Claims (23)

1. An exhaust hood, comprising:
the cabinet body is provided with an inner cavity, the inner cavity forms a working cavity, the cabinet body is provided with a left side plate and a right side plate along the width direction of the exhaust cabinet, the cavity wall of the inner cavity comprises a part of inner surface of the left side plate and a part of inner surface of the right side plate, and the left side plate and/or the right side plate are respectively a physiochemical plate or an anti-doubling plate and respectively extend from the top to the bottom of the exhaust cabinet;
the left side aluminum profile extends from the top to the bottom along the height direction of the exhaust cabinet, at least part of the left side aluminum profile forms the left front wall of the exhaust cabinet, and the left side aluminum profile is provided with the left side plate; and/or
The right side aluminium alloy is followed the direction of height by the top extends to the bottom, at least part constitutes the right front wall of cabinet of airing exhaust, the right side aluminium alloy is installed the right side board.
2. A hood as in claim 1 wherein the back and/or top walls of the working chamber are physiochemical boards or resistive boards, respectively.
3. A hood as claimed in claim 1 further comprising: the table surface comprises a bottom wall of the working cavity, and the table surface is a chemical board or ceramic.
4. A hood as in claim 1 wherein said left side panel is 10mm to 20mm thick and said right side panel is 10mm to 20mm thick.

An exhaust cabinet according to claim 1, wherein a socket is provided on a rear wall of the working chamber, a control switch is provided on a front wall of the cabinet body, the control switch is connected to the socket through a live wire, and the control switch is used for switching on or off the live wire to control the socket to be in a power-on or power-off state.
7. A hood as in claim 6 wherein the control switch is a knob rotatable to a first position or a second position; in the first position, the knob turns on the live wire; in the second position, the knob cuts off the hot line.
8. A cabinet according to claim 7, wherein a plurality of sockets are provided on the rear wall of the working chamber, each socket corresponding to a control switch; the distribution form of the plurality of sockets is the same as the distribution form of the plurality of corresponding control switches.
9. A hood as in claim 6 wherein said rear wall of said working chamber is openably provided with a first protective cover for covering said socket; a second protective cover is arranged on the front wall of the cabinet body in an openable mode and used for covering the control switch.
10. A hood as claimed in claim 1 further comprising:
the air inlet channel extends along a first direction, and an air inlet is formed in the air inlet channel;
the adjusting channel extends along a second direction, the adjusting channel is provided with an inlet and an outlet along the second direction, the inlet of the adjusting channel is communicated with the outlet of the air inlet channel, and the area of any cross section of the adjusting channel in the first direction is larger than that of the cross section of the outlet of the air inlet channel;
the air outlet channel is provided with an air outlet, and the inlet of the air outlet channel is detachably connected with the outlet of the adjusting channel;
and a pore plate extending along a third direction is arranged in the adjusting channel and/or at the air outlet, and the first direction, the second direction and the third direction form a set angle with each other.
11. A hood according to claim 10 wherein said adjustment path includes a first adjustment path and a second adjustment path detachably connected to each other along said second direction, said inlet is provided in said first adjustment path, and said outlet is provided in said second adjustment path;
the orifice plate comprises one or any combination of the following: a first orifice plate, a second orifice plate, and a third orifice plate; wherein,
the first orifice plate extends along the third direction and is arranged at the joint of the first adjusting channel and the second adjusting channel;
the second pore plate extends along the third direction, and is arranged at the joint between the inside of the second adjusting channel and the inlet of the air outlet channel;
the third orifice plate is arranged at the air outlet and covers the air outlet.
12. An exhaust cabinet according to claim 10, wherein along the second direction, the working chamber is located between the air inlet passage and the air outlet, the air outlet is located below the cabinet body, and the air outlet is disposed toward the inner chamber to supply air into the working chamber.
13. A hood as claimed in claim 10 wherein the inlet of the outlet air duct is removably connected to the outlet of the adjustment duct by a combination of recesses and projections.
14. A hood as claimed in claim 13 wherein, in said third direction, the inlet of said outlet duct is removably connected to the outlet of said adjustment duct.
15. A hood as in claim 11 wherein said first adjustment channel and said second adjustment channel are removably connected by a combination of a female portion and a male portion.
16. A hood according to claim 15 wherein said first adjustment channel and said second adjustment channel are removably connected in said third direction.
17. A hood as in claim 10 wherein said adjustment duct and said air outlet duct are formed by extrusion of aluminum or plastic, respectively.
18. A hood as claimed in claim 1 further comprising: the end cabinet is located the below of working chamber, the end cabinet has aluminum section frame, aluminum section frame has the mounting groove, the mounting groove is used for installing sheet spare in order to constitute the storage chamber.
19. A hood as in claim 18 wherein said aluminum frame comprises an aluminum frame: top aluminium alloy frame, bottom aluminium alloy frame, left aluminium alloy frame, right aluminium alloy frame, back aluminium alloy frame, preceding aluminium alloy frame.
20. A hood as claimed in claim 19 wherein the sheet material member comprises: install in the top panel spare of top aluminium alloy frame, install in the bottom panel spare of bottom aluminium alloy frame, install in the left panel spare of left side aluminium alloy frame, install in the right panel spare of right side aluminium alloy frame, install in the back panel spare of back aluminium alloy frame, install in the preceding panel spare of preceding aluminium alloy frame, wherein, preceding panel spare with preceding aluminium alloy frame rotates and connects in order to constitute end cabinet door.
21. A hood as claimed in claim 19 wherein the front aluminum frame includes a front aluminum profile extending in the height direction, the front aluminum profile including:
a first mounting face located outside of the storage cavity;
a second mounting surface perpendicular to the first mounting surface, the second mounting surface being located within the storage cavity;
the first mounting groove is concavely arranged on the first mounting surface;
the bottom cabinet door is connected with the front aluminum section bar through a hinge in a rotating manner, and the hinge comprises: the first part is attached to the second mounting surface, the second part is located in the first mounting groove, the third part extends out of the first mounting groove, and the third part is provided with a first rotating shaft hole penetrating through the third part along the height direction;
the bottom cabinet door is provided with a second mounting groove and a second rotating shaft hole extending in the height direction, the third portion is mounted in the second mounting groove, and a rotating shaft penetrates through the first rotating shaft hole and the second rotating shaft hole simultaneously.
22. A hood according to claim 21, wherein said first mounting slot extends through said first mounting surface in said width direction.
23. A cabinet according to claim 21, wherein said second shaft hole is formed at each of both sides of said second mounting groove in said height direction.
