In the working process, the fixed seat 4 is fixed; the rotary disc 2 is driven by the driving component 3 to rotate; the air flow enters the fixed seat 4 through the first air inlet 8 and enters the first annular air groove 14 through the first fixed seat air passage 6, and a certain air flow escapes and flows out through a small gap between the fixed seat 4 and the rotary disk 2; the majority of the air flow passing through the first air-surrounding groove 14 enters the first air duct 10 of the rotary disk and is then discharged through the first air outlet 12, where the discharged air is connected to the pneumatic clamping fixture in a rotating state to clamp or release the air supply for the pneumatic clamping fixture. Referring to fig. 1, the annular gas groove is formed in the outer circumferential surface of the rotary disk 2 and/or the inner wall surface of the axial inner hole 5.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, a framework oil seal 16 is disposed between the fixed seat 4 and the rotary disk 2 above the annular gas groove, and the framework oil seal 16 can prevent impurities such as machine tool machining chips from entering between the rotary disk 2 and the fixed seat 4.
Further, in order to avoid the frame oil seal 16 from flying out due to excessive internal air pressure, the frame oil seal 16 is locked to the fixed seat 4 through a fastener 17.
Referring to fig. 1, the driving assembly 3 includes a motor and a speed reducer, the motor and the speed reducer are installed on the machine body 1, and the middle part of the rotary disk 2 is provided with an installation via hole 18 for installing the rotary disk 2 and the motor on the machine body 1.
Referring to fig. 1, the mounting through hole 18 is sealed by a sealing element 25 after the rotary disk 2 and the motor are mounted, the sealing element 25 is provided with a sealing element air passage 19 and an air outlet, and the rotary disk air passage is communicated with the air outlet through the sealing element air passage 19. Namely, the sealing element 25 provided with the through hole 18 is combined with the air outlet, so that the air outlet is positioned in the middle of the rotary disk 2, the dynamic balance of the rotary disk 2 during rotation is improved, and meanwhile, the pneumatic jig is convenient to arrange on the rotary disk 2.
