Abstract
The invention discloses an antibacterial skin-feel resin film and a preparation method thereof. The resin of the invention has a self-assembled convex structure on the surface of the film after being coated, in addition, the nano silicon dioxide is added in the resin, so that the convex structure has fluffy feeling, the nano silicon dioxide forms a forest-like structure on the surface of the film layer, and has certain pores, so that the film has the feeling of sand and sand similar to the skin when being touched, and the touch is more comfortable, and a certain antibacterial agent is added in the resin, so that the antibacterial myoid resin film has good antibacterial effect through the action of the resin and the antibacterial agent.

Background

step S4, processing resin, namely, preparing maleic anhydride resin, adding the pigment, the curing agent and the stabilizing agent, and fully stirring the mixture by using stirring equipment to fully mix the maleic anhydride resin, the pigment, the nano silicon dioxide, the curing agent and the stabilizing agent;
step S5, adding the antibacterial agent, continuing to stir the mixture by the stirring equipment after the stirring is finished, and continuously adding the antibacterial agent in the stirring process to fully mix the antibacterial agent with the mixture again;
step S6, brushing resin, namely brushing resin on the glued side of the base film by using brushing equipment, wherein the resin is required to be uniformly brushed;
step S7, curing the resin, and passing the base film coated with the resin through a fixing device to be fixed by the fixing device;
further, in the step S1, a pressure difference between an upper shaft and a lower shaft of the winding shaft is 0.2 to 0.6 MPa;
further, in the step S2, in the process of cleaning the base film, static electricity on the base film is removed by the static electricity removing device;
further, in the step S3, sizing the base film by a sizing device, wherein the thickness of the sizing is 5-10 microns;
further, in the step S6, when the resin is coated by the coating equipment, the thickness of the coated resin is 30 to 60 micrometers;
further, the thickness of the base film is 20-40 microns.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the resin of the invention has a self-assembled convex structure on the surface of the film after being coated, in addition, nano silicon dioxide is added in the resin, so that the convex structure has a fluffy feeling, and the nano silicon dioxide forms a forest-like structure on the surface of the film layer and has certain pores, so that the resin has a feeling of sand and sand similar to the skin when being touched, and is more comfortable to touch;
2. the antibacterial myosensory resin film has good antibacterial effect through the action of the resin and the antibacterial agent by adding the certain antibacterial agent into the resin.

step S3, gluing the base film, and gluing one side of the base film through a gluing device after the base film is cleaned through a cleaning device;
step S4, processing resin, namely, preparing maleic anhydride resin, adding the pigment, the curing agent and the stabilizing agent, and fully stirring the mixture by using stirring equipment to fully mix the maleic anhydride resin, the pigment, the nano silicon dioxide, the curing agent and the stabilizing agent;
step S5, adding the antibacterial agent, continuing to stir the mixture by the stirring equipment after the stirring is finished, and continuously adding the antibacterial agent in the stirring process to fully mix the antibacterial agent with the mixture again;
step S6, brushing resin, namely brushing resin on the glued side of the base film by using brushing equipment, wherein the resin is required to be uniformly brushed;
step S7, curing the resin, and passing the base film coated with the resin through a fixing device to be fixed by the fixing device;
in step S1 of the present invention, the pressure difference between the upper shaft and the lower shaft of the take-up shaft is 0.2 MPa;
in step S2 of the present invention, during the cleaning process of the base film, the static electricity on the base film is removed by the static electricity removing device;
