Abstract
An aluminum product rolling oil taking coal-made oil as base oil and a preparation method thereof belong to the technical field of processing lubrication. The invention mainly solves the problems of complex chemical components, high content of cycloparaffin and aromatic hydrocarbon, strong odor, serious environmental pollution and the like of the traditional aluminum rolling oil. The invention comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2 to 4 percent of fatty alcohol; 0.1 to 0.3 percent of dibutyl phosphite; 0.1 to 0.7 percent of natural cinnamyl alcohol; and preparing oil from the rest coal. The product of the invention takes coal oil as base oil, fatty alcohol as oiliness agent, di-n-butyl phosphite as extreme pressure agent, and natural cinnamyl alcohol has the functions of lubrication, corrosion inhibition and dissolution assistance. The product of the invention has the advantages of low additive content, single base oil component, no color, no odor, no toxicity, no harmful substances and the like, has low corrosion to metal and good lubricating property, thereby being capable of meeting the lubricating property requirement of the modern aluminum rolling process while reducing the pollution of rolling oil to the environment and the harm to human health.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lubrication, is used for process lubrication in a metal processing process, and particularly relates to aluminum product rolling oil taking coal oil as base oil and a preparation method thereof.

The coal-to-liquid oil obtained by liquefying and hydrorefining the coal has the characteristics of single component, low aromatic hydrocarbon content, high stability, no color, no odor and the like, is an ideal substitute of the traditional aluminum product rolling base oil, is applied to the field of metal processing lubrication after being liquefied and refined, not only accords with the energy distribution characteristic of 'more coal and less oil' in China, but also provides a new idea and a new method for solving the energy problem in China. The invention provides an aluminum product rolling oil taking coal oil as base oil, which can improve and replace the traditional aluminum product rolling oil.

An aluminum product rolling oil taking coal-made oil as base oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight: fatty alcohol: 2% -4%; dibutyl phosphite: 0.1 to 0.3 percent; natural cinnamyl alcohol: 0.1-0.7 percent and the balance of coal-to-liquid.
The fatty alcohol is one or a mixture of more of undecanol, dodecanol, tridecanol and tetradecanol in any proportion.
The coal-to-liquid is an isomeric alkane oil obtained by liquefying and hydrorefining coal and has a kinetic viscosity of 1.0-2.5 mm2·s–1。
The preparation method of the aluminum product rolling oil with the coal-made oil as the base oil comprises the following steps:
under the heating condition of 30-50 ℃, firstly adding natural cinnamyl alcohol into fatty alcohol, stirring until the natural cinnamyl alcohol is completely and uniformly mixed, then adding dibutyl phosphite, continuously stirring under the heating condition of 30-50 ℃ until the natural cinnamyl alcohol is completely dissolved, finally adding coal-made oil, and continuously stirring until the natural cinnamyl alcohol is uniformly mixed under the condition of 30-50 ℃.
By the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the coal-based oil component in the aluminum product rolling oil taking the coal-based oil as the base oil has the advantages of single component, high purity, good oxidation stability and long-term cyclic utilization, meets the technical requirements of high flash point and narrow distillation range of the aluminum product base oil, and can solve the problems of great environmental pollution and strong harm to human bodies of the traditional aluminum product rolling oil.
2. The coal-based oil component in the aluminum product rolling oil taking the coal-based oil as the base oil has low corrosivity to metals and strong sensitivity of the additive, can effectively reduce the using amount of the rolling oil additive, reduces the cost and the environmental pollution, and simultaneously improves the annealing quality of the rolled aluminum product.
3. The aluminum product rolling oil taking the coal-made oil as the base oil is widely applicable to the rolling process of aluminum plates with foils, has excellent lubricating property, can effectively improve the surface quality of products, reduce the minimum rolling thickness, reduce the abrasion and scratch of the surfaces of the products in the rolling process and reduce the rolling energy consumption.

3. The aluminum product rolling oil based on coal-based oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the coal-based oil is an isoparaffin oil obtained by liquefying and hydrorefining coal and having a kinetic viscosity of 1.0-2.5 mm2·s–1。
4. The method for preparing an aluminum material rolling oil using a coal-based oil as a base oil according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
under the heating condition of 30-50 ℃, firstly adding natural cinnamyl alcohol into fatty alcohol, stirring until the natural cinnamyl alcohol is completely and uniformly mixed, then adding dibutyl phosphite, continuously stirring under the heating condition of 30-50 ℃ until the natural cinnamyl alcohol is completely dissolved, finally adding coal-made oil, and continuously stirring until the natural cinnamyl alcohol is uniformly mixed under the condition of 30-50 ℃.
