Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly water-based dipping head paint for pencils, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-30 parts of deionized water; 12-30 parts of alkyd resin; 25-50 parts of modified waterborne polyurethane; 12-20 parts of waterborne epoxy ester modified acrylic resin; 0.1-15 parts of aqueous condensate; 8-20 parts of an auxiliary agent; 10-45 parts of a filler; 8-30 parts of water-based color paste; according to the invention, the concentration of the environment-friendly pencil aqueous dipping head paint can be adjusted by controlling the proportion of deionized water and the filler, the curing time can be effectively shortened, the phenomena of paint film flooding, blooming and the like can be prevented, and the paint film has good adhesive force and glossiness and is enhanced by compounding the alkyd resin, the modified aqueous polyurethane and the aqueous epoxy ester modified acrylic resin, so that the paint film has the characteristics of safety and environment friendliness.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pencil paint, in particular to environment-friendly water-based dipping head paint for pencils and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The essence of the pencil paint is paint coated outside a wooden pencil holder, and the pencil paint is mainly classified according to the conventional purposes: primer, finish, gloss paint, draw paint, dip paint, and the like; the primer is directly coated on the surface of the wood pole to fill the wood grain and uneven parts, and the paint contains more filling pigment; the finish paint is coated on the primer so that the pencil can have the required color; the gloss paint is a transparent coating which is used for polishing and does not contain color, and a smooth film can be formed after the gloss paint is dried; the strip drawing paint is formed by coating paint with other colors on the solid finish paint of the pencil again by utilizing the gap of the rubber ring, so that the appearance of the pencil is improved; the end dipping paint is used for dipping paint on the end part of the pencil and serves as the mark or the characteristic of the pencil.
The existing paint film of the dipping head paint has poor adhesive force, and is easy to float, drop paint or crack after being cured.

8-30 parts of water-based color paste.
The proportion of the alkyd resin, the modified waterborne polyurethane and the waterborne epoxy ester modified acrylic resin is 1-3: 2-8: 1-2; after the alkyd resin, the modified waterborne polyurethane and the waterborne epoxy ester modified acrylic resin are compounded, the alkyd resin is castor oil modified alkyd resin, so that the alkyd resin has excellent flexibility and leveling property, and has good compatibility with the modified waterborne polyurethane and the waterborne epoxy ester modified acrylic resin; the larger the epoxy content in the aqueous epoxy ester-modified acrylic resin is, the higher the gloss of the coating film is.
Deionized water is used as a diluent, the dilution degree and the drying time of the dipping head paint can be adjusted according to the proportion of the deionized water to the filler, the harm to the human body after drying is extremely small, and the dipping head paint is extremely environment-friendly.
Preferably, the aqueous curing agent is one or a mixture of aqueous epoxy resin and aqueous phenolic resin, and the aqueous epoxy resin and the aqueous phenolic resin in the aqueous cured product have no hydrophilic segment, so that the water resistance of the paint can be improved, and the curing speed can be improved.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent is one of ethylene glycol ethyl ether or propylene glycol methyl ether acetate or a mixture of any two or more of the ethylene glycol ethyl ether and the propylene glycol methyl ether acetate.
Preferably, the aqueous color paste is white powder, chrome yellow or organic pigment.
Preferably, the filler is one of modified nano barium sulfate, aluminum tripolyphosphate, talcum powder and mica powder or a mixture of any two or more of the modified nano barium sulfate, the aluminum tripolyphosphate, the talcum powder and the mica powder.
A preparation method of environment-friendly water-based dipping head paint for pencils comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing and stirring deionized water, alkyd resin, modified waterborne polyurethane, waterborne epoxy ester modified acrylic resin and filler according to the corresponding weight, wherein the stirring speed is 300-;
(2) adding an auxiliary agent, the water-based color paste and the water-based cured material in the stirring process;
(3) the stirring speed is 1000-1500 rpm, the stirring time is 10-25 min, and the stirring is carried out until the fineness is 20-30 μm.

(2) adding 10 parts of assistant, 15 parts of water-based color paste and 1 part of water-based condensate in the stirring process;
(3) stirring speed is 1000 r/min, stirring time is 15min, and stirring is carried out until the fineness is 20-30 mu m.
EXAMPLE III
(1) 20 parts of deionized water, 30 parts of filler, 12 parts of alkyd resin, 30 parts of modified waterborne polyurethane and 15 parts of waterborne epoxy ester modified acrylic resin are mixed and stirred at the stirring speed of 800 r/min;
(2) adding 10 parts of assistant, 15 parts of water-based color paste and 1 part of water-based condensate in the stirring process;

The environmentally friendly aqueous pencil tip dipping paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent is one of ethylene glycol ethyl ether or propylene glycol methyl ether acetate or a mixture of any two or more of the ethylene glycol ethyl ether and the propylene glycol methyl ether acetate.
4. The environmentally friendly aqueous tip dipping paint for pencils as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aqueous color paste is white powder, chrome yellow or organic pigment.
5. The environmentally friendly aqueous head dipping paint for pencils as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filler is one or a mixture of any two or more of modified nano barium sulfate, aluminum tripolyphosphate, talcum powder and mica powder.

(1) mixing and stirring deionized water, alkyd resin, modified waterborne polyurethane, waterborne epoxy ester modified acrylic resin and filler according to the corresponding weight, wherein the stirring speed is 300-;
(2) adding an auxiliary agent, the water-based color paste and the water-based cured material in the stirring process;
