Abstract
本发明提供一种柔滑弹力无纺布及其制作方法,所述无纺布包括三层,上下两层为无纺布复合体,中间层为弹性料PVC。所述无纺布由下述质量分数的原料制备而成,无纺布复合体70~80%,弹性料PVC20~30%,所述弹性料PVC为热塑性弹性体L4418N、白母粒、乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚丙烯树脂、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚酯增塑剂6种原料的混合物和Ca/Zn液体稳定剂组成。本发明使用挤出纺丝工艺,所述弹性料PVC和无纺布复合体通过淋膜机挤出流延成型连接,生产出具有柔滑和极高弹性的无纺布。本发明生产得到的无纺布具有极高的弹性及其他力学性能,既保持原有非织造布的透气性,又有柔滑,服贴的手感,同时也弥补了非织造布的弹性不足问题。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种柔滑弹力无纺布及其制作方法。
背景技术
无纺布是指以化学纤维为基本原料,经化学或热熔粘合而成的类似布的产品制造。因其不进行纺织,故又称为非织造布,直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后期整理形成的无编织的布料。
无纺布由包括化学纤维和植物纤维等在以水或空气作为悬浮介质的条件下在湿法或干法抄纸机上制成,虽为布而不经纺织故称其为无纺布。无纺布是由无序排列的超细短纤维,通常在1~3μm组成,具有较大的比表面积,孔隙小而空隙率大,结构蓬松,具有较好的各向同性,手感柔软,过滤性、透气性、绝热性能好。而熔喷弹性无纺布除了具有以上共同特点外,还具有弹性、可伸展性和易曲性等优异性能。这些性能在医用、服用等方面得到了广泛的需要和应用。用熔喷弹性无纺布制成的用品可以与穿戴者的身体或其它物品紧密的贴合在一起,增加了穿着和使用的舒适性,如用即弃型的婴儿尿布、女性卫生用品等;在服用方面如运动服装、女装,更能体现出人体的曲线美。另外,熔喷弹性无纺布还可用作沙发垫衬物、装潢用品等。在医用方面的应用更是日益增多,如用作医用绷带,良好的弹性使得伤口处在一定的作用力下,易于愈合,病人行动方便,感觉舒适,伤口愈合表面平整,疤痕也小。在用于手套时,则使穿戴者穿着合适,触觉灵敏,操作精确,感觉舒适,这在对于污染要求很高的制药和电子工业是十分重要的。而挤出纺丝是长纤,受制于对原材料的特殊要求,一直存在生产技术的限制无法制得弹性、均匀性良好的非织造布。
为了解决以上问题,开发一种柔滑弹力无纺布是很有前途的。
发明内容
基于以上现有技术,本发明的目的在于提供一种柔滑弹力无纺布及其制作方法,通过本发明制作的无纺布,具有极高的弹性及其他力学性能,既保持原有非织造布的透气性,又有柔滑,服贴的手感,同时也弥补了非织造布的弹性不足问题。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种柔滑弹力无纺布,所述无纺布包括三层,上下两层为无纺布复合体,中间层为弹性料PVC。
为了更好的实现本发明,进一步的,所述无纺布由下述质量分数的原料制备而成,无纺布复合体70~80%,弹性料PVC 20~30%。
为了更好的实现本发明,进一步的,所述无纺布复合体由聚丙烯、爽滑剂和聚烯烃弹性体组成,无纺布复合体中聚丙烯原料占比质量分数为60~80%,爽滑剂原料占比质量分数为1~4%,剩余原料为聚烯烃弹性体。
为了更好的实现本发明,进一步的,所述爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺或油酸酰胺中的一种,所述聚烯烃弹性体为聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、粘胶纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、聚氯乙烯中的一种或几种按任意比组成的混合物。
为了更好的实现本发明,进一步的,所述弹性料PVC为热塑性弹性体L4418N、白母粒、乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚丙烯树脂、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚酯增塑剂6种原料的混合物和Ca/Zn液体稳定剂组成。
为了更好的实现本发明,进一步的,所述弹性料PVC各个组成成分的质量分数为热塑性弹性体L4418N 40~50%,白母粒1.5~4%,乙烯丙烯共聚物1~1.5%,聚丙烯树脂34~48%,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂5~8%,聚酯增塑剂2~5%,Ca/Zn液体稳定剂为1~3%。
本发明还提供一种柔滑弹力无纺布的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、用熔喷法制备无纺布复合体,将高聚物在无溶剂下聚合,造粒,在定温下切片,切片后清洗除杂,然后干燥脱水,送入螺杆压机加热制成溶体,再经喷丝板挤出长丝,长丝丝束通过冷箱冷却牵伸后,牵伸后的丝条均匀铺放在成网机上,经过预压辊,卷绕成型,备用;
步骤2、制备弹性料PVC,将热塑性弹性体L4418N、白母粒、乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚丙烯树脂/邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚酯增塑剂6种原料和Ca/Zn液体稳定剂按比例混合加热至120~140℃,搅拌均匀后进入淋膜机;
步骤3、将进入淋膜机的弹性料PVC经螺杆塑化后由平模头模口成线型挤出,拉伸后附着于无纺布复合体表面,附着后在上面再覆盖一次无纺布复合体,先热压,在冷却定型压合成柔滑弹力无纺布。
为了更好的实现本发明,进一步的,步骤1中聚合条件为130~180℃,切片温度为60~80℃,螺杆压机加热温度为180~220℃,冷箱冷却风温度10~20℃,预压辊温度130~180℃,压力2~8Mpa。
为了更好的实现本发明,进一步的,步骤3中覆膜热压温度130~180℃,压力2~8Mpa,热压1~5h,冷却风温度10~20℃,热压后冷却至常温。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明的无纺布采用三层复合,上下两层为无纺布复合体,中间夹层为弹性料PVC,从而提高了无纺布的整体性能,具有极强的弹力性能和其他力学性能,既保持原有非织造布的透气性,又有柔滑,服贴的手感,同时也弥补了非织造布的弹性不足问题。
(2)本发明的无纺布复合体主要为聚丙烯材料,聚丙烯切片不吸水,含水率零,成品拨水性佳,由100%纤维组成具多孔性,透气性佳,易保持布面干爽、易洗涤;同时聚丙烯、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、粘胶纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、聚氯乙烯属化学钝性物质,不虫蛀,并能隔离存在液体内细菌及虫类的侵蚀;抗菌、碱腐蚀、成品不因侵蚀而影响强度。
(3)本发明的弹性料选用热塑性弹性体L4418N、白母粒、乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚丙烯树脂,弹性性能良好,不易断裂,具有良好的延伸性,使用后在成品中不易渗出,且不与其他材料发生副反应,长期使用无毒无害,对环境污染影响小。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种柔滑弹力无纺布,所述无纺布包括三层,上下两层为无纺布复合体,中间层为弹性料PVC,所述无纺布由下述质量分数的原料制备而成,无纺布复合体70%,弹性料PVC 30%;其中无纺布复合体中原料占比质量分数为聚丙烯80%,聚酯纤维14%,粘胶纤维5%,芥酸酰胺1%;所述弹性料PVC为6种原料的混合物和Ca/Zn液体稳定剂,各个组成成分及质量分数为热塑性弹性体L4418N 40%,白母粒1.5%,乙烯丙烯共聚物1%,聚丙烯树脂47.5%,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂5%,聚酯增塑剂3%,Ca/Zn液体稳定剂为2%。
本实施例还提供一种柔滑弹力无纺布的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、用熔喷法制备无纺布复合体,将高聚物在无溶剂下聚合聚合条件为130℃,,造粒,在定温下切片,切片温度为60℃,切片后清洗除杂,然后干燥脱水,送入螺杆压机加热至180℃,制成溶体,再经喷丝板挤出长丝,长丝丝束通过冷箱,冷却风温度10℃,冷却牵伸后,牵伸后的丝条均匀铺放在成网机上,经过预压辊,温度130℃,压力8Mpa。卷绕成型,备用;
步骤2、制备弹性料PVC,将热塑性弹性体L4418N、白母粒、乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚丙烯树脂/邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚酯增塑剂6种原料和Ca/Zn液体稳定剂按比例混合加热至120℃,搅拌均匀后进入淋膜机;
步骤3、将进入淋膜机的弹性料PVC经螺杆塑化后由平模头模口成线型挤出,拉伸后附着于无纺布复合体表面,附着后在上面再覆盖一次无纺布复合体,先热压,覆膜热压温度130℃,压力8Mpa,热压5h,在冷却风温度10℃冷却却至常温定型压合成柔滑弹力无纺布。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种柔滑弹力无纺布,所述无纺布包括三层,上下两层为无纺布复合体,中间层为弹性料PVC,所述无纺布由下述质量分数的原料制备而成,无纺布复合体75%,弹性料PVC 25%;其中无纺布复合体中原料占比质量分数为聚丙烯75%,聚酯纤维5%,聚酰胺纤维5%,粘胶纤维8%,聚丙烯腈纤维4%,芥酸酰胺3%;所述弹性料PVC为6种原料的混合物和Ca/Zn液体稳定剂,各个组成成分及质量分数为热塑性弹性体L4418N45%,白母粒2%,乙烯丙烯共聚物1%,聚丙烯树脂42%,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂7%,聚酯增塑剂2%,Ca/Zn液体稳定剂为1%。
本实施例还提供一种柔滑弹力无纺布的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、用熔喷法制备无纺布复合体,将高聚物在无溶剂下聚合聚合条件为140℃,,造粒,在定温下切片,切片温度为65℃,切片后清洗除杂,然后干燥脱水,送入螺杆压机加热至190℃,制成溶体,再经喷丝板挤出长丝,长丝丝束通过冷箱,冷却风温度15℃,冷却牵伸后,牵伸后的丝条均匀铺放在成网机上,经过预压辊,温度140℃,压力7Mpa。卷绕成型,备用;
步骤2、制备弹性料PVC,将热塑性弹性体L4418N、白母粒、乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚丙烯树脂/邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚酯增塑剂6种原料和Ca/Zn液体稳定剂按比例混合加热至125℃,搅拌均匀后进入淋膜机;
步骤3、将进入淋膜机的弹性料PVC经螺杆塑化后由平模头模口成线型挤出,拉伸后附着于无纺布复合体表面,附着后在上面再覆盖一次无纺布复合体,先热压,覆膜热压温度140℃,压力7Mpa,热压4h,在冷却风温度15℃冷却却至常温定型压合成柔滑弹力无纺布。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种柔滑弹力无纺布,所述无纺布包括三层,上下两层为无纺布复合体,中间层为弹性料PVC,所述无纺布由下述质量分数的原料制备而成,无纺布复合体80%,弹性料PVC 20%;其中无纺布复合体中原料占比质量分数为聚丙烯80%,聚酯纤维12%,聚丙烯腈纤维5%,油酸酰胺3%;所述弹性料PVC为6种原料的混合物和Ca/Zn液体稳定剂,各个组成成分及质量分数为热塑性弹性体L4418N 40%,白母粒2.5%,乙烯丙烯共聚物1.5%,聚丙烯树脂46%,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂6%,聚酯增塑剂2%,Ca/Zn液体稳定剂为2%。
本实施例还提供一种柔滑弹力无纺布的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、用熔喷法制备无纺布复合体,将高聚物在无溶剂下聚合聚合条件为160℃,,造粒,在定温下切片,切片温度为70℃,切片后清洗除杂,然后干燥脱水,送入螺杆压机加热至200℃,制成溶体,再经喷丝板挤出长丝,长丝丝束通过冷箱,冷却风温度15℃,冷却牵伸后,牵伸后的丝条均匀铺放在成网机上,经过预压辊,温度160℃,压力5Mpa。卷绕成型,备用;
步骤2、制备弹性料PVC,将热塑性弹性体L4418N、白母粒、乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚丙烯树脂/邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚酯增塑剂6种原料和Ca/Zn液体稳定剂按比例混合加热至130℃,搅拌均匀后进入淋膜机;
步骤3、将进入淋膜机的弹性料PVC经螺杆塑化后由平模头模口成线型挤出,拉伸后附着于无纺布复合体表面,附着后在上面再覆盖一次无纺布复合体,先热压,覆膜热压温度160℃,压力5Mpa,热压3h,在冷却风温度150℃冷却却至常温定型压合成柔滑弹力无纺布。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种柔滑弹力无纺布,所述无纺布包括三层,上下两层为无纺布复合体,中间层为弹性料PVC,所述无纺布由下述质量分数的原料制备而成,无纺布复合体75%,弹性料PVC 25%;其中无纺布复合体中原料占比质量分数为聚丙烯70%,聚酯纤维13%,粘胶纤维10%,聚氯乙烯5%,油酸酰胺2%;所述弹性料PVC为6种原料的混合物和Ca/Zn液体稳定剂,各个组成成分及质量分数为热塑性弹性体L4418N 48%,白母粒3%,乙烯丙烯共聚物1%,聚丙烯树脂36%,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂6%,聚酯增塑剂4%,Ca/Zn液体稳定剂为2%。
本实施例还提供一种柔滑弹力无纺布的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、用熔喷法制备无纺布复合体,将高聚物在无溶剂下聚合聚合条件为170℃,,造粒,在定温下切片,切片温度为75℃,切片后清洗除杂,然后干燥脱水,送入螺杆压机加热至210℃,制成溶体,再经喷丝板挤出长丝,长丝丝束通过冷箱,冷却风温度18℃,冷却牵伸后,牵伸后的丝条均匀铺放在成网机上,经过预压辊,温度170℃,压力4Mpa。卷绕成型,备用;
步骤2、制备弹性料PVC,将热塑性弹性体L4418N、白母粒、乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚丙烯树脂/邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚酯增塑剂6种原料和Ca/Zn液体稳定剂按比例混合加热至135℃,搅拌均匀后进入淋膜机;
步骤3、将进入淋膜机的弹性料PVC经螺杆塑化后由平模头模口成线型挤出,拉伸后附着于无纺布复合体表面,附着后在上面再覆盖一次无纺布复合体,先热压,覆膜热压温度170℃,压力4Mpa,热压2h,在冷却风温度18℃冷却却至常温定型压合成柔滑弹力无纺布。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种柔滑弹力无纺布,所述无纺布包括三层,上下两层为无纺布复合体,中间层为弹性料PVC,所述无纺布由下述质量分数的原料制备而成,无纺布复合体70%,弹性料PVC 30%;其中无纺布复合体中原料占比质量分数为聚丙烯75%,聚酯纤维14%,聚酰胺纤维14%,油酸酰胺2%;所述弹性料PVC为6种原料的混合物和Ca/Zn液体稳定剂,各个组成成分及质量分数为热塑性弹性体L4418N 50%,白母粒4%,乙烯丙烯共聚物1.5%,聚丙烯树脂34.5%,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂5%,聚酯增塑剂3%,Ca/Zn液体稳定剂为2%。
本实施例还提供一种柔滑弹力无纺布的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、用熔喷法制备无纺布复合体,将高聚物在无溶剂下聚合聚合条件为180℃,,造粒,在定温下切片,切片温度为80℃,切片后清洗除杂,然后干燥脱水,送入螺杆压机加热至220℃,制成溶体,再经喷丝板挤出长丝,长丝丝束通过冷箱,冷却风温度20℃,冷却牵伸后,牵伸后的丝条均匀铺放在成网机上,经过预压辊,温度180℃,压力2Mpa。卷绕成型,备用;
步骤2、制备弹性料PVC,将热塑性弹性体L4418N、白母粒、乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚丙烯树脂/邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚酯增塑剂6种原料和Ca/Zn液体稳定剂按比例混合加热至140℃,搅拌均匀后进入淋膜机;
步骤3、将进入淋膜机的弹性料PVC经螺杆塑化后由平模头模口成线型挤出,拉伸后附着于无纺布复合体表面,附着后在上面再覆盖一次无纺布复合体,先热压,覆膜热压温度180℃,压力2Mpa,热压1h,在冷却风温度20℃冷却却至常温定型压合成柔滑弹力无纺布。
对上述实施例1至5制得的无纺布根据GB/T24218《纺织品非织造布试验方法》进行性能够测试,测试结果如下:

Claims (9)
1.一种柔滑弹力无纺布,其特征在于,所述无纺布包括三层,上下两层为无纺布复合体,中间层为弹性料PVC。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔滑弹力无纺布,其特征在于,所述无纺布由下述质量分数的原料制备而成,无纺布复合体70~80%,弹性料PVC 20~30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔滑弹力无纺布,其特征在于,所述无纺布复合体由聚丙烯、爽滑剂和聚烯烃弹性体组成,无纺布复合体中聚丙烯原料占比质量分数为60~80%,爽滑剂原料占比质量分数为1~4%,剩余原料为聚烯烃弹性体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔滑弹力无纺布,其特征在于,所述爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺或油酸酰胺中的一种,所述聚烯烃弹性体为聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、粘胶纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、聚氯乙烯中的一种或几种按任意比组成的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔滑弹力无纺布,其特征在于,所述弹性料PVC为热塑性弹性体L4418N、白母粒、乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚丙烯树脂、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚酯增塑剂6种原料的混合物和Ca/Zn液体稳定剂组成。
6.根据权利要求1和4所述的一种柔滑弹力无纺布,其特征在于,所述弹性料PVC各个组成成分的质量分数为热塑性弹性体L4418N 40~50%,白母粒1.5~4%,乙烯丙烯共聚物1~1.5%,聚丙烯树脂34~48%,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂5~8%,聚酯增塑剂2~5%,Ca/Zn液体稳定剂为1~3%。
7.一种权利要求1或2所述的柔滑弹力无纺布,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、用熔喷法制备无纺布复合体,将高聚物在无溶剂下聚合,造粒,在定温下切片,切片后清洗除杂,然后干燥脱水,送入螺杆压机加热制成溶体,再经喷丝板挤出长丝,长丝丝束通过冷箱冷却牵伸后,牵伸后的丝条均匀铺放在成网机上,经过预压辊,卷绕成型,备用;
步骤2、制备弹性料PVC,将热塑性弹性体L4418N、白母粒、乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚丙烯树脂/邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚酯增塑剂6种原料和Ca/Zn液体稳定剂按比例混合加热至120~140℃,搅拌均匀后进入淋膜机;
步骤3、将进入淋膜机的弹性料PVC经螺杆塑化后由平模头模口成线型挤出,拉伸后附着于无纺布复合体表面,附着后在上面再覆盖一次无纺布复合体,先热压,在冷却定型压合成柔滑弹力无纺布。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种柔滑弹力无纺布的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤1中聚合条件为130~180℃,切片温度为60~80℃,螺杆压机加热温度为180~220℃,冷箱冷却风温度10~20℃,预压辊温度130~180℃,压力2~8Mpa。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种柔滑弹力无纺布的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤3中覆膜热压温度130~180℃,压力2~8Mpa,热压1~5h,冷却风温度10~20℃,热压后冷却至常温。
