle, the rolling sweeper 6 can rotate and lift around the rolling sweeper rotating shaft 25 to cross the obstacle, meanwhile, the rolling sweeper cylinder 21 is driven by the rolling sweeper motor 14 to keep rotating all the time, and the sweeping operation is not stopped.
The roller tractor 9 comprises double-cylinder rolling cloth, is driven by a roller tractor motor 17, and drives the double-roller tractor 31 through a gear to enable the two roller tractors 31 to respectively roll towards the middle. Two water spraying rubber pipes are arranged above each rolling and dragging cylinder 31 and are connected with a water pump, a one-way valve and a water tank 18 arranged above the rolling and dragging mechanism 9. Under the action of the water pump, water in the water tank 18 is sprayed on the rolled cloth cylinder to wet the cloth cylinder.
The air suction pipeline 34 positioned at the rear part of the main machine is operated by the exhaust fan 19 to realize the functions of air suction and air outlet. One end of the air exhaust pipeline 34 is hermetically fixed on the dust box 7 provided with the filter screen 16 to form an air suction port, and the air outlet pipeline is fixed on the shell at the rear part of the sweeper to form an air outlet. The air suction pipeline is designed into a streamline bell mouth; the small opening of the suction pipeline is hermetically fixed on a suction opening 33 of the exhaust fan 19, and the exhaust fan 19 is placed behind the main machine of the sweeper as much as possible so as to obtain the maximum volume of the suction pipeline.
The right driving wheel 8 and the left driving wheel 11 both adopt anti-skid wheels with large diameters, and the diameters of the wheels are more than 85 MM; the front small roller 10 is fixed on the inclined plane right behind the bottom of the main machine, and when the main machine of the sweeper climbs a slope, goes downhill and crosses obstacles, the small roller preferentially contacts the ground to prevent the sweeper body from being clamped when contacting the ground.
The base station comprises a base station shell, a base station top cover 40, a cleaning plate 36, a power socket, a base station sewage tank 39, a base station clean water tank 41, a base station dust bag 42, a dust suction pipeline, a base station exhaust fan 50 and a water storage tank; a base station working chamber 43 is arranged at the bottom of the base station shell, the front end of the base station working chamber 43 is opened, and the host enters and exits the base station working chamber 43 through the opening; a reservoir is arranged at the bottom of the base station working chamber 43, and the cleaning plate 36 is arranged in the reservoir; the top of the base station shell is open, and one side of the base station top cover 40 is in openable connection with one side of the base station shell; the middle part in the base station shell is provided with a base station dust bag 42, and two sides of the base station dust bag 42 are respectively provided with a base station sewage tank 39 and a base station clean water tank 41.
A plurality of water spray holes 35 are distributed on the cleaning plate 36; the clean water tank 41 of the base station is connected with the water pump and the water spraying holes 35 through rubber pipes, and under the action of the water pump, clean water of the clean water tank 41 of the base station flows through the rubber pipes and is sprayed out from the water spraying holes 35 on the cleaning plate 36.
A reservoir is arranged below the cleaning plate 36 in the base station working chamber 43 and is connected with a water pump and a base station sewage tank 39 through rubber pipes, and under the action of the water pump, sewage in the base station reservoir 60 flows into the base station sewage tank 39 through the rubber pipes.
Two base station dust suction ports 44 are formed in the base station dust suction pipe 48, and the base station dust suction ports 44 are formed in the base station working chamber 43. The main unit is returned to the base station working chamber 43 and the positioning is completed, and two main unit dust box covers 51 on the dust box 7 of the main unit are positioned just above the dust suction port 44 of the base station. The base station dust bag 42 is composed of a base station dust bag handle 57 and a bag that is permeable to air and also capable of blocking dust. The base station dust bag handle 57 is composed of a base station dust bag handle slider 54, a base station dust bag handle sliding sleeve 55 and base station dust bag soft rubber 56. The base station dust bag handle sliding sleeve 55 has a gap in the middle, is sealed at the periphery and the bottom, and has an opening at the top. The bag and the base station dust bag soft rubber 56 are sewn on the wall of the base station dust bag handle sliding sleeve 55, the base station dust bag handle sliding block 54 is arranged in the middle gap of the base station dust bag handle sliding sleeve 55, and the base station dust bag handle sliding block 54 can move up and down along the base station dust bag handle sliding sleeve 55. The base station dust bag 42 is arranged at a base station dust suction pipeline dust outlet 47 of the base station dust suction pipeline 48 and is clamped in the base station cavity clamping groove 59, and the base station dust bag soft rubber 56 on the base station dust bag handle 57 is tightly sleeved on the base station dust suction pipeline 48. Base blower 50 is secured to the bottom of base chamber 49. The periphery and the bottom surface of the base station cavity 49 are sealed, the base station top cover 40 covers the base station cavity 49, and a base station dust suction pipeline dust outlet 47 of the base station dust suction pipeline 48 is reserved.
After the base station dust bag 42 is installed in the base station cavity 49, the handle 57 of the base station dust bag 42 is engaged with the base station cavity engaging slot 59 of the base station cavity 49. When the base station dust bag 42 is arranged in the base station cavity 49, the base station dust bag handle 57 slides downwards along the base station cavity clamping groove 59 of the base station cavity 49 to touch the two base station dust suction pipeline inclined blocks 46 of the base station dust suction pipeline 48, the two base station dust suction pipeline inclined blocks 46 of the base station dust suction pipeline 48 are stressed to retreat, when the base station dust bag 42 is arranged in place, the two hole sites of the base station dust bag handle 57 are just aligned with the two base station dust suction pipeline inclined blocks 46 of the base station dust suction pipeline 48, the two base station dust suction pipeline inclined blocks 46 extend into the two hole sites of the base station dust bag handle 57 under the elastic force action of the two base station dust suction pipeline elastic sheets 45 fixed on the base station dust suction pipeline 48, and the two base station dust suction pipeline inclined blocks 46 clamp the base station dust bag 42 to prevent the base station dust bag 42 from falling off; when the base station dust bag 42 needs to be replaced, the base station dust bag handle slider 54 of the base station dust bag handle 57 is pulled lightly, the base station dust bag handle slider 54 rises along the base station dust bag handle sliding sleeve 55, the two base station dust bag handle inclined shoulders 58 of the base station dust bag handle slider 54 touch the two base station dust suction pipeline inclined blocks 46 of the base station dust suction pipeline 48, the two base station dust suction pipeline inclined blocks 46 are stressed, the two base station dust suction pipeline inclined blocks 46 and the base station dust suction pipeline dust outlet 47 are caused to simultaneously retreat to be separated from the hole site of the base station dust bag handle 57, and the base station dust bag 42 is taken out.
The floor sweeper base station switch is turned on to activate the host switch, the host automatically exits the base station workroom 43 after being turned on, and the host draws a map in the room.
In this embodiment: the working mode is selected through the remote controller or APP operation to sweep the floor, and the main sweeper 6 cleans the floor simultaneously by rolling dust. Under the action of the battery 20, the rolling sweeper motor 14, the rolling sweeper motor 17, the right driving wheel 8, the left driving wheel 11, the side sweeper 5, the exhaust fan 19 and the water pump work simultaneously; the host machine moves forward, and the side sweeper 5 sweeps dust and garbage on the side edge of the shell 1 of the host machine body towards the middle; the rolling broom cylinder 21 of the rolling broom 6 rotates to roll dust and garbage on the ground to the inner side of the rolling broom 6, air near the rolling broom 6 quickly enters the dust box 7 from an opening of the dust box 7 under the action of the air suction pipeline 34 and the exhaust fan 19 to form suction force, and air flow is filtered by the filter screen 16 of the dust box 7 and then is exhausted out of the main machine body through the air suction pipeline 34; under the action of a water pump, water on the water tank 18 flows through a water pipe and is sprinkled on the roller cloth on the roller mop 9 to moisten the roller cloth; the two roller drums 31 on the roller 9 roll towards the middle to wipe the ground to wipe off the dust on the ground. The radar 13 guides the main machine of the sweeper to move forward, and the universal wheels 2 control the direction of the sweeper. The ground detection sensor 3 feeds the detected road condition back to the main machine chip of the sweeper to determine the advancing route of the main machine of the sweeper.
In this embodiment: the working mode is selected for sweeping through the operation of a remote controller or an APP, and the main machine of the sweeper only rolls and sweeps 6 to absorb dust without mopping the floor; under the action of the battery 20, the roller driving lifting motor 29 drives the roller driving lever 28 to rotate, the roller driving bracket 32 provided with the roller driving cylinder 31 is driven to rotate and lift around the roller driving rotating shaft 27, and the roller driving cylinder 31 leaves the ground and stops working; the rolling sweeper motor 14, the left driving wheel 11, the right driving wheel 8, the side sweeper 5 and the exhaust fan 19 work simultaneously; the sweeper moves forward, and the side sweeper 5 sweeps dust and garbage on the side edge of the main body shell 1 to the middle; the rolling broom cylinder 21 of the rolling broom 6 rotates to roll dust and garbage on the ground to the inner side of the rolling broom 6, air near the rolling broom 6 quickly enters the dust box 7 from an opening of the dust box 7 under the action of the air suction pipeline 34 and the exhaust fan 19 to form suction force, and the dust and garbage enter the dust box 7 through the dust suction port 15 to play a role in cleaning the ground; the airflow is filtered by the filter screen 16 of the dust box 7 and then discharged to the outside of the machine body through the air suction pipe 34.

In this embodiment: the user can set the frequency of garbage in the sweeper host automatically returning to the base station cleaning roller 31 or the dust suction box 7 according to the floor condition of a room, after the base station finishes cleaning the sweeper host 31 or dust suction, the host automatically exits from the base station working chamber 43 to continue to carry out the instruction set by the user until the instruction is executed, and the sweeper host automatically returns to the base station to be charged.

Claims (10)

1. A sweeping and mopping integrated household intelligent sweeping robot is characterized by comprising a host and a base station;
a dust box is arranged in the host;
the bottom of the main machine is provided with a mopping mechanism;
a cleaning system and a dust collection system are arranged in the base station; the cleaning system is used for cleaning the mopping mechanism, and the dust collection system is used for recovering the garbage in the dust box.
2. The sweeping and mopping integrated household intelligent sweeping robot as claimed in claim 1, wherein the left side and the right side of the bottom of the main machine are respectively provided with a driving wheel, and the rear of the bottom of the main machine is provided with a small roller.

The sweeping and mopping integrated household intelligent sweeping robot according to claim 1, wherein an openable main machine dust box cover is arranged at the bottom of the dust box; and the main machine dust box cover corresponds to a base station dust suction port of the dust suction system.

The sweeping and mopping integrated household intelligent sweeping robot according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning system comprises a base station clean water tank, a cleaning plate, a base station sewage tank and a base station reservoir; the basic station cistern is located the basic station bottom, wash the board set up in the basic station cistern, be provided with a plurality of hole for water sprayings on the washing board, a plurality of hole for water sprayings with basic station clear water tank is linked together, the basic station cistern with basic station sewage case is linked together.
5. The sweeping and mopping integrated household intelligent sweeping robot according to claim 4, wherein a scraper is arranged on the cleaning plate, and the position of the scraper corresponds to the position of the mopping mechanism.

The sweeping and mopping integrated household intelligent sweeping robot of claim 1, wherein the dust collection system comprises a base station dust bag, a base station exhaust fan and a base station dust collection pipeline; the base station exhaust fan is arranged on the outer side of the base station dust bag, and an air inlet of the base station exhaust fan is communicated with an air passage on one side of the base station dust bag; one end of the base station dust suction pipeline is communicated with the base station dust bag, the other end of the base station dust suction pipeline is provided with a base station dust suction port, and the base station dust suction port corresponds to the dust outlet of the dust box.

The sweeping and mopping integrated household intelligent sweeping robot according to claim 6, wherein the base station dust bag comprises a dust bag body and a base station dust bag handle, the dust bag body is of a box-shaped structure, the base station dust bag handle is arranged on one side of the dust bag body, and an inlet communicated with the base station dust suction pipeline is arranged on the base station dust bag handle.
