Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of chemical cleaning, in particular to an oil removing cleaning agent for a hazardous waste packaging barrel.
Background
The method for treating the dangerous waste packaging container at present in China is a whole-barrel cleaning and renewing process, the whole-barrel cleaning and renewing process has the defects of incomplete cleaning, dead angles and the like, and the dangerous waste packaging container without regeneration value has the limitation of incapability of treatment.
In view of this, the applicant adopts the crushing and cleaning production line of the dangerous waste packaging container at present, the main process is shredding, prewashing, magnetic separation, crushing pieces, strong friction, rinsing, dewatering and feeding into the bin, through the processing system and the method, the processed pieces are clean, the processing process adopts a physical processing method, no waste gas and no waste are generated because no thermoplastic, hot melting, calcination and the like are used, the defects of incomplete processing, narrow application range, high operation risk and the like of the traditional dangerous waste packaging container are overcome, and the thorough cleaning of the dangerous waste packaging container and the intelligent control of the operation are realized.
A key link is provided for cleaning and renewing processes and crushing and cleaning production lines, hazardous and waste packaging barrels are effectively cleaned, attached hazardous chemicals are removed, and at present, no effective specific environment-friendly cleaning agent exists for the processes. The applicant currently treats a large amount of 200L iron barrels containing solvent oil, lubricating oil and emulsifier, so that a specific oil-removing cleaning agent is invented.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an oil-removing cleaning agent for hazardous waste packaging barrels, which has good cleaning effect and small usage amount and mainly comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
5-15% of alcohol amine, 5-15% of organic carboxylic acid, 1-5% of sodium gluconate, 1-10% of modified polyether, 5-10% of ethyl acetate and water as a solvent.
Wherein, the alcohol amine is ethanolamine.
The organic carboxylic acid is specifically aminocarboxylic acid and hydroxycarboxylic acid, and has 2-10 carbon atoms.
The modified polyether is mainly prepared by polymerizing propylene glycol or glycerol with propylene oxide, ethylene oxide and the like under the catalysis of potassium hydroxide, has the characteristics of environmental protection, high efficiency and no color spots, and is suitable for being used as a defoaming agent in most silicon-free defoaming agent industries.
The preparation method of the oil removing cleaning agent comprises the following steps: adding the components into water according to a ratio at room temperature, and uniformly stirring to obtain the water-soluble glass fiber.
When in use, the solution is diluted into 1-10% solution for use. Preferably 5% of the amount is added.
The cleaning liquid is colorless or light yellow transparent liquid, and the pH value of mother liquid is as follows: 9.1, when diluted for use, the pH is weakly alkaline and is close to neutral. The cleaning agent is soluble in water in any proportion, is a water-soluble cleaning solution, does not contain phosphorus and boron, does not contain nitrite, is suitable for cleaning metal materials such as cast iron, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and the like, and has strong capability of separating sump oil.
Wherein the alcohol amine has the functions of desulfurization, emulsification, acid gas absorption and acid-base control; reacting organic carboxylic acid with alkali to neutralize the pH value of the solution; the sodium gluconate is used as a cleaning agent and a chelating agent, the ethyl acetate is convenient for removing oil stains on the surface of metal, and the modified polyether is used as a surfactant and a defoaming agent.
The cleaning agent is particularly suitable for being matched with a pressure spray type cleaning machine, has strong dirty oil resisting capability during high-pressure spraying, keeps low foam at normal temperature or under the common heating condition, can conveniently remove greasy dirt by using an oil skimmer, prolongs the service life of equipment, and is suitable for cleaning various material mixed parts. The spraying cleaning device is particularly suitable for the production line of the applicant, and the spraying cleaning effect on the dangerous waste packaging barrel is enhanced by the high-pressure spray head.
Due to the addition of the ethyl acetate, through the principle of similarity compatibility and the synergistic effect with other organic components, the oil stain and other hazardous waste organic components attached to the barrel can be quickly removed, meanwhile, toxic and harmful gases are not easily generated, heat is not generated, the danger of explosion is avoided, the cleaning speed is improved by 20-50% compared with the past, and the dosage of the cleaning agent is reduced by 10-30%
Meanwhile, the cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus, boron, nitrite, toluene or xylene, so that no toxic and harmful chemicals are contained in the treated waste liquid, secondary harm is avoided, and burden on subsequent sewage treatment is reduced.
Detailed Description
The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with examples which are set forth to illustrate, but are not to be construed to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
50g of alcohol amine, 50g of organic carboxylic acid, 100g of sodium gluconate, 100g of modified polyether and 50g of ethyl acetate are put into 1L of water and stirred and mixed uniformly at room temperature to obtain a uniform solution.
When in use, the cleaning agent is added into cleaning inlet water according to the addition amount of 5 percent and is applied to a cleaning production line.
The cleaning effect data after the final treatment were as follows:
for a 200L iron bucket containing solvent oil, the cleaning agent is used, the cleaning time is 1min each time, and the cleaning qualification rate is 98%.
Example 2
150g of alcohol amine, 150g of organic carboxylic acid, 50g of sodium gluconate, 100g of modified polyether and 100g of ethyl acetate are added into 1L of water, and the mixture is stirred and mixed uniformly at room temperature to obtain a uniform solution.
Example 3
100g of alcohol amine, 100g of organic carboxylic acid, 30g of sodium gluconate, 50g of modified polyether and 80g of ethyl acetate are added into 1L of water, and the mixture is stirred and mixed uniformly at room temperature to obtain a uniform solution.
Example 4:
100g of alcohol amine, 120g of organic carboxylic acid, 10g of sodium gluconate, 90g of modified polyether and 75g of ethyl acetate are added into 1L of water, and the mixture is stirred and mixed uniformly at room temperature to obtain a uniform solution.
The embodiments 1 to 4 are applied to actual production, and the cleaning effect is recorded, so that the effects that the cleaning speed is improved by 20 to 50 percent and the dosage of the cleaning agent is reduced by 10 to 30 percent in comparison with the prior art can be finally achieved.
Therefore, the cleaning agent has a very obvious treatment effect on the oily hazardous waste packaging barrel, saves the cleaning time and improves the cleaning cleanliness.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and should not be taken as limiting the invention, and any modifications and equivalents made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
