本发明涉及纺织物技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗静电防辐射石墨烯改性纤维面料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
石墨烯作为一种高科技新材料,在许多领域都有着广阔的发展空间,利用生物质石墨烯制作成的床上用品是科技进步带给消费者的“红利”,舒适健康的亲肤体验或将会打开一个千亿级的产业新市场。随着经济的发展,纺织品应用领域不断地扩大,如何赋予纺织品更多的功能性,给人们的生产生活带来更多便利的同时,提高产品的核心竞争力,有着重要的现实意义。一种石墨烯生物质纤维面料,因为纬纱采用50D石墨烯生物质纤维,所以织物强力显著增加,达到棉纤维材料的2.2倍以上。
石墨烯面料是指石墨烯材料与普通纺织品有效结合,在保持纺织品各项基本性能的同时,具有石墨烯某一种或几种独特性质的面料纺织产品,但现有的石墨烯面料通常不具备抗静电防辐射的作用,使用起来存在不足。
因此,提出一种抗静电防辐射石墨烯改性纤维面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决现有技术中的石墨烯面料不具备抗静电和抗辐射的功能的问题,而提出的一种抗静电防辐射石墨烯改性纤维面料及其制备工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种抗静电防辐射石墨烯改性纤维面料,包括涤纶纤维层,所述涤纶纤维层上具有石墨烯改性纤维面料层,所述石墨烯改性纤维面料层由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯树脂30-40份、偶氮二甲酰胺5-10份、芦荟凝胶5-10份、纳米陶瓷吸收剂3-6、纳米导电聚合物5-8、纳米甲壳素3-8、锗酸盐6-12份、氧化石墨烯8-15份、滑石粉7-10份、增塑剂3-5份。

2、本发明中,涤纶纤维层在高温环境下上染抗菌助剂,使得该面料具有抗菌、抑菌的作用,提高了该面料的保健性。
3、本发明中,添加了纳米甲壳素,增加了该纤维面料的强度,改善了手感和耐水性,使得面料的手感更加柔软。

a.将聚氯乙烯树脂、偶氮二甲酰胺、滑石粉和增塑剂放置在搅拌机中进行搅拌,得到材料一,b.将纳米陶瓷吸收剂和纳米导电聚合物放入搅拌装置中进行搅拌,在搅拌的过程中添加芦荟凝胶和纳米甲壳素,得到材料二,c.将氧化石墨烯与锗酸盐粉碎,并混合得到材料三,d.将材料一和材料二混合后放置在双螺杆挤出机中,制成纺丝熔体,e.将纺丝熔体与材料三搅拌均匀,得改性的纺丝熔体,f.改性的纺丝熔体进行熔融纺丝,得到纺丝纤维,g.纺丝纤维再经水洗、漂白、干燥、纺织成面料,得到石墨烯改性纤维面料层,h.将石墨烯改性纤维面料层与涤纶纤维层采用大圆机织造,即得含石墨烯面料。
实施例4
一种抗静电防辐射石墨烯改性纤维面料,包括涤纶纤维层,涤纶纤维层为涤纶长丝编织而成,涤纶纤维层在高温环境下上染抗菌助剂,涤纶纤维层上具有石墨烯改性纤维面料层,石墨烯改性纤维面料层由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯树脂40份、偶氮二甲酰胺10份、芦荟凝胶10份、纳米陶瓷吸收剂6、纳米导电聚合物8、纳米甲壳素8、锗酸盐12份、氧化石墨烯15份、滑石粉10份、增塑剂5份,锗酸盐为锗酸钠、锗酸锌、锗酸铜中的其中一种。
一种抗静电防辐射石墨烯改性纤维面料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
a.将聚氯乙烯树脂、偶氮二甲酰胺、滑石粉和增塑剂放置在搅拌机中进行搅拌,得到材料一,b.将纳米陶瓷吸收剂和纳米导电聚合物放入搅拌装置中进行搅拌,在搅拌的过程中添加芦荟凝胶和纳米甲壳素,得到材料二,c.将氧化石墨烯与锗酸盐粉碎,并混合得到材料三,d.将材料一和材料二混合后放置在双螺杆挤出机中,制成纺丝熔体,e.将纺丝熔体与材料三搅拌均匀,得改性的纺丝熔体,f.改性的纺丝熔体进行熔融纺丝,得到纺丝纤维,g.纺丝纤维再经水洗、漂白、干燥、纺织成面料,得到石墨烯改性纤维面料层,h.将石墨烯改性纤维面料层与涤纶纤维层采用大圆机织造,即得含石墨烯面料。
下面对各实施例的性能进行测试,其结果列于表1中:

从表1中可以看出,实施例1-4中的面料具有优异的抗静电和抗辐射性能。

Claims (8)

1.一种抗静电防辐射石墨烯改性纤维面料,其特征在于,包括涤纶纤维层,所述涤纶纤维层上具有石墨烯改性纤维面料层,所述石墨烯改性纤维面料层由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯树脂30-40份、偶氮二甲酰胺5-10份、芦荟凝胶5-10份、纳米陶瓷吸收剂3-6、纳米导电聚合物5-8、纳米甲壳素3-8、锗酸盐6-12份、氧化石墨烯8-15份、滑石粉7-10份、增塑剂3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电防辐射石墨烯改性纤维面料,其特征在于,所述涤纶纤维层为涤纶长丝编织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电防辐射石墨烯改性纤维面料,其特征在于,所述锗酸盐为锗酸钠、锗酸锌、锗酸铜中的其中一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电防辐射石墨烯改性纤维面料,其特征在于,所述涤纶纤维层在高温环境下上染抗菌助剂。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的一种抗静电防辐射石墨烯改性纤维面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.将聚氯乙烯树脂、偶氮二甲酰胺、滑石粉和增塑剂放置在搅拌机中进行搅拌,得到材料一;
b.将纳米陶瓷吸收剂和纳米导电聚合物放入搅拌装置中进行搅拌,在搅拌的过程中添加芦荟凝胶和纳米甲壳素,得到材料二;
c.将氧化石墨烯与锗酸盐粉碎,并混合得到材料三;
d.将材料一和材料二混合后放置在双螺杆挤出机中,制成纺丝熔体;
e.将纺丝熔体与材料三搅拌均匀,得改性的纺丝熔体;
f.改性的纺丝熔体进行熔融纺丝,得到纺丝纤维;
g.纺丝纤维再经水洗、漂白、干燥、纺织成面料,得到石墨烯改性纤维面料层;
h.将石墨烯改性纤维面料层与涤纶纤维层采用大圆机织造,即得含石墨烯面料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗静电防辐射石墨烯改性纤维面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述a步骤中的搅拌时间为10-20mhn。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗静电防辐射石墨烯改性纤维面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述b步骤中的搅拌时间为10-15mhn。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗静电防辐射石墨烯改性纤维面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述c步骤中的材料三在400-500目。
