A code scanning device for cigarette bar code detection comprises a conveyor belt, a shooting mechanism 3 and a cigarette pushing mechanism 5, wherein the shooting mechanism 3 and the cigarette pushing mechanism 5 are arranged on the middle downstream of the conveyor belt; the conveying belt is used for horizontally conveying the cigarettes; a first camera 31, a second camera 32 and a cigarette pushing mechanism 5 are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the conveying belt, the cigarette pushing mechanism 5 extends to the outer side of the supporting frame 12, third cameras 33 are arranged on the outer portion of the cigarette pushing mechanism 5 corresponding to two sides of the cigarette pushing mechanism, and a fourth camera 34 is arranged on the bottom of the cigarette pushing mechanism 5 corresponding to the cigarette pushing mechanism; the first camera 31, the second camera 32, the third camera 33 and the fourth camera 34 respectively shoot two ends, the top, two side walls and the bottom of the cigarette carton in the path, the images are transmitted to the image processor, the images are identified and information is recorded in the images through the image processor, and the cigarette carton pushing mechanism 5 can also separate cigarette cartons lacking bar codes or having wrong bar codes.
In the scheme, the first camera 31, the second camera 32, the third camera 33 and the fourth camera 34 respectively shoot two ends, the top, two side walls and the bottom of a cigarette in the way, image recognition is carried out through an image processor, normal digital codes are correspondingly recorded, and the cigarette printed with wrong digital codes or without the digital codes is separated, so that incomplete commodities are prevented from entering the market; the manual intervention can be effectively reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; it should be noted that, the error digital coding includes digital coding repetition, digital coding defect, digital coding printing unclear and the like; the first camera 31, the second camera 32, the third camera 33, the fourth camera 34 and the cigarette pushing mechanism 5 are all electrically connected with an external image processor for picture information transmission and control signal connection.
Further, the housing 1 comprises a support frame 12, the support frame 12 is mounted on the base 11 and spans two sides of the conveyor belt; the bottom of two opposite side walls of the supporting frame 12 is respectively provided with a first mounting hole, the first mounting holes are positioned on one side of the supporting frame 12 close to the upstream of the conveyor belt, a first infrared sensor 35 and two first cameras 31 which are oppositely arranged are correspondingly arranged at the two first mounting holes, and the first infrared sensor 35 is arranged on one side of the first mounting holes; the first camera 31 is designed to photograph both end faces of the cigarette, and the image processor determines whether the digital codes are printed on both end faces.
Further, a second camera 32 and a second infrared sensor 36 are provided, a second mounting hole is correspondingly formed in the top of the support frame 12, and the second camera 32 is mounted at the second mounting hole and shoots towards the conveyor belt direction; the second infrared sensor 36 is installed inside the side wall of the supporting frame 12, and corresponds to the second camera 32 in position; the second camera 32 is designed to photograph the top surface of the cigarette in the path, and the image processor determines whether the top surface of the cigarette is printed with a digital code.
Furthermore, two opposite side walls of the supporting frame 12 are provided with oppositely arranged mounting openings, the bottom surfaces of the mounting openings are flush with the belt surface of the conveying belt, the width of the mounting openings is greater than that of the cigarette carton, the cigarette pushing mechanism 5 is arranged between the two mounting openings, and one end of the cigarette pushing mechanism extends outwards; a bearing plate 14 is installed at the bottom of the outer side wall of the supporting frame 12, the bearing plate 14 is located below the extending section of the cigarette pushing mechanism 5, and the top surface of the bearing plate 14 is flush with the belt surface of the conveyor belt; the length of the supporting plate 14 is greater than that of a cigarette, and the cigarette can be driven by the cigarette pushing mechanism 5 to enter and exit the supporting frame 12 through the mounting port; the two sides of the supporting plate 14 are provided with supporting plates 15 oppositely, one end of each supporting plate 15 is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the supporting frame 12, a third mounting hole is formed in each supporting plate 15, the third camera 33 is arranged at the third mounting hole, and probes of the two third cameras 33 are arranged towards the direction of the supporting plate 14; the third infrared sensor 37 is installed on the inner side wall of the support plate 15, and the distance from the third infrared sensor 37 to the support frame 12 is greater than the length of a cigarette; the cigarette pushing mechanism 5 is designed to push the cigarette on the conveyor belt to the supporting plate 14, the third cameras 33 arranged on the two sides can shoot the two sides of the cigarette which is transferred in place, and the image processor judges whether the two sides of the cigarette are printed with digital codes or not.
Further, the fourth infrared sensor 38 is installed on the inner side wall of the support plate 15, and the fourth infrared sensor 38 is located on the side of the third infrared sensor 37 far away from the support frame 12; a fixing plate is arranged below the bearing plate 14, the fixing plate is parallel to the bearing plate 14, and one end of the fixing plate is fixed on the base 11; the fixing plate is provided with a mounting hole, the fourth camera 34 is mounted at the fourth mounting hole, and the probe is arranged towards the bearing plate 14; a plurality of through holes are formed in the supporting plate 14, the through holes are distributed in a linear array along the length direction of the supporting plate 14, and the fourth camera 34 shoots the bottom of the cigarette carton through the through holes; the structural design can shoot the bottom surface of the cigarette transferred to the bearing plate 14, and the image processor judges whether the bottom surface of the cigarette is printed with the digital code.
Furthermore, an adjusting mechanism 6 is arranged on one side of the supporting frame 12 close to the upstream of the conveyor belt, and the adjusting mechanism 6 comprises two fifth infrared sensors 61 arranged oppositely and two second push rod motors 62 arranged oppositely; the two second push rod motors 62 are respectively installed on the bases on the two sides of the conveyor belt through brackets, and push plates 63 are installed at the end parts of the push rods of the two second push rod motors 62; two the fifth infrared sensor 61 corresponds and installs on the bracket, and the probe court conveyer belt direction sets up, and this structural design can conveniently get into and sweep the regulation that the position was carried out to the strip cigarette before the yard device, and convenient follow-up detects and the propelling movement.
Further, the conveyer belt is the baffle conveyer belt, the width adaptation of baffle interval and strip cigarette to distinguish and place a strip cigarette, convenient detection.

the conveying mechanism (2), the shooting mechanism (3) and the cigarette pushing mechanism (5) are all fixedly arranged in the shell (1), and the cigarette pushing mechanism (5) is fixedly arranged on one side of the conveying mechanism (2);
the output end of the shooting mechanism (3) is electrically connected with the input end of the detection mechanism (4), and the output end of the detection mechanism (4) is electrically connected with the input end of the cigarette pushing mechanism (5).
2. A device for detecting cigarettes according to claim 1, characterized in that said casing (1) comprises a base (11), a supporting frame (12), a frame plate (13), a supporting plate (14) and a supporting plate (15);
the conveying mechanism (2) is arranged on the base (11), the supporting frame (12) is erected on two sides of the conveying mechanism (2) and is fixedly connected with the base (11), and the frame plate (13), the supporting plate (14) and the supporting plate (15) are arranged on one side of the conveying mechanism (2) and form a rectangular space;
the cigarette pushing mechanism (5) is arranged in the rectangular space, and the shooting mechanism (3) is fixedly arranged on the base (11) and the supporting frame (12) and used for shooting cigarettes.

The cigarette detection device according to claim 3, wherein the shooting mechanism (3) comprises a camera group and an infrared sensor group, the camera group and the infrared sensor group are both fixedly arranged on the base (11) and the support frame (12), and the output ends of the camera group and the infrared sensor group are both electrically connected with the input end of the detection mechanism (4).
6. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that said group of cameras comprises a first camera (31), a second camera (32), a third camera (33) and a fourth camera (34);
the infrared sensor group comprises a first infrared sensor (35), a second infrared sensor (36), a third infrared sensor (37) and a fourth infrared sensor (38);
the first camera (31) and the first infrared sensor (35) are symmetrically arranged at the lower part of the supporting frame (12) and close to one side of the upstream of the conveying belt;
the second camera (32) is fixedly arranged at the top of the supporting frame (12);
the second infrared sensor (36) is fixedly arranged on the same side of the first infrared sensor (35) and close to the downstream of the conveyor belt;
the third camera (33) and the third infrared sensor (37) are respectively and fixedly arranged on the inner sides of the 2 support plates (15);
the fourth camera (34) is arranged below the bearing plate (14); the fourth infrared sensor (38) is arranged outside the third infrared sensor (37);
the output of first camera (31), the output of second camera (32), the output of third camera (33), the output of fourth camera (34), the output of first infrared sensor (35), the output of second infrared sensor (36), the output of third infrared sensor (37) and the output of fourth infrared sensor (38) all with the input electric connection of detection mechanism (4).
7. A device for detecting cigarettes according to claim 6, characterized in that the detection means (4) is an image processor.
8. The cigarette detecting device according to claim 7, wherein the cigarette pushing mechanism (5) includes a slide table (51), a bracket (52) and a first push rod motor (53);
slip table (51) are fixed to be set up the lower surface of frame plate (13), slip table (51) lower part is provided with the spout, with the top sliding connection of support (52), first push rod motor (53) fixed connection in the one end of slip table (51), the push rod of first push rod motor (53) with one side fixed connection of support (52), push rod through first push rod motor (53) drive support (52) reciprocating motion, the support middle part is provided with the recess for block the smoked strip.

The cigarette detection device according to claim 8, further comprising an adjusting mechanism (6), wherein the adjusting mechanism (6) is fixedly arranged at two sides of the conveyor belt and is positioned at the upstream of the supporting frame (12), and the adjusting mechanism (6) is electrically connected with the image processor in a bidirectional way;
the adjusting mechanism (6) comprises a fifth infrared sensor (61), a second push rod motor (62) and a push plate (63);
the quantity of fifth infrared sensor (61), second push rod motor (62) and push pedal (63) all sets up to 2, and the symmetry sets up respectively in the conveyer belt both sides, 2 the output of fifth infrared sensor (61) with image processor input wireless connection, the control end wireless connection of image processor output and second push rod motor (62), the push rod of second push rod motor (62) with push pedal (63) fixed connection.
10. A cigarette inspection method for use in the cigarette inspection apparatus according to claim 9, comprising the steps of:
s1: the cigarette carton is horizontally arranged on the conveying belt, the cigarette carton moves along with the conveying belt, when the cigarette carton moves to the adjusting mechanism, the conveying belt stops, the second push rod motor drives the push plate to adjust the position of the cigarette carton, and the conveying belt is started after the adjustment is finished;
s2: the cigarette carton moves along with the conveyor belt, when the cigarette carton passes through the first camera, the two ends of the cigarette carton are shot and judged by the image processor, if a normal digital code is detected, the image processor records the code, and the detection is not needed subsequently; if the wrong digital code is detected, the detection is not needed subsequently, and the cigarette is directly pushed away from the conveyor belt when the cigarette pushing mechanism is used; if the digital code is not detected, continuing to perform subsequent detection;
s3: when the cigarette passes through the second camera, the top of the cigarette is shot and judged by the image processor, if a normal digital code is detected, the subsequent shooting detection is not needed, if an error digital code is detected, the subsequent detection is not needed, and the cigarette is directly pushed away from the conveyor belt when passing through the cigarette pushing mechanism, and if the digital code is not detected, the subsequent detection is continued;
s4: when the cigarette carton is transferred to the cigarette pushing mechanism, the cigarette carton is pushed to the supporting plate by the cigarette pushing mechanism, the third camera shoots the two sides of the cigarette carton and judges the two sides of the cigarette carton by the image processor, if normal digital codes are detected and input is carried out, subsequent shooting detection is not needed, and the cigarette carton is sent back to the conveying belt by starting the cigarette pushing mechanism; if the wrong digital code is detected, the subsequent detection is not needed, and the bearing plate is directly pushed away; if the digital code is not detected, continuing to perform subsequent detection;
s5: when no result appears in the previous detection, the fourth camera shoots the bottom surface of the cigarette carton, the shooting is divided into two steps, the fourth camera shoots once at first and is judged by the image processor, if normal digital codes are detected and input, the subsequent shooting detection is not needed, and the cigarette pushing mechanism is started to send the cigarette carton back to the conveyor belt again; if the digital codes or the digital code parts are not detected, secondary shooting is carried out, the fourth camera shoots the bottom surface of the cigarette carton again, the image processor judges the bottom surface of the cigarette carton, and if the normal digital codes are detected, the recording is carried out, and the cigarette carton pushing mechanism is started to send the cigarette carton back to the conveyor belt again; if the digital code or the digital code part is not detected, the bearing plate is directly pushed away.
