The application also discloses an odor emission method based on the vehicle-mounted food heating device, which comprises the following steps:
s1: starting to heat food, opening the first layer of sealing cover and the second layer of sealing cover, and putting the food;
s2: closing the first layer of sealing cover and the second layer of sealing cover, and heating the food to set time;

In step S1, the ECU control center 6 opens the lower cover front cover 1.7 and the lower cover rear cover 1.8 by controlling the third motor 13 and the fourth motor 14; meanwhile, the ECU control center 6 opens the upper cover front cover 7 and the upper cover rear cover 8 by controlling the first motor 11 and the second motor 12; the ECU control center 6 realizes the opening work of the lower cover front cover 1.7 and the lower cover rear cover 1.8 through four motors.

starting the food heating device, and starting the ECU control center 6;
the ECU control center 6 opens the first layer of sealing cover and the second layer of sealing cover through the motor; namely, the ECU control center 6 opens the lower cover front cover 1.7 and the lower cover rear cover 1.8 through the third motor 13 and the fourth motor 14; the ECU control center 6 opens the upper cover front cover 7 and the upper cover rear cover 8 through the first motor 11 and the second motor 12;
placing food into the food container 2.0;
the ECU control center 6 closes the front air door, the rear air door, the first layer of sealing cover and the second layer of sealing cover through the motor; the front air door and the rear air door are in a closed state in advance, namely the ECU control center 6 closes the lower cover front cover 1.7 and the lower cover rear cover 1.8 through the third motor 13 and the fourth motor 14; the ECU control center 6 closes the upper cover front cover 7 and the upper cover rear cover 8 through the first motor 11 and the second motor 12;
starting food heating, and finishing the food heating after the preset heating time is reached;

Further, in step S3, the process of discharging the in-vehicle air conditioner 2 includes:
s31: the electronic nose 15 feeds back the identified odor grade to the ECU control center 6;
s32: the ECU control center 6 controls the air conditioner 2 in the vehicle to give corresponding ventilation intensity according to the odor grade;
s33: at each preset time, the electronic nose 15 recognizes the odor level again;
s34: until the odor level is reduced to the first level, the ECU control center 6 controls the air conditioner 2 in the vehicle to be closed.
As shown in fig. 7, the ECU control center 6 controls different ventilation intensities of the air conditioner 2 in the vehicle according to different odor levels monitored by the electronic nose 15, so that the odor level can be reduced more quickly and the odor level can be reduced to one level more quickly.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
after the food heating is finished, the ECU control center 6 controls the air conditioner 2 in the vehicle to start ventilation;
the electronic nose 15 identifies the odor grade of the heated food and feeds the odor grade back to the ECU control center 6;
the ECU control center 6 controls the ventilation intensity of the in-vehicle air conditioner 2 according to the odor class, for example, when the odor class is class 4, the in-vehicle air conditioner 2 is controlled to be a super strong wind; when the odor grade is 3 grade, controlling the air conditioner 2 in the car to be strong wind; when the odor grade is grade 2, controlling the air conditioner 2 in the car to be in weak wind;
when the odor level is level 1, the ECU control center 6 controls the in-vehicle air conditioner 2 to be turned off.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the process of the circulation control of the in-vehicle air conditioner 2 is as follows:
after the food heating is finished, the ECU control center 6 controls the air conditioner 2 in the vehicle to start ventilation;
the electronic nose 15 identifies the odor grade of the heated food and feeds the odor grade back to the ECU control center 6;
the ECU control center 6 controls the ventilation intensity of the air conditioner 2 in the vehicle according to the odor grade;
the electronic nose 15 recognizes the odor grade again at each preset time and feeds back the odor grade to the ECU control center 6, and the ECU control center 6 controls the ventilation intensity of the air conditioner 2 in the vehicle according to the odor grade;
until the odor grade is grade 1, the ECU control center 6 controls the air conditioner 2 in the vehicle to be closed.
In the above process, the ventilation intensity of the in-vehicle air conditioner 2 is gradually decreased according to the decrease in the odor level.
In one embodiment, the electronic nose 15 includes a convolutional neural network, and before step S1, the method further includes a training step of the convolutional neural network:
obtaining a plurality of different types of foods as training samples; heating different types of food, and dividing the smell of the heated food into one to four grades according to the comfort degree of 95 percent of people to the smell; inputting the odor generated after the food is heated and the corresponding odor grade into the neural network of the electronic nose 15; wherein, the first class smell is water vapor, and the second to fourth class smell is light to heavy peculiar smell;
subtracting the odor grade identified by the electronic nose 15 from the actual odor grade to obtain a trained loss value, transmitting the loss value back to the convolutional neural network of the electronic nose 15, and adjusting the neural network of the electronic nose 15 by using a gradient descent method according to the loss value;
and repeating the steps until the loss values of the identified odor grade and the actual odor grade output by the convolutional neural network of the electronic nose 15 are less than the preset threshold value for more than 10 times continuously, and determining that the training of the convolutional neural network of the electronic nose 15 is completed.

the peculiar smell discharging device (200) comprises an ECU control center (6) and a second layer of sealing cover which can be opened and closed; the second layer of sealing cover is arranged above the first layer of sealing cover, a first ventilation pipe (4), a second ventilation pipe (5) and an electronic nose (15) are vertically arranged on the side wall between the first layer of sealing cover and the second layer of sealing cover, and the electronic nose (15) is internally divided into multiple stages for smells generated by heating different types of foods; the ECU control center (6) is connected with the electronic nose (15) and the in-vehicle air conditioner (2), the first ventilation pipe (4) is communicated with the in-vehicle air conditioner (2), and the second ventilation pipe (5) is communicated with the in-vehicle air exhaust opening (3);
when the food in the food container (2.0) is heated, the first layer of sealing cover is opened, the air conditioner (2) in the vehicle is opened until the electronic nose (15) monitors that the odor level is reduced to a set level, and the second layer of sealing cover is opened.

The vehicle-mounted food heating device capable of discharging odor according to claim 1, characterized in that: the peculiar smell discharging device (200) further comprises a motor, and the ECU control center (6) controls the opening and closing of the first layer of sealing cover and the second layer of sealing cover through the motor.

The vehicle-mounted food heating device capable of discharging odor according to claim 1, characterized in that: the peculiar smell discharging device (200) further comprises an air humidity sensor (21), when the air humidity sensor (21) monitors that the air humidity in the vehicle is larger than a preset value, the ECU control center (6) controls the air conditioner (2) in the vehicle to discharge water vapor out of the vehicle, when the air humidity sensor (21) monitors that the air humidity in the vehicle is smaller than the preset value, the ECU control center (6) controls the air conditioner (2) in the vehicle to reduce the smell generated by heating food to a set level, and the second layer of sealing cover is opened to discharge the set level into the vehicle.
7. An odor emission method of the vehicle-mounted food heating device according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1: opening the first layer of sealing cover and the second layer of sealing cover, and putting food;
s2: closing the first layer of sealing cover and the second layer of sealing cover, and heating the food to set time;
s3: the first layer of sealing cover is opened, the air conditioner (2) in the vehicle is opened until the electronic nose (15) monitors that the peculiar smell is in a set level, and the air conditioner (2) in the vehicle is closed;
s4: opening the second layer of sealing cover and taking out the heated food;
s5: the first layer of seal cover and the second layer of seal cover are closed.

The odor exhausting method as set forth in claim 7, wherein: the first layer of sealing cover and the second layer of sealing cover are both split type sealing doors, and the first layer of sealing cover comprises a lower cover front cover (1.7), a lower cover rear cover (1.8), a lower cover upper slide rail (1.9) and a lower cover lower slide rail (1.10); the upper lower cover sliding rail (1.9) and the lower cover sliding rail (1.10) are flush with the top opening of the food container (2.0), and the front lower cover (1.7) and the rear lower cover (1.8) can slide into the space between the upper lower cover sliding rail (1.9) and the lower cover sliding rail (1.10);

The odor exhausting method as set forth in claim 8, wherein: a front air door (16) is arranged at one end of the first ventilation pipe (4) opposite to the air conditioner (2) in the vehicle, and a rear air door (17) is arranged at one end of the second ventilation pipe (5) opposite to the air exhaust port (3) in the vehicle; the peculiar smell discharging device (200) further comprises a fifth motor (18) and a sixth motor (19), wherein the fifth motor (18) is respectively and electrically connected with the front air door (16) and the ECU control center (6), and the sixth motor (19) is respectively and electrically connected with the rear air door (17) and the ECU control center (6);
in step S3, the ECU control center (6) controls the front damper (16) and the rear damper (17) to open by the fifth motor (18) and the sixth motor (19); in the other steps, the front air door (16) and the rear air door (17) are closed;
in step S3, the process of discharging the in-vehicle air conditioner (2) includes:
s31: the electronic nose (15) feeds the identified odor grade back to the ECU control center (6);
s32: the ECU control center (6) controls the air conditioner (2) in the vehicle to give corresponding ventilation strength according to the odor grade;
s33: at each preset time, the electronic nose (15) recognizes the odor grade again;
s34: until the odor grade is reduced to the first grade, the ECU control center (6) controls the air conditioner (2) in the vehicle to be closed.
10. The odor emission method according to claim 8, wherein the electronic nose (15) includes a convolutional neural network, and prior to the step S1, further comprising a training step of the convolutional neural network:
obtaining a plurality of different types of foods as training samples; heating different types of food, and dividing the smell of the heated food into one to four grades according to the comfort degree of 95 percent of people to the smell; inputting the odor generated after the food is heated and the corresponding odor grade into a neural network of the electronic nose (15); wherein, the first class smell is water vapor, and the second to fourth class smell is light to heavy peculiar smell;
subtracting the odor grade recognized by the electronic nose (15) from the actual odor grade to obtain a trained loss value, transmitting the loss value back to the convolutional neural network of the electronic nose (15), and adjusting the neural network of the electronic nose (15) by using a gradient descent method according to the loss value;
and repeating the steps until the loss values of the identified odor grade and the actual odor grade output by the convolutional neural network of the electronic nose (15) are less than the preset threshold value for more than 10 times continuously, and determining that the training of the convolutional neural network of the electronic nose (15) is completed.
