A reduced footprint collapsible mobile exercise machine according to claim 1 wherein: the outer wall of the connecting block (10) is attached to the inner wall of the mounting clamping groove (11), and the middle parts of the upper ends of the connecting block (10) and the back pull rod (12) are clamped and fixed through the clamping groove.
