Abstract
本发明提供了一种治疗糖尿病的中药组合物及其制备方法和应用。本发明的中药组合物,包括如下重量份的各原料提取物:党参15‑16份,麦芽10‑12份,茯苓10‑30份,覆盆子8‑12份,黄芪10‑15份,陈皮6‑8份,黄精6‑8份,肉桂7‑9份,蒲公英6‑10份,山楂6‑8份,当归3‑5份,昆布2‑8份,枸杞2‑4份,甘草2‑6份,苦杏仁2‑6份,灵芝1‑3份和人参1‑3份。本发明的中药组合物选用多种药食同源的中药组分,可全面调节人体脏腑功能,有效调节胃肠道对食物中糖份和脂肪的吸收,使餐后血糖和糖化血红蛋白稳定在正常范围,同时使人体胰腺功能得到修复,长期食用可逐渐减少糖尿病人对降糖药物的依赖性,缓解各种并发症状况,对治疗糖尿病具有良好的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域,尤其是涉及一种治疗糖尿病的中药组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
糖尿病是一种以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,高血糖是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷和/或其生物作用受损引起的,其会导致各种组织,特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经产生慢性损害及功能障碍。在中医领域,糖尿病属于消渴病,其是因五脏禀赋脆弱、情志失调、饮食不节等诱因导致的脏腑阴虚燥热、气阴两虚及津液输布失常的一种疾病,临床以三多一少为典型症状,即多尿、多饮、多食、消瘦。糖尿病患者以中老年人居多,病情严重者可并发心病、眩晕、中风、麻木、痈疽等病症。
目前,针对糖尿病的治疗方法主要包括饮食治疗、运动治疗和药物治疗。饮食治疗是各种类型糖尿病治疗的基础,部分轻型糖尿病患者可以通过饮食治疗控制病情;运动治疗是通过增加体力活动改善机体对胰岛素的敏感性,从而降低体重、减少身体脂肪量、增强体力;药物治疗主要采用胰岛素注射和磺脲类、非磺脲类胰岛素促泌剂、双脈类、a-葡萄糖苷酶抑制素、胰岛素增敏剂等药物进行治疗,长期使用会造成肝肾功能的损害,诱发低血糖反应,控制血糖的效果不佳。
鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗糖尿病的中药组合物及其制备方法和应用,该中药组合物可全面调节人体脏腑功能,有效调节胃肠道对食物中糖份和脂肪的吸收,使餐后血糖和糖化血红蛋白稳定在正常范围,同时使人体胰腺功能得到修复,长期食用可逐渐减少糖尿病人对降糖药物的依赖性,缓解各种并发症状况,对治疗糖尿病具有良好的效果。
本发明提供的一种治疗糖尿病的中药组合物,包括如下重量份的各原料提取物:党参15-16份,麦芽10-12份,茯苓10-30份,覆盆子8-12份,黄芪10-15份,陈皮6-8份,黄精6-8份,肉桂7-9份,蒲公英6-10份,山楂6-8份,当归3-5份,昆布2-8份,枸杞2-4份,甘草2-6份,苦杏仁2-6份,灵芝1-3份和人参1-3份。
在上述各原料提取物中,党参、陈皮、蒲公英、当归、昆布、枸杞、甘草和苦杏仁的提取物为水提物;麦芽、茯苓、覆盆子、黄芪、黄精、肉桂、山楂、灵芝和人参的提取物为醇提物。
进一步地,麦芽、黄芪、黄精采用无水乙醇提取;茯苓采用40-50%的乙醇溶液提取;覆盆子采用65-75%的乙醇溶液提取;肉桂采用70-80%的乙醇溶液提取;山楂采用55-65%的乙醇溶液提取;灵芝、人参采用90-95%的乙醇溶液提取;上述各乙醇溶液的含量均为质量含量。
本发明各原料的功效及提取工艺如下:
党参:味甘,性平。具有补中益气、止渴、健脾益肺,养血生津等功效。主要用于脾肺气虚,食少倦怠,咳嗽虚喘,气血不足,面色萎黄,心悸气短,津伤口渴,内热消渴、懒言短气、四肢无力、食欲不佳、气虚、气津两虚、气血双亏以及血虚萎黄等症。
党参提取工艺:将党参与水按固液比为1:(15-25)进行混合,随后在超声条件下进行提取;其中,超声功率为130-140瓦,提取温度为60-70℃,提取时间为40-50min。党参提取物含有菊糖、生物碱、皂甙以及各种微量元素,具有兴奋中枢神经、使精神振奋、消除疲劳等作用,亦能增加红细胞和血色素,提高免疫力。
麦芽:为禾本科植物大麦Hordeurn vulgare L.的成熟果实经发芽干燥的炮制加工品。具有行气消食,健脾开胃,回乳消胀等功效。主要用于用于食积不消,脘腹胀痛,脾虚食少,乳汁郁积,乳房胀痛,妇女断乳,肝郁胁痛,肝胃气痛等。
麦芽提取工艺:将麦芽与无水乙醇按固液比为1:(5-10)混合后进行提取;其中,提取次数为两次,每次提取时的提取温度为60-80℃,提取时间为2-4h。麦芽提取物中含有丰富的麦芽糖、果糖、葡萄糖、蛋白质、小分子肽、人体必须的氨基酸和多种维生素、矿物质,还含有具有保健功能的β-葡聚糖、生育酚、a淀粉酶和β淀粉酶,具有助消化作用,得生升之气。
茯苓:为多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf的干燥菌核。具有利水渗湿,健脾,宁心等功效。主要用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠等。
茯苓提取工艺:将茯苓与40-50%的乙醇溶液按固液比为1:(8-12)混合后进行提取;其中,提取次数为两次,每次提取时的提取温度为40-60℃,提取时间为2-4h。茯苓提取物中含有含茯苓酸、块苓酸、齿孔酸、松苓酸、松苓新酸、茯苓聚糖等,具有一定的抗肿瘤作用。
覆盆子:为蔷薇科植物华东覆盆子Rubus chingii Hu的干燥果实。具有益肾固精缩尿,养肝明目之功效。常用于遗精滑精,遗尿尿频,目暗昏花等。
覆盆子提取工艺:将覆盆子与65-75%的乙醇溶液按固液比为1:(5-10)混合,在超声条件下进行低温提取,再采用有机分离膜进行提取液浓缩;其中:提取温度为40-50℃,提取时间为1-2h,超声功率为125-135瓦。
黄芪:具有补气固表,利水退肿,托毒排脓,利尿,生肌等功效。主要用于气虚乏力、久泻脱肛、自汗、水肿、子宫脱垂、慢性肾炎蛋白尿、糖尿病、疮口久不愈合。
黄芪提取工艺:将黄芪粉碎后加水浸泡,将浸泡后的黄芪与无水乙醇按固液比为1:(15-25)进行混合,再在50-70℃下提取5-7h。黄芪提取物中含有黄芪皂苷、黄酮、多糖、单糖、生物碱、叶酸、多种氨基酸和微生素、苦味素以及硒、铁、锌等人体所需要的微量元素。具有抗自由基及抗氧化功能,能明显改善心肌细胞及肝细胞,黄芪皂苷能降低糖尿病患者及糖尿病小鼠血糖,促进胰岛素分泌。
陈皮:为芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。具有理气健脾,燥湿化痰等功效。主要用于脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多等。
陈皮提取工艺:按固液比为1:(10-20)向陈皮中加水进行提取;其中,提取温度为60-70℃,提取时间为5-7h。陈皮提取物中含有大量的黄酮和萜类成分,能有效调理脾胃功能。
黄精:具有补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾之功效。常用于脾胃气虚,体倦乏力,胃阴不足,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,精血不足,腰膝酸软,须发早白,内热消渴。
黄精提取工艺:将黄精与无水乙醇按固液比为1:(45-55)混合后进行提取;其中,提取次数为两次,每次提取时的提取温度为50-70℃,提取时间为5-7h。黄精提取物中富含淀粉、维生素、矿物质和多种活性物质,主要的活性成分包括糖类、甾体皂苷、黄酮、氨基酸及微量元素等。
肉桂:为樟科植物肉桂Cinnamomum cassia Presl的干燥树皮。辛,甘,大热,归肾,脾,心,肝经,具有补火助阳,引火归元,散寒止痛,温通经脉等功效。主要用于阳痿宫冷,腰膝冷痛,肾虚作喘,虚阳上浮,眩晕目赤,心腹冷痛,虚寒吐泻,寒疝腹痛,痛经经闭。
肉桂提取工艺:将肉桂与70-80%的乙醇溶液按固液比为1:(18-22)混合后进行提取;其中,提取温度为75-85℃,提取时间为2-4h。肉桂提取物中含有挥发油,油中含有桂皮醛、丁香酚等,并含有鞣质及粘液质,对人体免疫功能有明显的增强作用,可增强人体T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞的增殖与分化,并增强其功能,同时能增强杀伤细胞的杀伤功能以及单核吞噬细胞的吞噬功能。
蒲公英:为菊科植物蒲公英、碱地蒲公英或同属数种植物的干燥全草。苦、甘,寒。具有清热解毒,消肿散结,利尿通淋等功效。主要用于疔疮肿毒,乳痈,瘰疬,目赤,咽痛,肺痈,肠痈,湿热黄疸,热淋涩痛等。
蒲公英提取工艺:将蒲公英加水浸泡,煎煮提取两次,随后采用50-70%的乙醇溶液进行醇沉,最后干燥;其中,控制固液比为1:(5-10),每次提取时的提取温度为75-85℃,提取时间为1-3h。蒲公英提取物中含有蒲公英醇、蒲公英素、胆碱、有机酸、菊糖等多种健康营养成分,能改善肝功能,促进胆汁分泌并作为利尿剂使用。
山楂:具有消食健胃,行气散瘀,化浊降脂等功效。主要用于肉食积滞,胃脘胀满,泻痢腹痛,瘀血经闭,产后瘀阻,心腹刺痛,胸痹心痛,疝气疼痛,高脂血症。
山楂提取工艺:采用55-65%的乙醇溶液对山楂进行加热回流提取或超声提取,提取次数为2次,每次提取时间为1-3h;其中,加热回流提取的提取温度70-80℃,超声提取的超声功率为115-125瓦;提取液减压浓缩得滤液,用乙醇洗脱,过树脂柱,得洗脱液,最后喷雾干燥。山楂提取物具有强心、降压、降血脂作用。
当归:为伞形科植物当归Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels的干燥根。主具有补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便之功效。常用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭痛经,虚寒腹痛,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤,痈疽疮疡,肠燥便秘。
当归提取工艺:将当归加水浸泡1-2h,随后在75-85℃下煎煮1-3h,控制料液比为1:(35-45),煎煮后进行过滤、浓缩、干燥。当归提取物含有藁本内酯、正丁烯酰内酯、阿魏酸、烟酸、蔗糖、多种氨基酸以及倍半萜类化合物等,能降低血压,使血脂下降。
昆布:归肝、胃、肾经。具有软坚散结,消痰,利水之功能。主要用于瘿瘤、瘰疬、痰饮水肿等。
昆布提取工艺:将昆布加水浸泡1-2h,随后在70-80℃下煎煮1-3h,控制料液比为1:(30-50),煎煮后进行过滤、浓缩、干燥。昆布提取物中含有藻胶素、甘露醇、半乳聚糖、海带氨酸、海带聚糖、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、脯氨酸、维生素B1、维生素C、维生素P和碘、钾等,具有降压、降血糖、降血脂、抗凝及抗放射作用。
枸杞:具有滋肾,润肺,补肝,明目等功效。主治肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,头晕,目眩,目昏多泪,虚劳咳嗽,消渴等。
枸杞提取工艺:将枸杞与水按固液比为1:(4-8)混合后进行提取;其中,提取次数为2-3次,每次提取时的提取温度为75-85℃,提取时间为2-3h;随后,采用90-95%的乙醇溶液对提取液进行醇沉,上清液浓缩成侵膏,再冷冻干燥。枸杞提取物中含有类胡萝卜素、硫胺素、核黄素、抗坏血酸、甜菜碱以及丰富的钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、铜、锰、锌等元素,还含有多种氨基酸、维生素以及枸杞多糖,具有免疫调节、降血糖、降血脂、延缓衰老、抗疲劳作用等。
甘草:具有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药之功效。常用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
甘草提取工艺:将甘草与水按固液比为1:(4-8)混合后进行提取;其中,提取次数为3次,每次提取时的提取温度为80-90℃,提取时间为1.5-2.5h;过滤,合并滤液,加乙醇放置2-3h,滤过减压回收乙醇,得清膏,浓缩干燥。甘草提取物具有抑制单胺氧化酶、抑制引起糖尿病的醛糖还原酶,解痉镇痛、治疗老年性骨质疏松症、抗癌等作用。
苦杏仁:为蔷薇科植物杏的种子。功能主治为:降气止咳平喘,润肠通便。
苦杏仁提取工艺:将苦杏仁与水按固液比为1:(10-20)混合后进行提取;其中,提取温度95-100℃,提取时间为2-4小时,提取液浓缩喷雾干燥。苦杏仁提取物含丰富的黄酮类和多酚类成分,能降低人体胆固醇含量,止咳平喘,润肠通便,减少心脏病和很多慢性病的发生。
灵芝:具有补气安神,止咳平喘的功效。主治心神不宁,失眠,惊悸,咳喘痰多,虚劳证等。
灵芝提取工艺:将灵芝与90-95%的乙醇溶液按固液比为1:(10-20)混合后进行提取;其中,提取次数为两次,每次提取时的提取温度为60-70℃,提取时间为20-40min,提取液浓缩、烘干。灵芝提取物含有三萜化合物,可降低血压,减少血小板黏性并可能降低LDL-胆固醇。
人参:大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺,生津,安神。用于体虚欲脱、肢冷脉微、脾虚食少、肺虚喘咳、津伤口渴。
人参提取工艺:采用90-95%的乙醇溶液将人参浸泡20-24h,控制固液比1:(5-15),将浸泡液回流提取3次,得提取液;其中,每次提取时的提取温度为80-90℃,提取时间为1-2h,提取后回收乙醇再进行浓缩、干燥。人参提取物中富含十八种人参单体皂甙,久服可以延年益寿,延缓细胞衰老,增强人体细胞的活力,明显抑制过氧化脂质形成,减少大脑皮层和肝中脂褐素的含量,同时增加氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶在血液中的含量,具有抗氧化作用,能增强免疫力,促进人白血病细胞的凋亡。
本发明中药组合物的配伍关系为:
君药:党参,麦芽,茯苓,覆盆子;
臣药:黄芪,陈皮,黄精,肉桂,蒲公英,山楂;
佐药:甘草,昆布,苦杏仁;
使药:当归,枸杞,灵芝,人参。
本发明的中药组合物以清热润燥,养阴益气为基本法,在辨证论治的前提下,结合中药药理研究,选择相应的中药原料,可提高疗效,气虚者用黄芪,既可降糖,降脂,降压,又有减少蛋白尿,调节免疫功能等作用,人参不仅能降糖,还可直接清除自由基,抗脂质过氧化,热盛伤津者配苦杏仁,以苦制甜,寒热错杂者配茯苓,意在开启上闸,活其停滞,固本生元,茯苓具有渗湿利水,健脾和胃,宁心安神。用覆盆子引气,血,消化道的浊气下行,配陈皮以消食,化积祛脂。肺胃之热者配枸杞,以清热养阴,生津止渴,瘀阻血络者用昆布,改善微循环,降血脂,抗动脉硬化等作用,清热解毒,利尿散结,补脾和胃配蒲公英,肉桂使之具有活血化瘀,引火归元,补火助阻,散寒止痛,温通筋脉,乏力口干多用党参,当归补助气分,补助上焦,中焦,下焦气分,推动全身热量流行,配以覆盆子补益肾阳。下气除满,湿滞伤中,运用山楂,抗心律失常,保护心肌。配麦芽得生升之气,健脾消食,疏肝解郁,故能引导。一味甘草得以润滑(和药)。党参甘温益气,其心主血脉,依靠心气的推动,当归辛甘温以助心血,茯苓,甘草,山楂健脾益气以和中,培补后天之本,黄精滋阴补肾以填精,精血互生以涵肝木,肝木得血养而不枯,佐入陈皮,纳气归元,这样就可获其补而不滞,滋而不腻,上下通达,气血得资之效。气血兼顾。其方配伍严谨,立法有度,虽用药似乎平淡无奇,然临床疗效甚佳。一切生命活动须气血来维护,气血旺盛则形,色,精神俱佳,身体矫健。
本发明还提供上述中药组合物的制备方法,包括:
A)对各原料进行提取,得到各原料提取物;
B)按重量份将各原料提取物混合均匀,得到中药组合物。
本发明还提供上述中药组合物在制备用于治疗糖尿病的药物或保健食品中的应用。
本发明的实施,至少具有以下优势:
1、本发明中药组合物的各原料均为纯植物提取,药食同源制剂,原料安全性高,取材来源广泛,利用率高;同时,本发明各原料之间的配合无任何配伍禁忌,对人体不会产生不良反应,熟制粉料可直接用水冲调食用,食用方便,便于外出携带;

实施例1
一、制备各提取物
党参提取物:将党参与水按固液比1:20混合后,在超声条件下进行提取,对提取液进行过滤、浓缩、干燥,得到党参提取物;其中,提取温度65℃左右,提取时间45min,超声功率为135瓦。
麦芽提取物:将麦芽与无水乙醇按固液比1:8混合后提取两次,每次提取时的提取温度为70℃,提取时间为3h,对提取液进行过滤、浓缩、干燥,得到麦芽提取物。
茯苓提取物:将茯苓与45%的乙醇溶液按固液比为1:10混合后提取两次,每次提取时的提取温度为50℃,提取时间为3h,对提取液进行过滤、浓缩、干燥,得到茯苓提取物。
覆盆子提取物:将覆盆子与70%的乙醇溶液按固液比为1:8混合,在超声条件下进行低温提取,再采用有机分离膜进行提取液浓缩、干燥,得到覆盆子提取物;其中:提取温度为45℃,提取时间为1.5h,超声功率为130瓦。
黄芪提取物:将黄芪粉碎后加水浸泡,将浸泡后的黄芪与无水乙醇按固液比为1:20进行混合,再在60℃下提取6h,对提取液进行过滤、浓缩、干燥,得到黄芪提取物。
陈皮提取物:按固液比为1:15向陈皮中加水进行提取;其中,提取温度为65℃,提取时间为6h,对提取液进行过滤、浓缩、干燥,得到陈皮提取物。
黄精提取物:将黄精与无水乙醇按固液比为1:50混合后提取两次,每次提取时的提取温度为60℃,提取时间为6h,对提取液进行过滤、浓缩、干燥,得到黄精提取物。
肉桂提取物:将肉桂与75%的乙醇溶液按固液比为1:20混合后进行提取;其中,提取温度为80℃,提取时间为3h,对提取液进行过滤、浓缩、干燥,得到肉桂提取物。
蒲公英提取物:将蒲公英加水浸泡,煎煮提取两次,随后采用60%的乙醇溶液进行醇沉,干燥,得到蒲公英提取物;其中,控制固液比为1:8,每次提取时的提取温度为80℃,提取时间为3h。
山楂提取物:采用60%的乙醇溶液对山楂加热回流提取2次,加热回流提取温度为75℃,每次提取时间为2h;提取液减压浓缩得滤液,用乙醇洗脱,过树脂柱,得洗脱液,最后喷雾干燥,得到山楂提取物。
当归提取物:将当归加水浸泡1h,随后在80℃煎煮2h,控制料液比为1:40,煎煮后进行过滤、浓缩、干燥,得到当归提取物。
昆布提取物:将昆布加水浸泡1h,随后在75℃煎煮2h,控制料液比为1:40,煎煮后进行过滤、浓缩、干燥,得到昆布提取物。
枸杞提取物:将枸杞与水按固液比1:6混合后提取两次,每次提取时的提取温度为80℃,提取时间为2h;随后,采用95%的乙醇溶液对提取液进行醇沉,上清液浓缩成侵膏,再冷冻干燥,得到枸杞提取物。
甘草提取物:将甘草与水按固液比1:6混合后提取3次,每次提取时的提取温度为90℃,提取时间为2h;过滤,合并滤液,加乙醇放置3h,滤过减压回收乙醇,得清膏,浓缩干燥,得到甘草提取物。
苦杏仁提取物:将苦杏仁与水按固液比1:15混合后进行提取;其中,提取温度为100℃,提取时间为3h,提取液浓缩喷雾干燥,得到苦杏仁提取物。
灵芝提取物:将灵芝与95%的乙醇溶液按固液比为1:15混合后提取两次,每次提取时的提取温度为75℃,提取时间为30min,提取液浓缩、烘干,得到灵芝提取物。
人参提取物:采用95%的乙醇溶液将人参浸泡24h,控制固液比1:10,将浸泡液回流提取3次,得提取液;其中,每次提取时的提取温度为85℃,提取时间为1h,提取后回收乙醇再进行浓缩、干燥,得到人参提取物。
二、制备中药组合物
将上述制备的党参提取物15份,麦芽提取物10份,茯苓提取物20份,覆盆子提取物10份,黄芪提取物12份,陈皮提取物7份,黄精提取物7份,肉桂提取物8份,蒲公英提取物8份,山楂提取物7份,当归提取物4份,昆布提取物6份,枸杞提取物3份,甘草提取物4份,苦杏仁提取物4份,灵芝提取物2份和人参提取物2份混合均匀,即制得本实施例的中药组合物。
实施例2
本实施例各提取物的制备方法与实施例1相同。
将党参提取物16份,麦芽提取物12份,茯苓提取物10份,覆盆子提取物12份,黄芪提取物15份,陈皮提取物6份,黄精提取物8份,肉桂提取物9份,蒲公英提取物10份,山楂提取物6份,当归提取物5份,昆布提取物8份,枸杞提取物2份,甘草提取物6份,苦杏仁提取物6份,灵芝提取物1份和人参提取物3份混合均匀,即制得本实施例的中药组合物。
实施例3
本实施例各提取物的制备方法与实施例1相同。
将党参提取物15份,麦芽提取物10份,茯苓提取物30份,覆盆子提取物8份,黄芪提取物10份,陈皮提取物8份,黄精提取物6份,肉桂提取物7份,蒲公英提取物6份,山楂提取物8份,当归提取物3份,昆布提取物2份,枸杞提取物4份,甘草提取物2份,苦杏仁提取物2份,灵芝提取物3份和人参提取物1份混合均匀,即制得本实施例的中药组合物。
实施例4
除制备各提取物步骤中,对各原料均进行水提之外,其余与实施例1基本相同;本实施例的水提工艺如下:
将各原料分别加水浸泡1h,随后在80℃下煎煮两次,每次煎煮2h,控制料液比为1:40,煎煮后进行过滤、浓缩、干燥,得到各原料提取物;将各原料提取物按实施例1配比混合均匀,即制得本实施例的中药组合物。
实施例5
除制备各提取物步骤中,对各原料均进行醇提之外,其余与实施例1基本相同;本实施例的醇提工艺如下:
将各原料与70%的乙醇溶液按固液比1:8混合后提取两次,每次提取时的提取温度为70℃,提取时间为3h,对提取液进行过滤、浓缩、干燥,得到各原料提取物;将各原料提取物按实施例1配比混合均匀,即制得本实施例的中药组合物。
对照例1
本对照例采用桑叶提取物、青钱柳提取物分别替代实施例1的茯苓提取物和覆盆子提取物,其它提取物与实施例1相同;其中,桑叶提取物、青钱柳提取物的制备方法如下:
桑叶提取物:将桑叶与90%的乙醇溶液按固液比为1:10混合后提取两次,每次提取时的提取温度为80℃,提取时间为3h,对提取液进行过滤、浓缩、干燥,得到桑叶提取物。
青钱柳提取物:按固液比为1:15向青钱柳中加水提取现两次;其中,提取温度为70℃,每次提取时间为3h,对提取液进行过滤、浓缩、干燥,得到青钱柳提取物。
将党参提取物15份,麦芽提取物10份,桑叶提取物20份,青钱柳提取物10份,黄芪提取物12份,陈皮提取物7份,黄精提取物7份,肉桂提取物8份,蒲公英提取物8份,山楂提取物7份,当归提取物4份,昆布提取物6份,枸杞提取物3份,甘草提取物4份,苦杏仁提取物4份,灵芝提取物2份和人参提取物2份混合均匀,即制得本对照例的中药组合物。
对照例2
本对照例以CN111759999A中药组合物作为对照,其由如下重量份的原料提取物组成:党参提取物10份、茯苓提取物10份、黄芩提取物10份、干姜提取物6份、黄连提取物9份、苍术提取物10份、肉桂提取物6份、赤芍提取物10份、葛根15提取物份、大黄提取物6份、玉米须提取物10份、石膏提取物15份、红曲提取物5份和甜叶菊提取物1份;各提取物采用水提工艺进行提取。
对照例3
本对照例以CN108524776A中药组合物作为对照,其由如下重量份的原料制成:三七20份、石斛30份、苦瓜20份、黄芪35份、葛根20份、西洋参20份、丹参20份、麦冬35份、肉苁蓉10份、玉竹25份、鸡内金10份、鬼箭羽25份、桃仁7份、黄精25份;将各原料混合后进行打粉、过筛,再混合均匀。
试验例
采用实施例和对照例的中药组合物对糖尿病患者进行治疗;药物服用方式为:每天三次,每次10g,连续服用30天。
诊断和疗效评价标准如下:
诊断标准:空腹血糖超过7.0mmol/L,餐后血糖大于11.1mmol/L,即诊断为糖尿病。
疗效评价标准:
显效:症状基本消失,空腹血糖<7.0mmol/L,餐后2小时血糖<8.3mmol/L或血糖降低30%以上,糖化血红蛋白<6.0%或糖化血红蛋白降低30%以上;
有效:症状明显改善,空腹血糖<8.3mmol/L,餐后2小时血糖<10.0mmol/L或血糖降低为10%以上但未达显效标准,糖化血红蛋白降低为10%以上但未达显效标准;
无效:症状无明显改善,血糖及糖化血红蛋白下降未达有效标准。
治疗效果见表1。

研究结果表明:
1、现有治疗糖尿病的中药组合物(例如以桑叶、青钱柳等作为主药的复方中药等)通常仅能降低糖尿病人的血糖含量,而无法显著降低糖尿病人的糖化血红蛋白含量,同时无法使血糖及糖化血红蛋白的含量长期维持在正常水平之内,显效率及总有效率相对较低。
2、本申请各实施例的中药组合物以可食性中药按最佳比例模式组合而成,进一步对各原料采用适宜的提取工艺进行浓缩提炼,能够有效调节胃肠道对食物中糖份和脂肪的吸收,使餐后血糖和糖化血红蛋白含量稳定在正常范围内,人体胰腺功能得到修复,长期食用可逐渐减少糖尿病人对降糖药物的依赖性,缓解各种并发症状况,显效率及总有效率高,对治疗糖尿病的效果显著。

患者刘某某,女,58岁,南京人,患糖尿病16年,糖化血红蛋白12.6%,餐后血糖26.82mmol/L;服用实施例1的中药组合物一个月后,血糖一直维持在8.1mmol/L左右,且糖化血红蛋白稳定在6.0%左右,对降糖药物的依赖性逐渐减少。

Claims (10)
1.一种治疗糖尿病的中药组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的各原料提取物:党参15-16份,麦芽10-12份,茯苓10-30份,覆盆子8-12份,黄芪10-15份,陈皮6-8份,黄精6-8份,肉桂7-9份,蒲公英6-10份,山楂6-8份,当归3-5份,昆布2-8份,枸杞2-4份,甘草2-6份,苦杏仁2-6份,灵芝1-3份和人参1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,党参、陈皮、蒲公英、当归、昆布、枸杞、甘草和苦杏仁的提取物为水提物;麦芽、茯苓、覆盆子、黄芪、黄精、肉桂、山楂、灵芝和人参的提取物为醇提物;
优选地,麦芽、黄芪和黄精采用无水乙醇提取;茯苓采用40-50%的乙醇溶液提取;覆盆子采用65-75%的乙醇溶液提取;肉桂采用70-80%的乙醇溶液提取;山楂采用55-65%的乙醇溶液提取;灵芝和人参采用90-95%的乙醇溶液提取。
3.权利要求1或2所述的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
A)对各原料进行提取,得到各原料提取物;
B)按重量份将各原料提取物混合均匀,得到中药组合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,党参提取物的制备方法包括:将党参与水按固液比为1:(15-25)进行混合,随后在超声条件下进行提取;其中,超声功率为130-140瓦,提取温度为60-70℃,提取时间为40-50min。
5.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,麦芽提取物的制备方法包括:将麦芽与无水乙醇按固液比为1:(5-10)混合后进行提取;其中,提取次数为两次,每次提取时的提取温度为60-80℃,提取时间为2-4h。
6.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,茯苓提取物的制备方法包括:将茯苓与40-50%的乙醇溶液按固液比为1:(8-12)混合后进行提取;其中,提取次数为两次,每次提取时的提取温度为40-60℃,提取时间为2-4h。
7.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,黄芪提取物的制备方法包括:将黄芪粉碎后加水浸泡,将浸泡后的黄芪与无水乙醇按固液比为1:(15-25)进行混合,再在50-70℃下提取5-7h。
8.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,陈皮提取物的制备方法包括:按固液比为1:(10-20)向陈皮中加水煎煮5-7h。
9.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,黄精提取物的制备方法包括:将黄精与无水乙醇按固液比为1:(45-55)混合后进行提取;其中,提取次数为两次,每次提取时的提取温度为50-70℃,提取时间为5-7h。
10.权利要求1或2所述的中药组合物在制备用于治疗糖尿病的药物或保健食品中的应用。
