When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a steam ironing machine 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a water tank 110, a water pump 130 having a water pump inlet 131, a water pump outlet 133 and an air pressure balancing port 132, a water pump inlet pipe 150 having two ends respectively connected to the water tank 110 and the air pressure balancing port 132 of the water pump 130, and an air pressure balancing mechanism 170 located outside the water tank 110.
Specifically, the air pressure balance mechanism 170 includes a protective cover 177, a subtank 171 provided in the protective cover 177, and an air pressure balance pipe 173. Wherein, the top end of the auxiliary water tank 171 is provided with an air pressure balancing hole 1711 for communicating the inner cavity of the auxiliary water tank 171 with the outside. The air pressure balancing pipe 173 has a first end 1731 connected to the air pressure balancing port 132 of the water pump 130 and a second end 1733 connected to the subtank 171. A portion of the gas pressure equalizing tube 173 proximate the second end 1733 is located within the protective cover 177.
In the steam ironing machine 100, the air pressure balancing mechanism 170 is located outside the water tank 110, thereby simplifying the structure of the water tank 110 and making the structure of the water tank 110 simpler.
In addition, traditional steam ironing machine, atmospheric pressure balance mechanism are located the water tank inboard, so need set up the interior liquid level of backflow water outlet that atmospheric pressure balance mechanism is higher than the water tank to can make among the atmospheric pressure balance mechanism rivers to the water tank in from backflow water outlet. Therefore, on the basis of ensuring that the highest water level in the water tank meets the requirement, the height of the top wall of the inner cavity of the water tank is higher than the highest water level in the water tank; or, the highest water level in the water tank needs to be adjusted down under the condition that the size of the water tank is not changed, so that the volume of water which can be filled into the water tank is reduced, the water filling frequency of the water tank needs to be increased in the using process, and the ironing time of the steam ironing machine is shortened.
In the present application, the air pressure balancing mechanism 170 is located outside the water tank 110. Therefore, when the height of the water tank 110 is set, the mechanism of the air pressure balancing mechanism 170 may be disregarded, and it is sufficient to set the size of the water tank 110 only according to actual needs, without necessarily making the top wall of the water tank 110 higher than the highest water level in the water tank 110. That is, in the present application, the height of the water tank 110 may be set to be small in case of satisfying the volume demand that the water tank 110 can be filled with water. Likewise, without changing the height of the water tank 110, the air pressure balancing mechanism 170 is located outside the water tank 110, such that the maximum water level of the water tank 110 is increased, thereby increasing the volume of the water tank 110 into which water can be filled, thereby reducing the number of times the water tank 110 is filled during use, and increasing the ironing time of the steam ironing machine 100.
In addition, it is understood that the air pressure balance pipe 173 functions to relieve the water pressure of the steam generator 190, and does not function to completely reduce the water pressure at the water pump outlet 133, or to allow the water at the water pump outlet 133 to completely flow into the air pressure balance pipe 173, nor to flow the water in the air pressure balance pipe 173 back to the water pump outlet 133. Therefore, a check valve is provided at a position where the water outlet 133 of the water pump is connected to the air pressure balance pipe 173, and the water flow allowed by the check valve is small.
The protective cover 177 is provided to effectively prevent the expansion tank 171 and the air pressure balance pipe 173 from being collided and damaged. In addition, the sub-tank 171 and the air pressure balance pipe 173 are covered by the protection cover 177, so that the aesthetic effect of the steam ironing machine 100 can be improved.
It is understood that the steam ironing machine 100 further comprises a steam generator water inlet pipe 191 and a steam generator 190, and the structure thereof is conventional in the art, and will not be described herein. In the use of the steam ironing machine 100, water pressurized by the water pump 130 is injected into the steam generator 190 through the steam generator inlet pipe 191. In addition, when the steam generator 190 is heated, the water pressurized by the water pump 130 partially flows to the air pressure balancing pipe 173 through the check valve to release the pressure of the water heated by the steam generator 190.
Alternatively, the gap between the check valve and the sidewall of the pump outlet 133 may be adjusted according to the pressure of the water pressurized by the pump 130. Therefore, when the pressure of the water pressurized by the water pump 130 is high, the gap between the check valve and the side wall of the water pump outlet 133 is high under the action of the water pressure, so that the water flow speed flowing into the air pressure balance pipe 173 can be increased, and the pressure of the water pressurized by the water pump 130 can be released more quickly. Similarly, when the pressure of the water pressurized by the water pump 130 is small, the effect of the check valve on the water pressure is also small, so that the gap between the check valve and the sidewall of the water outlet 133 of the water pump is small, and the water flow speed flowing into the air pressure balance pipe 173 is reduced, that is, the pressure release speed after the water pump 130 is pressurized is reduced, and the water injection speed of the steam generator 190 is prevented from being reduced due to insufficient water pressure.
In addition, when the power of the steam ironing machine 100 is turned off, a negative pressure is formed in the cavity of the steam generator 190 when the steam generator 190 is cooled. If the pressure of the inner chamber of the steam generator 190 is not raised, the water in the water tank 110 is easily sucked into the steam generator 190 through the water pump 130, so that the steam generator 190 is filled with the water. When the steam ironing machine 100 is powered on again, the water spraying phenomenon is liable to occur. In the present application, since the air pressure balance pipe 173 is communicated with the water outlet 133 of the water pump, when the inner cavity of the steam generator 190 forms negative pressure due to cooling, external air flow can enter the inner cavity of the steam generator 190 through the auxiliary water tank 171, the air pressure balance pipe 173, the air pressure balance port 132 and the steam generator water inlet pipe 191, so that the negative pressure in the inner cavity of the steam generator 190 is relieved, and the condition that the steam generator is full of water due to the negative pressure in the inner cavity is avoided.
In this embodiment, the air pressure balancing mechanism 170 further includes a return line 175. The return line 175 has a third end 1751 connected to the subtank 171 and a fourth end 1753 connected to the tank 110. In other words, the subtank 171 and the tank 110 are communicated through the return pipe 175, so that the water flowing into the subtank 171 is returned into the tank 110, and the water flowing into the air pressure balance pipe 173 by the water pump 130 is reused.
Of course, it will be appreciated that in alternative embodiments, the return line 175 may not be provided, and water flowing from the water pump 130 to the air pressure balancing line 173 may be collected directly in the auxiliary water tank 171. Further, the subtank 171 may also be provided as a detachable structure. So that the subtank 171 can be detached and the water in the subtank 171 is filled into the tank 110, thereby allowing the water in the subtank 171 to be reused.
In this embodiment, the air pressure balance hole 1711 is higher than the maximum water level of the water tank 110 with the bottom wall 111 of the water tank 110 as a reference. Thereby preventing the water in the tank 110 from flowing into the subtank 171 and raising the water level in the subtank 171 to the air pressure equilibrium hole 1711.
Of course, in another possible embodiment, a check valve may be provided at a position where the return pipe 175 is connected to the sump 110, or at a position where the return pipe 175 is connected to the subtank 171, so that only the water in the subtank 171 is returned to the sump 110, but the water in the sump 110 does not flow to the subtank 171.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the air pressure balance hole 1711 is located at the topmost end of the subtank 171. It is understood that in another possible embodiment, the air pressure balancing hole 1711 may be located on the side wall of the sub-tank 171 near the top end, so that the air pressure balancing hole 1711 is higher than the maximum water level of the water tank 110.
In this embodiment, the sub-tank 171 is tubular, and the sub-tank 171 is bent from the top end to one side, thereby achieving an aesthetic effect. In addition, when the height is constant, the top end of the subtank 171 is bent to one side, and the volume of the subtank 171 is increased. Of course, it will be appreciated that in alternate embodiments, the subtank 171 is not limited to being tubular, but may be any other regular or irregular shape.
Alternatively, the air pressure equalizing hole 1711 is higher than the maximum water level of the inner chamber of the water tank 110 with reference to the bottom wall 111 of the water tank 110.
In this embodiment, the second end 1733 of the air pressure balance pipe 173 is higher than the maximum water level of the water tank 110 with respect to the bottom wall 111 of the water tank 110. The water in the subtank 171 is prevented from flowing into the air pressure equalizing pipe 173.
In this embodiment, the third end 1751 of the return pipe 175 is connected to the bottom end of the subtank 171. The fourth end 1753 of the return pipe 175 is lower than the lowest level of the inner cavity of the tank 110 with respect to the bottom plate of the tank 110. So that the water in the subtank 171 above the water level of the tank 110 can flow into the return pipe 175, thereby returning the part of the water to the tank 110.
In particular, in an embodiment, the steam ironing machine 100 further comprises a tank connection 120 provided at a bottom side of the tank 110, the tank connection 120 being connected to the fourth end 1753 of the return conduit 175. Thereby allowing the water in the return pipe 175 to flow back into the water tank 110 through the tank joint 120. In addition, it is understood that the tank joint 120 in this embodiment refers to a structure for connecting the water tank 110 and the water inlet pipe 150 of the water pump. Optionally, a drain valve 121 is disposed on the bottom wall 111 of the water tank 110. After the water tank 110 is disposed on the water tank joint 120, the bottom wall 111 of the water tank 110 pushes the water discharge valve 121 open, so that the water in the water tank 110 can flow into the water tank joint 120 and then into the water inlet pipe 150 of the water pump.
It will be appreciated that in alternative embodiments, the fourth end 1753 of the return line 175 may not be connected to the tank fitting 120, but may be connected to the bottom wall 111 of the tank 110 alone.
Optionally, a through hole 1771 corresponding to the air pressure balancing hole 1711 is disposed on the protection cover 177. The via hole 1771 communicates the inner cavity of the protection cover 177 with the outside, so that the air flow input and output of the air pressure balance hole 1711 is smoother. Of course, it is understood that in another possible embodiment, the via hole 1771 may be offset from the air pressure balancing hole 1711 in order to prevent dirt from easily falling through the via hole 1771 into the air pressure balancing hole 1711 and into the subtank 171, affecting the water quality in the tank 110.
In this embodiment, the protective cover 177 is disposed at one side of the water tank 110 and between the water tank 110 and the iron. In one aspect, having the subtank 171 closer to the waterbox 110 allows the length of the return line 175 to be set shorter without having to bypass more of the other structure. On the other hand, the water pump 130 is located at the lower side of the water tank 110, so that the distance between the sub-tank 171 and the water pump 130 is also short, and the length of the air pressure balance pipe 173 can be set short, and there is no need to bypass many other structures. Therefore, the protective cover 177 and the sub-tank 171 are disposed at positions such that the pipe of the steam ironing machine 100 is less wound, and the internal structure of the steam ironing machine 100 is more simplified.
In this embodiment, the water pump 130 is located at a lower side of the subtank 171 in the vertical direction, but the water pump 130 is not disposed completely perpendicular to the subtank 171. In order to facilitate the connection of the air pressure balance pipe 173 to the water pump 130 and the sub-tank 171, respectively, the air pressure balance pipe 173 is provided as a bendable pipe having a certain flexibility. However, when water flows into the air pressure balance pipe 173 from the water outlet of the water pump 130, the air pressure balance pipe 173 is easily dropped by the gravity of the water, which may increase the stress of the second end 1733 of the air pressure balance pipe 173 separating from the sub-tank 171. In a serious situation, the second end 1733 of the air pressure balance pipe 173 may be detached from the sub-tank 171, which may cause water in the air pressure balance pipe 173 to be sprayed out and damage other structures of the steam ironing machine 100.
In order to solve the above problems, in the embodiment, the supporting frame 179 is disposed in the protecting cover 177 to support the air pressure balance tube 173, so as to prevent the air pressure balance tube 173 from falling down, and further prevent the second end 1733 of the air pressure balance tube 173 from being separated from the sub-tank 171, thereby preventing damage to other structures of the steam ironing machine 100.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the support bracket 179 includes a first limit assembly 1791 for limiting the position of the pneumatic balance tube 173 along the first direction a-a and a second limit assembly 1793 for limiting the position of the pneumatic balance tube 173 along the second direction b-b. The air pressure balance pipe 173 is connected to the subtank 171 after being sequentially restricted by the first and second restriction assemblies 1791 and 1793.
More specifically, in this embodiment, the first limiting assembly 1791 includes two first limiting rods, and the first limiting rod is provided with a first limiting groove 1792. The second limiting component 1793 comprises two second limiting rods, and a second limiting groove 1794 is formed in the second limiting rod.
It is appreciated that in other possible embodiments, the first restraint assembly 1791 may also include only one first restraint bar or more than two first restraint bars. Similarly, the second position-limiting assembly 1793 can also include one second position-limiting rod or more than two second position-limiting rods.
Further, in another possible embodiment, the structures of the first limiting assembly 1791 and the second limiting assembly 1793 are not limited thereto, and the position of the air pressure balance pipe 173 can be limited.
In this embodiment, the first direction a-a is perpendicular to the second direction b-b. And the first direction a-a is in a horizontal direction and the second direction b-b is in a vertical direction after the steam ironing machine 100 is placed on a horizontal plane. It will be appreciated that in other possible embodiments the first direction a-a is not limited to a horizontal direction and the second direction b-b is not limited to a vertical direction. Further, the support 179 may further include more than two limiting members for limiting different directions, so as to prevent the air pressure balance tube 173 from dropping.
In this embodiment, the air pressure balance pipe 173 and the subtank 171 are separately provided and connected to each other. Alternatively, in another possible embodiment, the air pressure balance pipe 173 and the subtank 171 may be integrally formed. When the subtank 171 is also formed of a soft material, the subtank 171 may be supported by the support frame 179 at the same time.
In this embodiment, the water pump outlet 133 of the water pump 130 is provided with a sub-outlet connected to the air pressure balance pipe 173 and the steam generator inlet pipe 191, respectively.
