Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
The monitoring method provided by the embodiment of the invention firstly judges whether the vehicle owner exists in the vehicle or not, and informs the vehicle owner of the abnormal event when the vehicle owner does not exist, so that the vehicle owner can know the abnormality of the vehicle or people in the vehicle in time, and the condition that the rights and interests of the vehicle owner are lost due to the use of the vehicle by other people is effectively avoided.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of an embodiment of a monitoring method of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
and 102, judging whether a target user bound with the vehicle exists in the vehicle.
When the vehicle owner borrows the vehicle for others to use, the vehicle owner is difficult to know whether the abnormality such as illegal driving, fatigue driving, vehicle damage and the like occurs when the vehicle owner uses the vehicle. If the driver uses the vehicle of the owner, the rights and interests of the owner can be damaged when the abnormality such as illegal driving, fatigue driving, vehicle damage and the like occurs; for example: if the vehicle owner is subjected to traffic punishment due to illegal driving when using the vehicle, but the vehicle owner does not know in time, further fine money and the like due to the fact that the vehicle owner does not timely process the traffic punishment can be caused; another example is: fatigue driving occurs when a passenger uses a vehicle of a vehicle owner, which may cause traffic accidents and the like when the vehicle of the vehicle owner is driven; also for example: the vehicle is damaged by the vehicle borrowing person when the vehicle is used, but the vehicle borrowing person does not inform the vehicle owner when the vehicle returns, so that the vehicle owner cannot know whether the damage is caused by the vehicle borrowing person or the vehicle borrowing person uses the vehicle, and further the rights and interests of the vehicle owner are damaged.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, it may be determined whether a target user bound to a vehicle exists in the vehicle, where the target user may include an owner of the vehicle, or may include another person bound by the owner in advance, for example: parents of car owners, spouses, etc., which are not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the present invention, whether a target user bound to a vehicle exists in the vehicle may be determined according to in-vehicle image data, and whether a target user bound to a vehicle exists in the vehicle may also be determined in other manners.
And 104, when the target user does not exist in the vehicle, detecting whether an abnormal event occurs.
In the embodiment of the invention, when it is determined that the target user does not exist in the vehicle, the user in the vehicle, the vehicle condition, and the running of the vehicle may be monitored to detect whether an abnormal event occurs; the abnormal event may include abnormal behavior of a user in the vehicle, a fault of the vehicle, and the like, and may also include a violation of vehicle driving; of course, other abnormal events may also be included, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
As an example, a plurality of monitoring devices may be provided in the vehicle in advance, for example: the camera monitoring device, the infrared monitoring device, and the like are used for detecting and monitoring behaviors and vehicle conditions of the user in the vehicle, traffic rules of a current road, and the like, so as to determine whether abnormal events occur in the user in the vehicle, the vehicle itself, the vehicle running, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the invention.
And 106, when the abnormal event is detected, sending a warning message to the target terminal of the target user according to the abnormal event.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the target terminal may be a terminal pre-bound by a target user, and the target terminal may be a mobile phone, an intelligent wearable device, and the like of the target user.
When an abnormal event is detected, in order to inform a target user of the abnormal event in time, a corresponding alarm message can be generated according to the abnormal event when the abnormal event is detected; the vehicle may then send the alert message to the target terminal. Thus, the target user can know the abnormal event which occurs when the borrower uses the vehicle according to the alarm message in time.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is first determined whether a target user bound to a vehicle exists in the vehicle; when it is determined that the target user does not exist in the vehicle, detecting whether an abnormal event occurs; and when the abnormal event is detected, sending a warning message to the target terminal of the target user according to the abnormal event. Therefore, when the owner is not in the vehicle, the abnormality of the vehicle or the person in the vehicle is informed to the owner in time; effectively avoiding the condition that the rights and interests of the car owner are lost due to the use of the car by other people.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of an alternative embodiment of the monitoring method of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 202, judging whether a target user bound with the vehicle exists in the vehicle.
As an example, whether a target user is present in the vehicle may be determined according to biometric information, which may include: face information, voiceprint information, fingerprint information, and the like, which are not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the target biometric information of the target user may be stored in the vehicle in advance; when a user enters the vehicle, the biological characteristic information of the user entering the vehicle can be collected and compared with the pre-stored target biological characteristic information; when the currently acquired biometric information does not match the pre-stored target biometric information, it may be assumed that the target user is not present in the vehicle.
As an example, when a user performs a vehicle, it may be determined whether a target user is present in the vehicle; or, when the vehicle is started, it may be determined whether a target user exists in the vehicle, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
And step 204, when the target user does not exist in the vehicle, acquiring monitoring data.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when it is determined that the target user does not exist in the vehicle, the vehicle may start a monitoring function to acquire monitoring data to monitor occurrence of an abnormal event, and send a warning message to the target user when the abnormal event occurs, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the monitoring data can be data obtained by monitoring the vehicle condition, the behavior of a user in the vehicle, the traffic rule of the current road and the like by a pointer; the monitoring data may be generated by a plurality of monitoring devices preset in the vehicle, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, based on privacy protection, before the monitoring data is acquired, a request message can be sent to a target terminal of a target user to inform the target user that the monitoring data needs to be acquired; and determining whether to acquire the monitoring data or cancel acquiring the monitoring data based on an instruction returned by the target terminal of the target user, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
As an example, the target user may perform a determination operation or a cancellation operation on the target terminal based on the request message; then, the target terminal generates a determination instruction or a cancellation instruction based on the determination operation or the cancellation operation, and sends the determination instruction or the cancellation instruction back to the vehicle.
When the vehicle receives the determination instruction, the vehicle can start to monitor the vehicle condition, the behavior of the user in the vehicle, the traffic rules of the current road and the like so as to acquire corresponding monitoring data. When the vehicle receives the cancel instruction, the vehicle condition, the behavior of the user in the vehicle, the traffic regulation of the current road, and the like are not monitored, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
And step 206, judging whether an abnormal event occurs or not according to the monitoring data.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the monitoring data is obtained, the monitoring data can be analyzed in real time to judge whether an abnormal event occurs.
And step 208, when the abnormal event is detected, determining the grade of the abnormal event.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the abnormal event is detected, the grade of the abnormal event can be determined firstly, and then whether the warning message needs to be sent to the user or not is judged according to the grade.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the grade may be determined according to an abnormal degree and/or an occurrence number of the occurred abnormal event, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
As an example, the degree of abnormality may refer to the degree to which the abnormal event is out of a normal range, such as: if the abnormal event is overspeed, the abnormal degree may refer to a degree of exceeding the speed limit, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In one embodiment of the invention, when an abnormal event occurs, the images inside and outside the vehicle can be collected and stored as evidence to prove that the abnormal event occurs due to the use of the vehicle by a borrower, so that the rights and interests of the owner of the vehicle are guaranteed.
And step 210, when the level exceeds a preset level, sending an alarm message to the target terminal, wherein the alarm message comprises log data recorded aiming at an abnormal event.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the grade of the abnormal event is determined, whether the grade exceeds a preset grade can be judged; and when the grade exceeds a preset grade, sending an alarm message to the target terminal. The preset level may be set by the target user, for example: when the vehicle owner borrows the vehicle to other people, the corresponding preset grade can be set according to the borrower, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited to this.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the alarm message may include log data recorded for an abnormal event, where the log data may include a time when the abnormal event occurs, a content of the abnormal event, and the like, and this is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
Step 212, receiving a control message sent by the target terminal, where the control message is generated by the target user executing an operation on the target terminal according to the warning message.
And step 214, controlling the vehicle according to the control message.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the warning message, the target terminal can display the warning message to a target user for viewing; after the target user views the warning message, the target user may execute an operation on the target terminal according to the warning message to generate a control message on the target terminal. The control message may be used to control the vehicle.
The target terminal can send the control message to the vehicle after generating the control message; after receiving the control message, the vehicle may control the vehicle according to the control message.
As an example, a display screen of the vehicle may be controlled to prompt a user within the vehicle. Of course, the vehicle may also be directly locked after the vehicle is stopped, so as to avoid further damage to the rights and interests of the owner due to the driver continuing to use the vehicle, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include:
and recording the driving route of the vehicle, and sending the driving route to the target terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to enable an owner to clearly know the place where the borrower goes when using the vehicle, the driving route of the vehicle can be recorded; the driving route may be recorded by a vehicle-mounted navigator in the vehicle, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
After the vehicle driving route is recorded, the driving route can be sent to a target terminal of a target user, so that a vehicle owner can know the driving route of a borrower.
As an example, only the driving route when the abnormal event occurs may be recorded and sent, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, when an abnormal event occurs, a prompt may be provided to the vehicle owner according to the level of the abnormal event; the influence on the owner of the vehicle caused by prompting the owner of the vehicle when only a slight abnormal event occurs is avoided; and the owner can set the preset grade aiming at different borrowers, so that the owner has more interactivity when using the monitoring function, and the use experience of the owner is improved.
And the vehicle is controlled according to the control message, so that the rights and interests of the owner of the vehicle are prevented from being further damaged when the vehicle is further used by a borrower.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart illustrating steps of another alternative embodiment of the monitoring method of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 302, judging whether a target user bound with the vehicle exists in the vehicle.

And step 306, judging whether the vehicle has a fault or not according to the vehicle condition information.
And 308, judging that the abnormal event of the vehicle condition occurs when the vehicle has a fault.
When a person using the vehicle is misused, the vehicle may malfunction. When the fault is obvious, the owner can directly perceive the fault when the borrower returns the bus; however, if the fault is small and the vehicle owner is not informed when the vehicle owner returns the vehicle, the rights and interests of the vehicle owner are damaged.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, when it is determined that the target user is not present in the vehicle, the vehicle condition information of the vehicle may be acquired. The vehicle condition information may refer to information on the condition of the body frame, body parts, body surface, and vehicle function of the vehicle. The vehicle condition information may be monitored by a sensor provided in the vehicle; the vehicle condition information of the vehicle body surface can also be acquired by an external camera, which is not limited in the embodiment of the invention.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it may be determined whether or not a body frame, body components, a body surface, a vehicle function, and the like of the vehicle have a failure based on the vehicle condition information, so as to determine whether or not the vehicle has a failure.
And step 310, determining the grade of the abnormal vehicle condition event.
And step 312, when the level exceeds a preset level, sending an alarm message to the target terminal.
And step 314, receiving the control message sent by the target terminal.
And step 316, controlling the vehicle according to the control message.
Steps 310-316 are similar to steps 208-214 described above and will not be described further herein.
In conclusion, in the embodiment of the invention, when the vehicle is in fault in the process of using the vehicle by the vehicle owner, the warning message can be sent to the vehicle owner; therefore, the owner can know the fault of the vehicle according to the alarm message; thus, when the vehicle is returned by the vehicle owner, the vehicle owner can maintain the rights and interests of the vehicle owner based on the information monitored by the monitoring function.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart illustrating steps of another alternative embodiment of the monitoring method of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
