In the example shown in fig. 7, the second cover plate 236 is positioned below the first cover plate 235.
The first cover plate 235 is provided with a first spraying structure, the second cover plate 236 is provided with a second spraying structure communicated with the first spraying structure, and the second spraying structure is communicated with the first spraying structure to form the spraying channel 233. The draft tube 232 is disposed on the top of the first cover plate 235 and is communicated with the first spraying structure. Through the above arrangement, the liquid in the cooking cup 11 can be conveyed to the spraying component 23 through the conveying pipe 22 and the flow guide pipe 232, and the liquid is sprayed out through the spraying channel 233 of the spraying component 23 and then flows into the containing component 21 from the opening part 211 of the containing component 21, so that the fruit placed in the containing component 21 can be cleaned or the low-sugar rice can be made.
In some alternative embodiments, the first spray structure includes a plurality of first spray orifices (not shown), and the second spray structure includes a plurality of second spray orifices 237, disposed in communication with the first spray orifices, and in communication with one another to form the spray channel 233. Optionally, the first cover plate 235 has a circular structure, and the plurality of first spraying openings are uniformly distributed along the radial direction and the axial direction of the first cover plate 235. The second cover plate 236 is a circular structure matching with the first cover plate 235, and the plurality of second spraying openings 237 are uniformly distributed along the radial direction and the axial direction of the second cover plate 236.

In some optional embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the flow guide tube 232 includes an insertion part 2321, and the insertion part 2321 is inserted into the delivery pipe 22, so as to connect the flow guide tube 232 and the delivery pipe 22. Optionally, the outer wall of the inserting part 2321 is provided with a first limiting part 2322, the inner wall of the conveying pipe 22 is provided with a second limiting part adapted to the first limiting part 2322, and the second limiting part is in clamping fit with the first limiting part 2322. Through the above arrangement, the first limiting part 2322 is clamped and matched with the second limiting part, so that the guide pipe 232 is fixed on the conveying pipe 22, the assembly mode is simple, and when the conveying pipe 22 conveys liquid, the guide pipe 232 is not easy to break away from the conveying pipe 22, and the stability is good.
Further, one of the first limiting portion 2322 and the second limiting portion is a limiting groove, and the other is a limiting rib matched with the limiting groove, so that the first limiting portion 2322 is matched with the second limiting portion in a clamping manner. Through spacing cooperation of spacing muscle and spacing groove joint, the equipment mode is simple, and joint strength is firm. In this embodiment, the first limiting portion 2322 is a limiting rib formed by protruding outward from the outer sidewall of the insertion portion 2321, and the second limiting portion is a limiting groove adapted to the limiting rib. In other examples, the second limiting portion is a limiting rib formed by protruding outward from the inner wall of the conveying pipe 22, and the first limiting portion 2322 is a limiting groove adapted to the limiting rib.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 8, the accommodating component 21 includes a drain basket structure, the top of the drain basket structure is provided with the opening 211, and at least one of the side wall and the bottom wall of the drain basket structure is provided with a plurality of liquid leakage holes 212, so that the liquid sprayed to the drain basket structure can smoothly flow out. In the example shown in fig. 3 and 8, the side walls and bottom wall of the strainer structure are each provided with a plurality of weep holes 212. The drain basket structure can be a circular structure, and the liquid leakage holes 212 arranged on the bottom wall are uniformly arranged along the radial direction and the axial direction of the drain basket structure. The liquid leakage holes 212 arranged on the side wall are uniformly arranged along the axial direction and the height direction of the drain basket structure, so that the liquid can flow out more uniformly.
In some optional embodiments, the side wall of the accommodating component 21 is provided with a limiting opening, the outer wall of the conveying pipe 22 is provided with a third limiting portion 223 adapted to the limiting opening, and the third limiting portion 223 is clamped in the limiting opening, so that the conveying pipe 22 and the accommodating component 21 are connected. Through the mode, the third limiting part 223 is in limiting fit with the limiting opening so as to fix the conveying pipe 22 on one side of the accommodating component 21, and the assembling mode is simple.
Optionally, the lateral wall of the accommodating component 21 is provided with a limiting groove 214, the limiting opening is arranged in the limiting groove 214, the conveying pipe 22 is clamped in the limiting groove 214, and the third limiting part 223 is clamped in the limiting opening. With the above arrangement, the stability of the delivery pipe 22 and the accommodating component 21 can be improved by fixing the delivery pipe 22 in the limiting groove 214.
In some optional embodiments, the spraying device 200 may further include a bracket assembly 30 detachably assembled in the cup body 11 of the cooking cup and located below the accommodating assembly 21. The delivery tube 22 is connected to the bracket assembly 30, and the bracket assembly 30 can support and fix the delivery tube 22, thereby improving the stability of the delivery tube 22.
Further, the bracket assembly 30 includes detachably assembled in the support body 31 in the cup 11 of the cooking cup and a plurality of support columns 33 for supporting the containing assembly 21, a plurality of support columns 33 and the conveying pipe 22 are arranged at intervals in the support body 31, and a plurality of support columns 33 are supported below the containing assembly 21. Through the arrangement, the plurality of supports provide a support surface to support below the accommodating component 21, so that the accommodating component 21 is fixed in the cooking cup, and the accommodating component 21 is supported. In this embodiment, the bracket body 31 is assembled to the bottom of the cup body 11, and the bottom of the bracket body 31 abuts against the bottom wall of the cup body 11, so as to achieve a better supporting effect.
In some alternative embodiments, the bottom of the accommodating component 21 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 215 corresponding to the positions of the plurality of supporting columns 33, and the supporting columns 33 are fixed in the positioning holes 215 corresponding to the positions, so as to further enhance the stability of the bracket assembly 30 and the accommodating component 21. Through the above arrangement, the holding assembly 21 is fixed in the cooking cup through the butt fit of the supporting and positioning holes, and the assembly mode is simple.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5 and 9, in the example shown in fig. 5, the delivery tube 22 is detachably connected to the support body 31 of the support assembly 30. In the example shown in fig. 5, the delivery tube 22 is fixedly connected to the bracket body 31 of the bracket assembly 30, and may be disposed according to actual needs, which is not limited in the present application.
In some alternative embodiments, the side wall of the conveying pipe 22 is provided with a first supporting portion 224 supported below the accommodating component 21, the top surface of the first supporting portion 224 is flush with the top surfaces of the supporting columns 33, and the first supporting portion 224 and the supporting columns 33 support the accommodating component 21 together. Through the above arrangement, the side wall of the conveying pipe 22 is provided with the first supporting part 224 to provide a supporting surface, and the supporting surface is flush with the top surface of the supporting column 33, so that the accommodating component 21 is kept at the same height, the accommodating component 21 is fixed in the food processing cup, and the stability of the accommodating component 21 is enhanced.
In some optional embodiments, the inner wall of the cup body 11 is provided with a plurality of fourth limiting portions 111, the outer wall of at least one of the accommodating component 21 and the spraying component 23 is provided with a plurality of fifth limiting portions 112 corresponding to the fourth limiting portions 111, and the fifth limiting portions 112 are in snap fit with the fourth limiting portions 111, so that the accommodating component 21 and the spraying component 23 are assembled in the cup body, and the stability is improved and the dislocation is not easy to occur.
Optionally, one of the fourth limiting portion 111 and the fifth limiting portion 112 is a limiting groove, and the other is a limiting rib adapted to the limiting groove, so that the assembly is easy. In this embodiment, the fourth position-limiting portion 111 is a position-limiting rib, and the fifth position-limiting portion 112 is a position-limiting groove.
In alternative embodiments, the bottom of the receiving assembly 21 is in abutting engagement with the inner wall of the cup 11, and the cap 12 is in abutting engagement with the spray assembly 23 to engage the spray assembly 23 in abutting engagement with the receiving assembly 21. Through the above setting, through the bottom that will hold subassembly 21 and the inner wall butt cooperation of cup 11, the bottom of bowl cover 12 and the top butt cooperation of spraying subassembly 23 can make and spray the subassembly 23 and be difficult for breaking away from in holding subassembly 21, improve overall structure's steadiness.
Referring to fig. 5, in some alternative embodiments, a plurality of second supporting portions 2393 are disposed on a sidewall of the spraying assembly 23, and a bottom of the cap 12 abuts against the second supporting portions 2393. Through the arrangement, the bottom of the cup cover 12 abuts against the second supporting portion 2393, so that the spraying assembly 23 is fixed on the accommodating assembly 21 and is not easy to separate from the accommodating assembly 21 when the cup cover 12 covers the cup body 11, and the stability of the structure is enhanced. Optionally, the plurality of second support portions 2393 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the spray assembly 23.
In some alternative embodiments, the stent assembly 30 includes a stent body 31 and a stent seal 32. In some embodiments, the bracket body 31 is a ring bracket, and the bracket sealing ring 32 is sleeved outside the ring bracket. A support seal 32 is provided between the inner wall of the cup 11 and the outer wall of the ring support. When support body 31's outside is located to support sealing washer 32 cover, assemble support body 31 and support sealing washer 32 in the bottom of cup 11 through extruded mode, so set up, can prevent that support body 31 from breaking away from in the cup 11, also can guarantee support body 31 bottom and cup 11's diapire contact, prevent that the liquid in the cup 11 from flowing out, influence raceway 22's last water effect. The carrier pipe 22 is assembled in the cup 11 via the holder assembly 30, and the assembly method is simple.

Claims (17)
1. A sprinkler for a cooking cup, comprising: the food processing cup comprises a conveying pipe (22) detachably assembled in the food processing cup, an accommodating component (21) used for accommodating food materials to be processed and a spraying component (23) positioned above the accommodating component (21);
the top of the accommodating component (21) is provided with an opening part (211), and at least one of the side wall and the bottom wall of the accommodating component (21) is provided with a plurality of liquid leakage holes (212);
the first end of the conveying pipe (22) is used for receiving liquid in the cooking cup, and the second end of the conveying pipe (22) is communicated with the spraying assembly (23) so as to convey the liquid to the spraying assembly (23); the spraying assembly (23) is used for spraying liquid to the opening part (211) and then flowing into the accommodating assembly (21).
2. Spraying device according to claim 1, characterized in that the spraying assembly (23) comprises a spraying body (231) and a flow guide tube (232), the spraying body (231) being provided with a spraying channel (233) facing the containing assembly (21), a first end of the flow guide tube (232) being arranged in communication with the spraying channel (233), and a second end of the flow guide tube (232) being arranged in communication with the delivery tube (22).
3. A spraying device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that said spraying assembly (23) comprises a first cover plate (235) and a second cover plate (236), said second cover plate (236) being assembled to the bottom of said first cover plate (235) and being arranged close to said containing assembly (21);
the first cover plate (235) is provided with a first spraying structure, the second cover plate (236) is provided with a second spraying structure communicated with the first spraying structure, the second spraying structure is communicated with the first spraying structure to form the spraying channel (233), and the guide pipe (232) is arranged at the top of the first cover plate (235) and communicated with the first spraying structure.
4. The spraying device of claim 3, wherein the first spraying structure includes a plurality of first spray orifices; the second spray structure comprises a plurality of second spray orifices (237) arranged in communication with the first spray orifices; and/or
The spray assembly (23) further includes a seal (238) disposed between an edge of the first cover plate (235) and an edge of the second cover plate (236).
5. A spraying device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the flow duct (232) comprises a plug-in part (2321), the plug-in part (2321) being plugged into the delivery pipe (22); the outer wall of grafting portion (2321) is equipped with first spacing portion (2322), the inner wall of conveyer pipe (22) is equipped with the spacing portion of second of first spacing portion (2322) looks adaptation, the spacing portion of second with first spacing portion (2322) joint cooperation.
6. A spraying device as claimed in claim 5, in which one of the first (2322) and second (2322) retaining portions is a retaining groove and the other is a retaining rib adapted to the retaining groove.
7. The spraying device according to claim 1, further comprising a bracket assembly (30) detachably assembled in the cooking cup and located below the containing assembly (21); the delivery tube (22) is connected to the carriage assembly (30).
8. The spraying device according to claim 7, characterized in that the bracket assembly (30) comprises a bracket body (31) detachably assembled in the cooking cup and a plurality of support columns (33) for supporting the accommodating assembly (21), the plurality of support columns (33) and the delivery pipe (22) are arranged at intervals on the bracket body (31), and the plurality of support columns (33) are supported below the accommodating assembly (21).
9. A spraying device as claimed in claim 8, characterised in that the bottom of the containing assembly (21) is provided with a plurality of locating holes (215) corresponding to the positions of the plurality of supporting posts (33), the supporting posts (33) being fixed in the corresponding locating holes (215); and/or
The lateral wall of conveyer pipe (22) is equipped with support in accommodate the first supporting part (224) of subassembly (21) below, the top surface of first supporting part (224) with the top surface of a plurality of support columns (33) is equal level, first supporting part (224) with a plurality of support columns (33) support jointly accommodate subassembly (21).
10. The spraying device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the side wall of the receiving assembly (21) is provided with a limiting opening, the outer wall of the conveying pipe (22) is provided with a third limiting portion (223) adapted to the limiting opening, and the third limiting portion (223) is clamped in the limiting opening.
11. A spraying device as claimed in claim 10, characterized in that the side wall of the receiving member (21) is provided with a limiting recess (214), the limiting opening is provided in the limiting recess (214), and the delivery tube (22) is clamped in the limiting recess (214).
12. Cooking cup, comprising a cup body (11), a lid (12) and a spraying device according to any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the lid (12) covers the cup body (11), and the spraying device is detachably assembled in the cup body (11).
13. The food processing cup according to claim 12, wherein the inner wall of the cup body is provided with a plurality of fourth limiting portions (111), the outer wall of at least one of the accommodating component (21) and the spraying component (23) is provided with a plurality of fifth limiting portions (112) corresponding to the fourth limiting portions (111), and the fifth limiting portions (112) are in clamping fit with the fourth limiting portions (111).
14. The food processing cup according to claim 13, wherein one of the fourth limiting part (111) and the fifth limiting part (112) is a limiting groove, and the other is a limiting rib adapted to the limiting groove.
15. The food cup according to claim 12, wherein the bottom of the containing assembly (21) is in abutting engagement with the inner wall of the cup body (11), and the lid (12) is in abutting engagement with the spraying assembly (23) to bring the spraying assembly (23) into abutting engagement with the containing assembly (21).
16. The food cup as claimed in claim 15, wherein the side wall of the spraying assembly (23) is provided with a plurality of second supporting portions (2393), and the bottom of the cup cover (12) abuts against the second supporting portions (2393).
17. A food processor, comprising a main machine and the food cup as claimed in any one of claims 12 to 16, wherein the food cup is assembled on the main machine.
