Abstract
The invention discloses a method for dyeing nylon fabric by using natural dye, which comprises the steps of firstly, dropwise adding mordant solution into natural dye solution with the same volume under stirring, adjusting pH value, stirring for reaction, then adding dispersant, and rapidly stirring to prepare natural dye liquor; measuring a natural dye liquor according to the requirement of color depth, heating, putting the nylon fabric into the natural dye liquor, heating, dyeing at constant temperature, cooling, taking out the dyed nylon fabric, and sequentially soaping, washing, dehydrating and drying to obtain a finished product. The method prepares stable and uniform natural dye-metal ion complex dye liquor by carrying out compatibility reaction on natural dye and metal salt, and adopts the dye liquor to dye the nylon fabric, so that uneven dyeing and cylinder difference caused by the influence of dyeing process conditions in the two-step processing processes of mordant dyeing and dyeing are reduced; the operation is simple, the coordination reaction and the dyeing step can be conveniently implemented in printing and dyeing enterprises, and additional equipment is not required.

Background
Due to the requirement of sustainable development of the industry, the research focus of textile processing is realized by replacing chemical products produced by taking petrochemical resources as raw materials with chemical products made of renewable natural resources, and meanwhile, some synthetic dyes with special structures can decompose carcinogenic aromatic amine or the dyes have sensitization and carcinogenicity and are limited to be used for dyeing and processing textiles. Natural pigments extracted from the roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits of various plants and the dried bodies of certain insects and shellfish are increasingly studied for their application in textile dyeing.
When the natural dye is used for dyeing textiles, most of the natural dye is unstable to light due to the inherent instability of a color body, and the light fastness is poor, so that the requirements of the textiles for clothes cannot be met. In addition, the affinity of natural dyes to fibers is low, and the washing fastness of dyed fabrics is generally not high. In order to improve the fastness of natural dye dyed fabrics, at present, metal ions are mainly used for mordant treatment, so that the metal ions and hydroxyl, carbonyl and the like in natural dye molecules form a complex, the chemical stability of the dye is improved, and meanwhile, the binding force between the dye and fibers is enhanced. The mordant dyeing process is mainly a front mordant dyeing process and a rear mordant dyeing process, and the mordant dyeing process and the dyeing process are carried out separately, so that the process control of the mordant dyeing process and the dyeing process has great influence on the coordination reaction of metal ions and dyes, the great influence is often caused on the color and the uniformity of a final dyeing product, the reproducibility of a natural dye dyeing product is low, and the tank difference between the dyeing process and the color of the product is large.
With the increasing application of natural dyes, it is necessary to develop a dyeing method for improving the dyeing reproducibility of the natural dyes, so that the natural dye dyed products meet the requirements of large-scale production and textile use.

(1) preparing a dye solution: dropwise adding the mordant solution into the natural dye solution with the same volume under stirring, adjusting the pH value, reacting for 6-24 hours under stirring at the temperature of 20-60 ℃, then adding a dispersing agent, and rapidly stirring for 10-60 minutes to prepare a natural dye solution;
(2) dyeing: measuring the natural dye liquor according to the requirement of color depth, heating to 40 ℃, putting the nylon fabric into the natural dye liquor, heating to 70-100 ℃, dyeing at constant temperature for 10-80 minutes, cooling to 50 ℃, taking out the dyed nylon fabric, and then sequentially soaping, washing, dehydrating and drying to obtain a finished product.
Further, the mordant in the step (1) is any one of alum and copperas.
Further, the natural dye in the natural dye solution in the step (1) is any one of pomegranate bark pigment, safflower yellow, madder pigment, gardenia yellow, myrobalan pigment and Chinese chestnut shell pigment.
Further, the concentration of the mordant solution in the step (1) is 3g/L-10g/L, the concentration of the natural dye solution is 5g/L-20g/L, and the concentration of the dispersing agent is 5 g/L.
Further, in the step (1), the dispersant is sodium lignosulfonate.

(1) preparation of dye liquor
Dropwise adding 3g/L-10g/L mordant solution into 5g/L-20g/L natural dye solution with the same volume under stirring, adjusting the pH value to 3.0-5.0 by using citric acid or sodium carbonate, stirring and reacting for 6-24 hours at the temperature of 20-60 ℃, then adding 5g/L dispersant according to the amount of 1g/L, and quickly stirring for 10-60 minutes to prepare the natural dye solution. Wherein the natural dye is selected from pericarpium Granati pigment, safflower yellow, radix Rubiae pigment, fructus Gardeniae yellow, fructus Chebulae pigment, and chestnut shell pigment; the mordant is alum and melanterite; the dispersant is sodium lignosulfonate.
(2) Dyeing process
According to the requirements of color shade, weighing a certain amount of dye liquor prepared in the step (1) according to a bath ratio of 1: 20-50, heating to 40 ℃, putting the pretreated nylon fabric into the dye liquor, heating to 70-100 ℃ at a heating rate of 0.5-3 ℃/min, dyeing at a constant temperature for 10-80 minutes, cooling to 50 ℃, taking out the dyed nylon fabric, and sequentially soaping, washing, dehydrating and drying. Wherein the nylon fabric is selected from nylon 6, nylon 66 and bio-based nylon 56 fabric.

The embodiment shows a method for dyeing nylon fabric by using natural dye, which comprises the following steps:
dropwise adding 3.82g/L ferrous sulfate solution into 15g/L safflower yellow solution with the same volume under stirring, adjusting the pH value to 4.0, reacting for 6 hours under stirring at 50 ℃, then adding sodium lignosulfonate with the dosage of 5g/L, and rapidly stirring for 30 minutes to obtain the safflower yellow dye solution.
Measuring 20mL of the dye solution prepared in the step (1) according to a bath ratio of 1: 40, diluting to 160mL, heating to 40 ℃, putting 4g of the pretreated bio-based nylon 56 fabric into the dye solution, heating to 80 ℃ at a heating rate of 2 ℃/min, dyeing at a constant temperature for 45 min, cooling to 50 ℃, taking out the dyed nylon fabric, and sequentially soaping, washing, dehydrating and drying. 3 pieces of fabric were dyed according to the above dyeing method.
Example 2
The embodiment shows a method for dyeing nylon fabric by using natural dye, which comprises the following steps:
6.35g/L ferrous sulfate solution is added into equal volume of 10g/L madder pigment solution dropwise under stirring, the pH value is adjusted to 4.0, the mixture is stirred and reacted for 10 hours at the temperature of 50 ℃, then sodium lignosulphonate is added according to the dosage of 5g/L, and the mixture is stirred rapidly for 30 minutes, so that the madder pigment dye solution is prepared.
30mL of the prepared madder pigment dye solution is measured according to the bath ratio of 1: 40, diluted to 160mL, heated to 40 ℃, 4g of the pretreated nylon 66 fabric is put into the dye solution, heated to 100 ℃ at the heating rate of 2 ℃/min, dyed for 60 minutes at constant temperature, cooled to 50 ℃, taken out of the dyed nylon fabric, and then sequentially subjected to soaping, washing, dewatering and drying. 3 pieces of fabric were dyed according to the above dyeing method.
The K/S values were measured with reference to 12 points on the surface of the above-mentioned dyed fabric using a tester, and the standard deviation values were calculated according to the following equations (1) and (2):

Meanwhile, 1 cloth of 3 cloths is taken as a standard sample, and the color difference delta E with other 2 cloths is measured, wherein the larger the color difference delta E is, the larger the cylinder difference is. The results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the method of the present invention can achieve uniform dyeing effect and good reproducibility, and improve the quality of the natural dye dyed fabric.

(2) dyeing: measuring the natural dye liquor according to the requirement of color depth, heating to 40 ℃, putting the nylon fabric into the natural dye liquor, heating to 70-100 ℃, dyeing at constant temperature for 10-80 minutes, cooling to 50 ℃, taking out the dyed nylon fabric, and then sequentially soaping, washing, dehydrating and drying to obtain a finished product.
