The high-black high-brightness spraying-free scratch-resistant super-weather-resistant PMMA/ASA alloy material disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation process, and the selected compatilizer system remarkably improves the mechanical property, tinting strength, glossiness, scratch resistance and weather resistance of the material, so that the prepared PMMA/ASA material has excellent mechanical property and high-black high-brightness appearance of a paint spraying piece, has excellent weather resistance and scratch resistance, can directly replace the paint spraying piece, and solves the problems of environmental protection and recovery of the paint spraying piece. Can be widely applied to the fields of automobile exterior trimming parts, household appliances, outdoor sports goods and the like.
