the outer needle 4 of the bone marrow puncture needle is in an ejecting state, as shown in fig. 11-13, the outer needle button 132 is pressed, the second fixture block 133 extrudes the first spring 135, so that the clamping table in the second fixture block 133 is separated from the third clamping groove 421, the second spring 141 enables the outer needle tip 41 to eject out of the cavity of the handle 1 under the action of elastic force, the biopsy puncture site is punctured until the clamping jaw 422 is clamped with the first clamping groove 1221 in the first fixture block 122, and the lesion tissue in the groove of the inner needle tip 31 is cut and separated in the puncturing process;
the outer needle 4 of the bone marrow puncture needle is in a retraction state, as shown in fig. 14-15, the bone marrow puncture needle is taken out from the biopsy puncture site, the push button 121 is forced to move along the needle return groove 12 in the direction away from the needle point, the outer needle point 41 is retracted to expose the groove of the inner needle point 31, and at this time, the lesion tissue sample is taken out for pathological analysis;
in the above process, the adjusting cylinder 2 of the depth adjusting mechanism is in the original position, at this time, the depth of the needle point inserted into the lesion tissue is the largest after extending, in fig. 16-17, the adjusting cylinder 2 is pulled along the extending direction of the needle point, so that the lug 21 on the adjusting clamp arm 20 is replaced into the adjusting groove 11 close to the extending direction of the needle point, because the clamping position is unchanged after the inner needle joint 32 and the outer needle joint 42 are ejected, the length of the inner needle point 31 and the length of the outer needle point 41 which are ejected are reduced, the depth of the inserted lesion tissue is reduced, the depth of the lesion tissue needs to be determined by matching with image detection, the adjusting cylinder 2 is adjusted according to the scale 23, and the inner needle key 15 and the outer needle key 132 are triggered after the adjustment.
The biopsy puncture process of lesion tissues is simple, convenient and quick due to the arrangement, the sampling time can be shortened, the pain of a patient during biopsy puncture is relieved, the sampling depth can be adjusted according to different lesion tissues, the biopsy puncture device is suitable for detection of various parts, and the inner needle pushing mechanism and the outer needle pushing mechanism are approximately positioned on the same axis, so that the whole mass distribution is uniform, and the stability is good.

Claims (10)
1. The marrow puncture needle comprises a handle (1), an outer needle (4) and an inner needle (3), and is characterized in that the handle (1) comprises a depth adjusting mechanism, an inner needle advancing mechanism, an outer needle advancing mechanism and an outer needle pushing-back mechanism, the inner needle advancing mechanism is connected with the inner needle (3) in a clamping manner, the outer needle advancing mechanism is connected with the outer needle (4) in a clamping manner, the outer needle (4) and the inner needle (3) are arranged in a cavity inside the handle (1) in a hidden manner, the outer needle (4) is sleeved outside the inner needle (3), the depth adjusting mechanism is arranged at one end where a needle point extends out and can adjust the length of the inner needle (3) and the outer needle (4) exposed out, the inner needle advancing mechanism can trigger the inner needle (3) to be axially ejected out along the handle (1), and the outer needle advancing mechanism can trigger the outer needle (4) to be axially ejected out along the handle (1), pop out back outer needle (4) with outer needle pushes back the mechanism joint, outer needle push back the mechanism can with outer needle (4) are followed handle (1) are retracted.

The bone marrow puncture needle according to claim 1, wherein the inner needle advancing mechanism comprises an inner key hole (17), an inner needle key (15), a hook (171), a third spring (161) and a fourth spring (152), the inner key hole (17) is arranged at the end part of the handle (1), the inner needle key (15) is arranged in the inner key hole (17) in a penetrating way and can slide along the inner key hole (17), and is contacted with or separated from the inner needle (3), two ends of the fourth spring (152) are respectively abutted with the inner needle key (15) and the end part of the handle (1), the clamping hook (171) axially extends from the end part of the handle (1) to the cavity in the handle (1), with interior needle (3) joint, third spring (161) are followed handle (1) axial sets up and butt be in interior needle (3) with between handle (1).
