The invention discloses a groove type unilateral shearing ultrasonic welding structure which comprises an upper cover plate and a lower box body, wherein the size of the side edge thickness W of the lower box body is larger than 2.2mm, the size of the height of the lower box body is smaller than 90mm, an ultrasonic welding wire is arranged at the bottom of the upper cover plate, the width C of the ultrasonic welding wire is equal to W/3, an ultrasonic welding groove is formed in the top of the lower box body, the width E of the ultrasonic welding groove is larger than the width C of the ultrasonic welding wire, a bulge is arranged at the top of the lower box body, the height D of the bulge is 0.4mm, the side edge thickness S of the bulge is 0.65mm, the upper cover plate is in interference fit with the ultrasonic welding groove, the magnitude of interference fit between the upper cover plate and the ultrasonic welding groove is larger than 0.3mm and smaller than 0.6mm, and the magnitude of interference depth B of the lower box body is larger than 0.3mm and smaller than 0.5 mm. The invention improves the bonding strength of the kit during ultrasonic treatment and improves the sealing effect.

Technical Field

Background
In the process of ultrasonic welding and sealing of an in-vitro reagent diagnosis box (bottle), in the prior art, the ultrasonic welding line design of a triangular energy guiding rib is adopted, the triangular energy guiding rib is melted by ultrasonic welding high-speed vibration and friction, and the triangular energy guiding rib is bonded with the plane of a kit (bottle) body or a cover plate under certain pressure and time.
The most commonly used medical polypropylene material of the kit is a typical semi-crystalline thermoplastic material, and has the characteristics of obvious melting point and quick melting time, the design of the triangular energy-conducting rib is in the bonding strength, particularly in the air tightness, the micro-leakage hole is large, particularly, the requirement of part of special biological preparations on the size of the micro-leakage hole is high and reaches the requirement of less than 0.5um, and the triangular energy-conducting rib often cannot meet the requirement of the air tightness.
On the other hand, the cleaning degree of ultrasonic welding of a part of in-vitro diagnostic reagent kit (bottle) is very high, and ultrasonic welding flash in a cavity is not allowed.

The invention provides a groove type unilateral shearing ultrasonic welding structure which comprises an upper cover plate and a lower box body, wherein the size of the side edge thickness W of the lower box body is larger than 2.2mm, the size of the height of the lower box body is smaller than 90mm, an ultrasonic welding wire is arranged at the bottom of the upper cover plate, the width C of the ultrasonic welding wire is equal to W/3, an ultrasonic welding groove is formed in the top of the lower box body, the width E of the ultrasonic welding groove is larger than the width C of the ultrasonic welding wire, a bulge is arranged at the top of the lower box body, the height D of the bulge is 0.4mm, the side edge thickness S of the bulge is 0.65mm, the upper cover plate is in interference fit with the ultrasonic welding groove, the magnitude of interference fit between the upper cover plate and the ultrasonic welding groove is larger than 0.3mm and smaller than 0.6mm, and the magnitude of interference depth B of the lower box body is larger than 0.3mm and smaller than 0.5 mm.
Preferably, the upper cover plate and the lower box body are both made of polypropylene materials.
Preferably, the side thickness W of the lower box body is 2.3 mm.
Preferably, the height of the lower box body is 80 mm.
Preferably, the interference width A of the interference fit between the upper cover plate and the ultrasonic welding groove is 0.4 mm.
Preferably, the interference depth B of the lower box body is 0.4 mm.
According to the groove type single-side shearing ultrasonic welding structure, the problems of low bonding strength and poor air tightness of a semi-crystalline thermoplastic material when ultrasonic welding flash is not allowed in a cavity are solved, the bonding strength of a kit during ultrasonic is improved, and the sealing effect is improved.

The invention comprises the following steps: the semi-crystalline polymer of polypropylene can provide stronger bonding strength and better sealing than a common triangular energy-conducting rib structure, solves the problems of low bonding strength and poor air tightness of a semi-crystalline thermoplastic material when no ultrasonic welding flash exists in a cavity, improves the bonding strength of the kit during ultrasonic treatment, and improves the sealing effect.
