Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明总体涉及一种轴承技术,尽管并不排他,但尤其涉及包含导电介质的轴承组合体(/轴承组件)(bearing assembly)。
背景技术
滚动轴承在电机中的使用会导致电流的通过。来自逆变器的脉冲会在滚动轴承的轴承圈之间引发电动势。电流会引起滚动体和轴承滚道源于火花或电蚀(electricalerosion)的持续性电损伤。电蚀可能会引起接触表面源于电流通过所导致的损伤,比如材料脱落。结果,轴承可能会严重提前失效,从而引起整个机器的失效。这导致维修费用和故障成本。
已知的解决方案包括混合轴承(hybrid bearings)、涂覆轴承(coated bearings)和绝缘衬套(insulated bushing)。此外,经常使用的还有独立的接地环,例如,弹簧加载石墨刷和碳纤维环之类的波接地系统(wave grounding systems)。所述接地环用来保护滚动轴承不受损害。这些都是独立部件,经常通过夹压或者旋拧的方式附着在壳体上。这些部件与石墨刷一起工作,仅部分为全寿命设计。部分由于在机器中受到污染以致失效,这些系统总是需要额外的装配工作、空间和成本。石墨刷增加摩擦力,并且在性能下降时加剧污染,同时也限制速度。

具体实施方式
本发明披露的轴承组合体适用于轴承单元,尤其是滚动轴承。文中披露的示范性实施方式尽管并不排他,但尤其适用于诸如汽车牵引电机之类的电机轴承单元。所述轴承单元设置在轴上。
文中披露的示范性实施方式减小摩擦颗粒和摩擦力,从而延长轴承单元的寿命。由于摩擦力的降低,示范性实施方式也可以以更高的速度运行。
现在仅通过非限制性示例,参照转轴上的轴承组合体来描述示范性实施方式的发明构思。示范性实施方式在转动部件和非转动部件之间创设导电性。
参照图1,示范性实施方式中的轴承组合体总体以数字10指代,包含装配在可转动轴14上的轴承单元12。在本说明书和权利要求书的全部表述中,诸如“径向”和“轴向”之类的表征位置和朝向的词汇和表述应当被理解为参照轴承单元12和轴14的中心旋转轴线X(图中未显示)。附图通过示例的方式展示结构细节。
轴承单元12具有径向内侧轴承圈(以下简称“轴承内圈”)16,装配在轴14上,并能够与轴14一起旋转。轴承单元12进一步包含径向外侧轴承圈(以下简称“轴承外圈”)18。轴承外圈18相对于轴承内圈16和轴14是静止的(指外圈18不随内圈18和轴14一起转动)。轴承内圈16包含位于轴承径向内侧的滚道(以下简称“内圈滚道”)20,轴承外圈18包含位于轴承径向外侧的滚道(以下简称“外圈滚道”)22。多个滚动体(/滚动元件)(rolling elements)24支撑在内圈滚道20和外圈滚道22之间,能够进行滚动。滚动体24可以是不锈钢球或者类似的部件。第一密封件26和第二密封件27固定在轴承内圈16上,或者与轴承内圈16形成为一体,并且在内圈滚道20和外圈滚道22的两侧,从轴承内圈16向轴承外圈18沿径向向外延伸。作为另外一种选择,第一密封件26和第二密封件(/密封构件)(seal member)27也可以固定在轴承外圈18上,或者与轴承外圈18形成为一体,从轴承外圈18朝向轴承内圈16沿径向向内延伸。

盒28进一步包含设置在外壳30中的环形抛油环(flinger ring)46。抛油环46被构建为具有L型截面,具有轴向抛油环部分48和径向抛油环部分50。轴向抛油环部分48在设计上被压装在轴14上,从而使抛油环46能够与轴14一起旋转。抛油环46进一步具有两个密封唇52,分别从径向抛油环部分50的相对两侧沿一定的角度延伸。密封唇52可以由任何适宜的材料,例如硫化橡胶(vulcanized rubber)制成,并通过二次成型(overmolding)或者粘合的方式附着在径向抛油环部分50上。取决于性能指标,密封唇52也可以由任何适宜的聚合物制成。例如,当用于较低性能(低速/低温125℃)时,密封唇52可以由丁腈橡胶(nitrilrubber)和氢化丁腈橡胶(hydronated nitril rubber)制成;当用于高性能(高速/高温150℃)时,密封唇52可由含氟弹性体(fluoroelastomers)或者碳氟化合物(fluorocarbons)制成;当用于非常高性能(非常高速/高温175℃)时,密封唇52可由聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)制成。
盒28在设计上用于容纳导电介质58。导电介质58可以是导电膏、流体、油脂、颗粒、凝胶或者其他介质。导电介质58可以进一步是离子液体、导电脂肪或者油基基质(oilbased matrix)。导电材料可以是较差的润滑剂,因为良好的润滑剂在典型情况下具有低导电性。因此,可通过使用通体散布(dispersed throughout)有导电颗粒的非导电材料来实现一种平衡。导电介质58被密封唇52保持在盒28内,处于密封唇52的上方。
图2显示另外一种示范性实施方式的轴承组合体110。出于简洁之目的,备选实施方式中的类似部件将被赋予与之前实施方式中相同的附图标记,不过前方附以100的倍数。盒128与轴承单元112形成为一体。盒128包含盒的外壳130,相对于轴114是静止的(不随轴114一起旋转)。外壳130可包含第一主体部132和第二主体部138。第一主体部132具有第一径向壁部分134和第一轴向壁部分136,第二主体部138具有第二径向壁部分140和第二轴向壁部分142。第一径向壁部分134可被构建为具有适配部145,在设计上被压装在轴承外圈118上,从而与轴承外圈118保持静止。整个轴承组合体110可作为一个整体压装在轴114上。第一密封件126固定在轴承内圈116上,或者与轴承内圈116形成为一体。第二密封件未被提供。与之前一样,盒128进一步包含环形抛油圈146、密封唇152和导电介质158。

Claims (15)
1.一种能够装配在轴上的轴承组合体,包括:
轴承单元,所述轴承单元包括:
径向内侧轴承圈,所述径向内侧轴承圈包括径向内侧滚道,所述径向内侧轴承圈能够与所述轴一起旋转;
径向外侧轴承圈,所述径向外侧轴承圈包括径向外侧滚道,所述径向外侧轴承圈相对于所述轴是静止的;和
多个滚动体,被支撑使得在径向内侧轴承圈的径向内侧滚道与径向外侧轴承圈的径向外侧滚道之间滚动;
环形腔体,被构建为毗邻所述轴承单元;
导电介质,设置在所述腔体之中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组合体,其特征在于:所述腔体由环形盒的外壳构成,所述外壳相对于所述轴是静止的。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轴承组合体,其特征在于:所述环形盒被构建为压配于所述轴承单元。
4.根据权利要求2所述的轴承组合体,其特征在于:所述环形盒包括第一主体部和被构建为附着于所述第一主体部的第二主体部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的轴承组合体,其特征在于:所述第一主体部具有第一径向壁部分和第一轴向壁部分,所述第二主体部具有第二径向壁部分和第二轴向壁部分。
6.根据权利要求5所述的轴承组合体,其特征在于:所述第一径向壁部分和所述第二径向壁部分其中之一被构建为与所述轴承单元压配。
7.根据权利要求5所述的轴承组合体,其特征在于:所述第一轴向壁部分和所述第二轴向壁部分其中之一被构建为与所述轴承单元压配。
8.根据权利要求2所述的轴承组合体,其特征在于:所述轴承组合体还包括抛油环,所述抛油环设置在所述外壳中,被构建为与所述轴一起旋转。
9.根据权利要求8所述的轴承组合体,其特征在于:所述抛油环包括轴向抛油环部分和径向抛油环部分,其中所述轴向抛油环部分被构建为被压配在所述轴上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的轴承组合体,其特征在于:所述轴承组合体还包括设置在所述径向抛油环部分上的至少一个密封唇。

13.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组合体,其特征在于:所述导电介质选自导电膏、流体、油脂、颗粒、离子液体、脂肪以及油基基质。
14.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组合体,其特征在于:所述导电介质由通体分布有导电材料的非导电材料形成。
15.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组合体,其特征在于:所处导电介质由设置在所述腔体中并且被构造为与所述轴一起旋转的接地刷的导电刷细丝形成。
