Background
The invention patent CN105330375A discloses a high-efficiency biological organic fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. By utilizing an aerobic fermentation technology, mechanically dehydrating cassava alcohol biogas residues, adding auxiliary materials, inoculating aerobic microbial flora, drying, crushing, granulating and adding composite functional bacteria, wherein the organic fertilizer obtained after fermentation comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40-60% of organic matter (calculated by dry basis), 6-7% of total nutrient (calculated by dry basis) and 0.5-2 hundred million/g of effective viable count. Solves the problems that the prior organic fertilizer production technology has long fermentation period, the fertilizer efficiency of the fermented product is low, secondary pollution is caused to the environment, and the soil hardening caused by long-term application of the fertilizer restricts large-scale application. The obtained organic fertilizer meets the organic fertilizer detection standard of Ministry of agriculture, has high fertilizer efficiency and short fermentation period, does not cause secondary pollution to the environment, and is very suitable for industrial mass production.
In the market, most organic fertilizers only have the functions of increasing fertility and enhancing efficiency, but are poor in the aspects of antibiosis and disinsection, and the survival rate of crops during growth is influenced; in addition, the growth promoter is not effectively combined with the organic fertilizer; when the pesticide and the growth promoter are used independently, the pesticide and the growth promoter have the problems of too fast release and difficult absorption by plants.

the second step is that: mixing the traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial agent, the growth regulator, sodium alginate and activated attapulgite, stirring for 3h at the temperature of 100 ℃, and cooling to room temperature to obtain growth antibacterial microspheres;
controlling the mass ratio of the activated attapulgite to the traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial agent to the growth regulator to the sodium alginate to be 10: 1: 1: 1.5.
the preparation process of the traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial agent comprises the following steps:
soaking the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces in anhydrous ethanol for 30min, extracting under reflux in water bath for 3 hr, filtering, rotary steaming, and vacuum drying to obtain Chinese medicinal antibacterial agent; the mass ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces to the absolute ethyl alcohol is controlled to be 30: 150.
The Chinese medicinal decoction pieces comprise one or more of radix astragali, Poria, flos Lonicerae, radix Angelicae sinensis and cortex Magnolia officinalis;
the growth regulator comprises one or more of forchlorfenuron and compound sodium nitrophenolate.
Example 7
A preparation process of a landes goose manure organic fertilizer comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: placing the activated biological strains, crop straws and Langde goose manure into a turning and throwing machine for uniform mixing, and performing stack fermentation to obtain an organic fertilizer primary material;
the second step is that: mixing the organic fertilizer primary material with the growth antibacterial complexing agent, adding the mixture into a granulator for granulation and screening to obtain the landes goose manure organic fertilizer.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 is the organic fertilizer of examples 1-3 without added growth antibacterial agent;
the antibacterial (the strain is vibrio cholerae) performance tests are carried out on the examples 1-3 and the comparative example 1;
antibacterial ratio (%) | Corn 60 day height increasing (cm) | |
Example 1 | 88.3 | 113.9 |
Example 2 | 88.9 | 118.4 |
Example 3 | 89.4 | 120.5 |
Comparative example 1 | 0 | 98.3 |
As can be seen from the table, the organic fertilizer prepared from the Langder goose manure has a good antibacterial effect, and the antibacterial rate is 88.3-89.4%; taking corn as an example, the average growth height of 60 days is 113.9-120.5cm, and the growth of plants can be effectively promoted.
