Background
When the human skeleton is subjected to improper external force or impact, the phenomenon of fracture and laceration is inevitable or occurs, although the human skeleton has the function of self-healing, in order to maintain the skeleton to heal in a normal state, generally, when the fracture and laceration occurs, the fracture and laceration part of the human skeleton must be reset by external force, even the state of the fracture and laceration part of the human skeleton must be maintained by assistance, so that the healing effect can be ensured, and the phenomenon that the bone heals in a bad state to influence the action of limbs in the future is avoided.
In addition to the common bone nail or steel plate fixation methods, the fracture treatment of the proximal elbow joint of the humerus is performed in a special form, so that different methods are required for the joint fixation of the fracture.
For example, the previous cases such as M465887, M402092, M438892 and M442818 are all common bone nail structures disclosed, but obviously, the effect of the bone nails applied to the fixation of fracture and fracture of humerus is not ideal, and in the treatment of fracture and fracture of humerus, after the fractured bone pieces of humerus caused by fracture and fracture are joined and returned, the metal pieces are applied to the surface of humerus, and then the metal pieces and the humerus are drilled and locked by the bone nails, so that the shape of the humerus can be maintained by the metal pieces and the bone nails, and the humerus can be healed and returned to the original state.
However, in fact, such a fixing method can only be applied to the case where the fracture of the humerus is not serious, and if the humerus is broken into a plurality of pieces, the fixing method may not be fixed by the metal plate and the bone nail, and thus it is necessary to try to solve the problem.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the fact that no ideal fixing method exists for fracture and joint fixation of the proximal elbow joint of the humerus, the inventor specially develops and develops the interlocking intramedullary double-slender steel rod fracture reduction and fixation method of the proximal elbow joint of the humerus based on years of experience and technology of related industries.
The invention relates to a humerus proximal elbow joint fracture reduction fixing method of interlocking intramedullary double-slender steel bar, when the method is applied to a user, firstly a guide pin is used for guiding the humerus proximal elbow joint fracture reduction fixing method from the inner upper condyle bone of the distal humerus to the outer upper condyle bone of the distal humerus through the center of a pulley of the distal humerus under an X-ray monitoring system, then a hollow drill bit is used for drilling a small tunnel along the guide pin, a hollow screw rod is turned into the distal humerus from the inner upper condyle bone of the distal humerus to the distal humerus along the guide pin, and then passes through the center of the pulley of the distal humerus to the outer upper condyle bone of the distal humerus, the fracture of the proximal elbow joint fracture of the humerus is realized by the double-slender steel bar (the tip can be slightly bent), the inner upper condyle bone and the outer upper condyle bone of the distal humerus enter the humerus respectively, the fracture is turned after the fracture is in the intramedullary and touches the humerus wall to reach the proximal humerus, the double-slender steel bar is respectively locked and fixed in a circular sphere at two ends in the hollow screw rod respectively, the humerus near elbow joint fracture reduction fixing method of the interlocking type intramedullary double-slender steel rod is obtained, the operation wound is located at the position of the epicondyle bone (each of which is about 1 centimeter) on the inner side and the outer side of the distal end of the humerus, and belongs to minimally invasive surgery, and an orthopaedist can set a locking and fixing angle of the hollow screw rod matched with the circular spheres at the two ends in the humerus, the double-slender steel rod and the double bolts according to the requirements of conditions in the operation process, so that the fracture reduction fixing purpose is achieved by the treatment of fracture and fracture joint of the humerus near elbow joint, and a good healing effect is achieved.
The invention relates to a humerus proximal elbow joint fracture reduction fixing method of interlocking type intramedullary double-long steel bar, which is characterized in that a hollow screw rod is used, one end of the hollow screw rod is provided with an integrally formed fixing sleeve device, a groove (the appearance is hexagonal), the groove is an inwards concave spherical surface and is used for matching a circular ball with a hollow inner part and a groove at one side and a sleeved section consisting of bolts, the other end of the hollow screw rod is provided with a non-integrally formed fixing sleeve device, the top end of the hollow screw rod is provided with special threads which are used for matching a circular ball with a hollow inner part and a groove at one side of the other hollow inner part, the sleeved section consisting of bolts is used for allowing the intramedullary double-long steel bar to pass through the hollow inner part of the circular ball at two ends by utilizing the hollow inner part of the circular ball at two ends, then the bolts are respectively screwed into the grooves at one side of the circular ball at two ends to compress the grooves at the two ends of the intramedullary double-long steel bar, the special threads are arranged at the other top end of the hollow screw rod and are fastened with the bolt lock, the intramedullary double-slender steel rods at the two ends have the same fixing direction, and can effectively maintain the treatment of fracture and fracture joint fixation of the proximal elbow joint of the humerus by matching with the double-slender steel rods, so that the healing effect of the fracture and fracture joint fixation of the proximal elbow joint of the humerus can be ensured, and the problem that the joint form of the fracture and fracture of the humerus cannot be effectively fixed by the conventional metal sheet and bone nail is solved.
