Abstract
本发明的目的在于提供液氨‑柴油双燃料喷射装置,包括液氨储存罐、油箱、液氨共轨管、燃油共轨管、液氨喷射器、喷油器,液氨储存罐的出口连接液氨共轨管进口,液氨共轨管的出口通过高压氨管连接液氨喷射器,液氨喷射器通过回氨管连接液氨储存罐,油箱通过滤器、高压油泵连接燃油共轨管的进口,燃油共轨管的出口连接喷油器,喷油器通过回油管路连接油箱。本发明以低压储存罐作为媒介,实现液态氨的安全性贮藏。为发动机氨燃料的供给源,可极大地提高储存效率;提出的柴油引燃燃烧模式改善了氨燃料燃烧困难,反应不充分的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种发动机的喷射装置,具体地说是双燃料发动机的喷射装置。
背景技术
随着环境污染、温室效应问题的加剧,减少碳排放已成为未来一段时间的核心方向。在低碳替代燃料开发过程中,氨燃料由于高抗爆性、高储能以及可实现无碳燃烧等优势,另外氨燃料具有成熟的供给链,成本较低。被认为是可用于发动机的理想绿色燃料之一,但在应用过程中仍存在燃点高、热值低、火焰传播速度慢等问题,导致氨燃料发动机存在体积效率低,燃烧效果差等问题,限制了氨发动机推广和发展。
而氨燃料以微喷引燃的方式进行燃烧,能克服氨燃料燃点高,不易点燃的问题。在当前需求下,提出了柴油引燃的燃烧模式,提高发动机运行压缩比,加快了火焰传播速度,改善了热效率。另外,针对于发动机而言,柴油助燃对发动机的结构带来了新的挑战,提高了喷射系统的复杂程度,同时也带来了安全性的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供能改善氨燃料燃烧困难,反应不充分等问题的液氨-柴油双燃料喷射装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明液氨-柴油双燃料喷射装置,其特征是:包括液氨储存罐、油箱、液氨共轨管、燃油共轨管、液氨喷射器、喷油器,液氨储存罐的出口连接液氨共轨管进口,液氨共轨管的出口通过高压氨管连接液氨喷射器,液氨喷射器通过回氨管连接液氨储存罐,油箱通过滤器、高压油泵连接燃油共轨管的进口,燃油共轨管的出口连接喷油器,喷油器通过回油管路连接油箱。
本发明还可以包括:
1、液氨共轨管的出口安装流量限制器。
2、燃油共轨管的出口安装流量限制器。
3、喷油器和液氨喷射器为并联方式,从而实现柴油引燃的燃烧模式。
本发明的优势在于:
1、以低压储存罐作为媒介,实现液态氨的安全性贮藏。为发动机氨燃料的供给源,可极大地提高储存效率;
2、发明双燃料供给系统,提出的柴油引燃燃烧模式改善了氨燃料燃烧困难,反应不充分的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图举例对本发明做更详细地描述:
结合图1,图1为本发明整体结构示意图,燃油供给系统包括油箱7、滤清器6、高压油泵及电机4、燃油共轨管9、流量限制器10、高压油管3和11、电控喷油器12构成,共轨管9右端分别与高压油泵4、滤器6和油箱7连通,共轨管9上开有多个液压油出口,出口上连接流量限制器10,保障异常工况时及时关闭,减小损失。流量限制器10的个数根据内燃机气缸的个数确定,流量限制器10通过高压油管11与喷油器12相连通。
液氨储存罐15储存着系统的燃料,采用高压低温储存方式,保证氨燃料处于稳定的液态。随后通过储存罐15、控制阀供入进氨口,进而导入液氨共轨管1。液氨共轨管1内的液氨通过高压油管2供给到液氨喷射器8,通过喷射器内电磁阀控制,随后向气缸内喷射。
油箱7储存着系统中作为引燃的柴油,高压油泵4从油箱7中吸取燃油,在高压油泵4和油箱7之间设置有滤器6,燃油通过滤器6得到过滤。而后燃油被输送到共轨管9,共轨管9上开有多个液压油出口10,每个液压油出口10都通过高压油管11与喷油器12相连通,通过喷油器内电磁阀控制,随后向气缸内喷射。柴油和液氨分别由喷油器12和喷射器8喷入气缸。系统运行过程中,多余柴油通过回油管路5回到油箱7中。多余的液氨通过回氨管和控制阀返回储氨罐中。
柴油和液氨分别由喷射器喷入气缸中,混合气供入气缸中,与燃料混合。当达到上止点,由压燃方式燃烧,从而带动阀杆做功。
由上述描述可知,本发明以低压储存罐作为媒介,实现液态氨的安全性贮藏。为发动机氨燃料的供给源,可极大地提高储存效率;提出的柴油引燃燃烧模式改善了氨燃料燃烧困难,反应不充分的问题。
Claims (4)
1.液氨-柴油双燃料喷射装置,其特征是:包括液氨储存罐、油箱、液氨共轨管、燃油共轨管、液氨喷射器、喷油器,液氨储存罐的出口连接液氨共轨管进口,液氨共轨管的出口通过高压氨管连接液氨喷射器,液氨喷射器通过回氨管连接液氨储存罐,油箱通过滤器、高压油泵连接燃油共轨管的进口,燃油共轨管的出口连接喷油器,喷油器通过回油管路连接油箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液氨-柴油双燃料喷射装置,其特征是:液氨共轨管的出口安装流量限制器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液氨-柴油双燃料喷射装置,其特征是:燃油共轨管的出口安装流量限制器。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的液氨-柴油双燃料喷射装置,其特征是:喷油器和液氨喷射器为并联方式,从而实现柴油引燃的燃烧模式。
