使用本体1位转换装置前,先利用控制组件44将头部支撑部4调节到与床本体1平行,利用第一转动手柄39和第二转动手柄56分别将身体转动部3和腿部转动部5调节到与床本体1平行,再根据患者的具体情况调节支撑座2伸缩杆的高度,保证患者使用起来合适;使用本体1位转换装置时,医护人员帮助患者躺在床本体1上,头部放置在头部支撑部4,身体放置在身体转动板31上,腿放置在腿部转动部5;患者若是需要转动头部,分离止动齿44B和调节轮43的轮齿,医务人员护住患者的头部并向上转动托头板41,转动到合适位置后转动止动齿44B,使其与调节轮43轮齿的啮合,反之在需要回调头部支撑部4时,再次分离止动齿44B和调节轮43的轮齿,医务人员护住患者的头部并向下转动托头板41,托头板41在向下转动的过程中,制动圆弧44C对转轴42进行制动,使其缓慢转动,避免托头板41在重力的作用下会突然向下掉落,患者的头部与托头板41之间瞬间分开,头部瞬间失去支撑后给患者带来意外伤害,转动到合适位置后转动止动齿44B与调节轮43轮齿的啮合;患者需要转换体位时,转动第一转动手柄39,第一转动手柄39带动主动锥齿轮34转动,主动锥齿轮34带动从动锥齿轮35转动,从动锥齿轮35带动转动轮36转动,由于调节杆37与转动轮36为偏心转动连接,转动轮36的转动使得调节杆37在竖直方向上运动,调节杆37与身体转动板31转动连接,在竖直方向上运动的调节杆37将身体转动板31与床本体1形成一定角度,需要向某一侧抬高患者的体位时,转动相应的第一转动手柄39即可,以上实现对患者体位的转换,在体位转换的过程中,支撑杆38对身体转动板31支撑角度随着身体转动板31与床本体1之间夹角的改变而改变,提高了支撑杆38的利用效率,减轻了装置的整体重量,便于整个装置的转运;患者的腿部需要转动位置时,转动第二转动手柄56,连接板51在滚珠丝杆副58和锥齿轮副57的作用下在竖直方向上运动,第一滑动板53与第一转动板52、第一转动板52与连接板51、第二滑动板55与第二转动板54、第二转动板54与连接板51四者之间的角度均发生改变,患者的腿放置在连接板51和转动板上,以此实现对患者腿部形态的转换,分别转动第二转动手柄56即可分别调节相对应的腿部,双腿可以单独调节体位,提高了医护人员对患者护理的便利性,同时还有利于患者的恢复;储物柜11用于放置患者的日常用品;转换体位时患者手扶扶手护栏6,便于患者的体位转换,同时还可以有效防止患者在转换体位时意外滑出床本体1。Before using the body 1-position conversion device, first use the
