The invention also provides an automobile pedal positioning method, which is based on the automobile pedal positioning device and comprises the following specific steps: after the brake pedal is arranged on a booster of a brake main cylinder, the brake pedal is positioned at a standard height position of an automobile design state under the action of the booster of the brake main cylinder, a brake pedal positioning part is fixed on the brake pedal, and at the moment, the lower end surfaces of an accelerator pedal limiting part and a clutch pedal limiting part can respectively correspond to the standard height positions of the accelerator pedal and the clutch pedal; the installation positions of an accelerator cable between the accelerator pedal and an engine throttle body and the installation position of a clutch cable between the clutch pedal and a transmission clutch rocker arm are adjusted, so that the accelerator pedal and the clutch pedal are respectively lifted and respectively locked after respectively abutting against the lower end faces of the accelerator pedal limiting part and the clutch pedal limiting part, and the accelerator pedal and the clutch pedal are positioned; and taking down the brake pedal positioning part fixed on the brake pedal.

Referring to fig. 3-5, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a connection structure of a brake pedal, an accelerator pedal and a clutch pedal respectively with a brake master cylinder booster, an engine throttle body and a transmission clutch rocker arm according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 4 is an enlarged schematic view of the throttle cable of FIG. 3 in connection with the throttle body of the engine; FIG. 5 is an enlarged schematic view of the connection position of the clutch cable and the transmission clutch rocker in FIG. 3.
As shown in fig. 3, the brake pedal 4 is mounted on the brake master cylinder booster 7, the accelerator pedal 5 is mounted on the engine throttle body 8 through the accelerator cable 81, the clutch pedal 6 is mounted on the transmission clutch rocker arm 9 through the clutch cable 91, the initial height position of the brake pedal 4 is the standard height position of the design state after the brake pedal 4 is mounted, the initial height position of the accelerator pedal 5 needs to be determined by the mounting structure of the accelerator cable 81 and the engine throttle body 8, and the initial height position of the clutch pedal 6 needs to be determined by the mounting structure of the clutch cable 91 and the transmission clutch rocker arm 9.
Referring to fig. 4, the installation structure of the accelerator cable 81 and the engine throttle body 8 can be configured such that when the accelerator cable 81 is pulled to the right, i.e., when approaching the engine throttle body 8, the accelerator pedal 5 is lifted up, and the height position thereof is increased; when the accelerator cable 81 is pulled to the left, i.e., away from the engine throttle body 8, the accelerator pedal 5 is lowered downward and the height position thereof is reduced. The height position of the accelerator pedal 5 is fixed by locking the accelerator cable 81 to the throttle body 8 of the engine.
Referring to fig. 5, the mounting structure of the clutch cable 91 and the transmission clutch rocker 9 is that when the clutch cable 91 is pulled to the right, i.e., when the clutch cable is close to the transmission clutch rocker 9, the clutch pedal 6 is lifted upwards, and the height position of the clutch pedal is increased; when the clutch cable 91 is pulled to the left, i.e., away from the transmission clutch rocker 9, the clutch pedal 6 is lowered downward and its height position is reduced. The clutch cable 91 is locked to the transmission clutch rocker 9, and the height position of the clutch pedal 6 is fixed.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an automobile pedal positioning device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The invention provides an automobile pedal positioning device which comprises a brake pedal positioning part 1, an accelerator pedal limiting part 2 and a clutch pedal limiting part 3 which are connected with one another, wherein the brake pedal positioning part 1 can be fixed on a brake pedal 4, and when the brake pedal positioning part 4 is fixed on the brake pedal 4 and the brake pedal 4 is positioned at a standard height position, the height positions of the lower end surfaces of the accelerator pedal limiting part 2 and the clutch pedal limiting part 3 can respectively correspond to the standard height positions of the accelerator pedal 5 and the clutch pedal 6.
By adopting the structure, when the brake pedal 4 is arranged in the brake master cylinder booster 7 and the brake pedal 4 is at the standard height position of the design state, the brake pedal positioning part 4 can be fixed on the brake pedal 4, at the moment, the lower end surface of the accelerator pedal limiting part 2 is the standard height position of the accelerator pedal 5, and the lower end surface of the clutch pedal limiting part 3 is the standard height position of the clutch pedal 6. In this embodiment, brake pedal location portion 1 includes locating piece 11 and lower limiting plate 12, and lower limiting plate 12 is equipped with the breach, and the connecting rod of brake pedal 4 bottom can pass this breach, blocks brake pedal 4 in the top of lower limiting plate 12, and locating piece 11 can compress tightly brake pedal 4 from the top, and is spacing between locating piece 11 and lower limiting plate 12 with brake pedal 4.
Referring to fig. 1, a notch extends from one side of the lower limiting plate 12 to the middle, the connecting rod at the bottom of the brake pedal 4 can be inserted into the notch at one side of the lower limiting plate 12, so that the brake pedal 4 with a size larger than that of the connecting rod is clamped above the lower limiting plate 12 and cannot be separated from the lower side of the lower limiting plate 12, the positioning block 11 can press the brake pedal 4 from above, the brake pedal 4 is limited between the positioning block 11 and the lower limiting plate 12, and the brake pedal 4 is relatively fixed to the automobile pedal positioning device.
It can be understood that, in addition to the above fixing manner of the brake pedal 4, in practical application, the brake pedal positioning portion 1 may also fix the brake pedal 4 by other manners and structures, which is not limited in this respect, for example, the brake pedal positioning portion 1 may be provided with an installation groove having the same shape as the brake pedal 4, after the brake pedal 4 is placed in the installation groove, the brake pedal 4 is limited in the installation groove by a baffle or a bolt, and cannot be separated, and the brake pedal 4 may be fixed to the brake pedal positioning portion 1.
In this embodiment, the brake pedal positioning portion 1 further includes a screw 14 and an upper limiting plate 13, the lower limiting plate 12 and the upper limiting plate 13 are fixedly connected by a connecting portion, the screw 14 can penetrate through the upper limiting plate 13 and can move relatively, the upper end of the positioning block 11 has a screw hole, and the screw hole can be mounted at the bottom end of the screw 14.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the upper limiting plate 13 is approximately rectangular, the screw 14 vertically penetrates through the upper limiting plate 13, the screw 14 can move relative to the upper limiting plate 13, and therefore the positioning block 11 mounted at the bottom end of the screw 14 can also move relative to the upper limiting plate 13 to press or release the brake pedal 4.
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the connecting portion is a connecting plate 17, the connecting plate 17 is disposed on two sides of the positioning block 11 to fixedly connect the upper limiting plate 13 and the lower limiting plate 12, and the connecting manner between the connecting plate 17 and the upper limiting plate and the lower limiting plate is not limited in the present invention, and the connecting plate can be connected by welding, snapping, or screw-fitting, as long as the upper limiting plate 13 and the lower limiting plate 12 can be relatively fixed. The center of the connecting plate 17 has a hollowed-out structure to reduce the manufacturing cost and the weight of the whole structure. It should be understood that, in practical applications, the connecting portion may have other structures as long as it can connect the upper limiting plate 13 and the lower limiting plate 12 and fix them relatively, and the invention is not limited thereto.
Further, the upper limiting plate 13 is provided with a guide sleeve 131, the guide sleeve 131 is provided with an internal thread matched with the screw 14, and the screw 14 can be mounted on the upper limiting plate 13 through the guide sleeve 131.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a partially enlarged schematic view of a brake pedal positioning portion in fig. 1.
The guide sleeve 131 is inserted into the upper limiting plate 13, and has a female screw hole into which the screw 14 can be fitted, and moves up and down with respect to the guide sleeve 131 by rotating itself. The guide sleeve 131 can guide the screw 14, and prevent the positioning block 11 arranged at the bottom end of the screw 14 from inclining relative to the brake pedal 4 during the movement of the screw 14, so that the height adjustment accuracy of the accelerator pedal 5 and the clutch pedal 6 is reduced.
In this embodiment, the brake pedal positioning portion 1 may further include a nut 15, where the nut 15 is connected to the screw 14 through a thread, and is located between the positioning block 11 and the lower limiting plate 12, so as to lock the positioning block 11 to the screw 14.
When the automobile pedal positioning device is practically applied, the positioning block 11 needs to be repeatedly locked and unlocked with the brake pedal 4, in the process, the positioning block 11 fixed on the screw 14 is only connected through threads, and may be loosened and even fall off due to repeated lower pressure, and after the nut 15 is arranged, as shown in fig. 2, the nut 15 can be locked downwards from the upper part of the positioning block 11, downward force is applied to the positioning block 11, so that the positioning block 11 cannot be loosened due to repeated lower pressure, and the service life of the positioning block 11 is prolonged. Of course, in practical application, the positioning block 11 may be locked by other methods, or a locking component may not be provided, which is not limited in the present invention.
The brake pedal positioning portion 1 in this embodiment may further include a handle 16, and the handle 16 is mounted to the tip end of the screw 14. So set up, the staff can be through rotatory handle 16 to drive screw rod 14 rotatory, make things convenient for the staff to operate.
The accelerator pedal limiting part 2 in the embodiment comprises a lower supporting plate 21 and an oil threshold limiting block 22, the oil threshold limiting block 22 is fixed below the lower supporting plate 21, and the lower supporting plate 21 is fixedly connected with the brake pedal positioning part 1.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the lower support plate 21 is connected to the brake pedal positioning portion 1, the accelerator stopper 22 is disposed below the lower support plate 21 at a position corresponding to the accelerator pedal 5, and if the positions of the accelerator pedals 5 of different vehicle types are different, the accelerator stopper 22 needs to be changed accordingly.
It should be noted that the difference between the height of the lower end surface of the accelerator positioning block 22 and the height of the lower end surface of the positioning block 11 needs to be equal to the difference between the standard height of the accelerator pedal 5 and the standard height of the brake pedal 4, that is, after the brake pedal positioning portion 1 is fixed to the brake pedal 4, the position of the lower end surface of the accelerator positioning block 22 is the same as the standard height of the accelerator pedal 5.
Spacing portion 3 of clutch pedal in this embodiment includes backup pad 31 and separation and reunion stopper 32, and separation and reunion stopper 32 is fixed in the below of backup pad 31, goes up backup pad 31 and brake pedal location portion 1 fixed connection.
Referring to fig. 1, the upper support plate 31 is connected to the brake pedal positioning portion 1, and the clutch stopper 32 is disposed below the upper support plate 31 and at a position corresponding to the clutch pedal 6. The setting mode of the oil threshold limiting block 22 is the same, if the positions of the clutch pedals 6 of different vehicle types are different, the clutch limiting block 32 is required to be changed.
Similarly, the difference between the height of the lower end face of the clutch stopper 32 and the height of the lower end face of the positioning block 11 needs to be equal to the difference between the standard height of the clutch pedal 6 and the standard height of the brake pedal 4, that is, after the brake pedal positioning portion 1 is fixed to the brake pedal 4, the position of the lower end face of the clutch stopper 32 is the same as the standard height of the clutch pedal 6.
In addition, the connection mode of the upper support plate 31 and the clutch limiting block 32 and the connection mode of the lower support plate 21 and the oil threshold limiting block 22 are not limited in the present invention, and the connection modes can be fixed by welding, riveting or interference fit, as long as the lower support plate 21 and the oil threshold limiting block 22 and the upper support plate 31 and the clutch limiting block 32 can achieve the above-described functions.
In this embodiment, the lower supporting plate 21 and the lower limiting plate 12 can be fixedly connected or integrally formed, and the upper supporting plate 31 and the upper limiting plate 13 can also be fixedly connected or integrally formed, and the two methods are different only in the manufacturing method and can be freely selected in practical application.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural view illustrating the pedal positioning device of fig. 1 mounted on the brake pedal of fig. 3 for limiting the position of the accelerator pedal and the clutch pedal.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an automobile pedal positioning method, which is based on the automobile pedal positioning device and comprises the following specific steps:
after the brake pedal 4 is installed on the brake master cylinder booster 7, the brake pedal 4 is positioned at the standard height position of the automobile design state under the action of the brake master cylinder booster 7, the brake pedal positioning part 1 is fixed on the brake pedal 4, and at the moment, the lower end surfaces of the accelerator pedal limiting part 2 and the clutch pedal limiting part 3 can respectively correspond to the standard height positions of the accelerator pedal 5 and the clutch pedal 6;
the installation positions of an accelerator cable 81 between an accelerator pedal 5 and an engine throttle body 8 and the installation position of a clutch cable 91 between the clutch pedal 6 and a transmission clutch rocker arm 9 are adjusted, so that the accelerator pedal 5 and the clutch pedal 6 are respectively lifted up and respectively abut against the lower end faces of an accelerator pedal limiting part 2 and a clutch pedal limiting part 3, then the installation positions of the accelerator zipper 81 and the clutch cable 91 are respectively locked, and the positioning of the accelerator pedal 2 and the clutch pedal 3 is completed;
the brake pedal positioning portion 1 fixed to the brake pedal 4 is removed.
According to the automobile pedal positioning method provided by the embodiment, the accelerator pedal 5 and the clutch pedal 6 are subjected to standard height positioning through the automobile pedal positioning device, the overall positioning process is high in efficiency and good in consistency, the manual debugging time is greatly reduced, and the cost of the overall positioning process is indirectly reduced.
