The liquid spray tube 40 is arranged on a transmission path between the feeding component 20 and the receiving component 30, and is used for spraying cleaning liquid to the wiping belt, namely, spraying cleaning liquid to the wiping belt through the liquid spray tube 40, so that a certain amount of cleaning liquid is absorbed and stored on the wiping belt, the cleaning liquid can be but not limited to alcohol and other liquids, the cleaning liquid is utilized to facilitate wetting and dissolving of residual glue on the dispensing needle head, and the residual glue on the dispensing needle head is easily and more thoroughly removed.
The wiping wheel 50 is arranged on the fixed frame 10, can pivot around the axis of the wiping wheel, is positioned behind the liquid spraying pipe 40 on the conveying path, and is covered with the wiping belt at a partial area of the wheel surface of the wiping wheel 50 so as to wipe and remove glue on the needle contacted with the wiping belt by covering the wiping belt.
That is, the wiping wheel 50 is located on the conveying path, the wiping belt bypasses the wiping wheel 50 and contacts with the road surface of the wiping wheel 50, and the wiping wheel 50 is located behind the liquid spraying pipe 40, after the liquid spraying pipe sprays the cleaning liquid to the wiping belt, a certain amount of the cleaning liquid can be absorbed and stored on the wiping belt, and along with the rotation of the material receiving assembly 30, the wiping belt absorbed with the cleaning liquid passes through the wiping wheel 50 and then is rolled to the material receiving assembly 30.
In a specific application, the needle residual glue cleaning device may be disposed near the dispensing device, and when the dispensing needle needs to be cleaned, the dispensing needle may be driven by the dispensing device to move to one side of the wiping wheel 50 in the needle residual glue cleaning device, and the dispensing needle is ensured to be close to the road surface of the wiping wheel 50, and at this time, the wiping belt on the wheel surface of the wiping wheel 50 may contact with the dispensing needle. Then, receive the material subassembly 30 rotation through drive arrangement drive, it releases gradually to wipe the area from the feed subassembly 20, and move to receiving the material subassembly 30 along the direction of transfer, in this process, spray tube 40 sprays the washing liquid to wiping the area, along with receiving the rotation of material subassembly 30, it passes through wiping wheel 50 to absorb the area of wiping that has the cleaning liquid, at this moment, it rubs to some syringe needles to wipe the area, on the one hand, the cleaning liquid on wiping the area plays moist and dissolving effect to the cull on some syringe needles, on the other hand, wipe the frictional force between area and the some syringe needles, make the cull on some syringe needles drop from some syringe needles, and then reach quick and comparatively thorough cull and clear away.
Preferably, the area of the tread of the wiping wheel 50 covered by the wiping belt is greater than one half of the circumference of the tread, so that the dispensing needle is convenient to contact with the wiping belt, and the wiping wheel 50 has a larger wiping effective area and a better wiping effect.
According to the needle residual glue cleaning device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the material receiving component 30 is used for driving the wiping belt to rotate, the cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the wiping belt through the liquid spraying pipe 40, a partial area of the wheel surface of the wiping wheel 50 is covered by the wiping belt, when the needle needs to be cleaned, the needle is close to the wheel surface of the wiping wheel 50, the wiping belt on the wheel surface can wipe the needle to remove residual glue on the needle, and the cleaning liquid is sprayed on the wiping belt, so that the colloid can be wetted and dissolved, the needle can be cleaned more quickly and sufficiently, and the cleaning effect is better.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, a traction roller 60 and a pressing wheel 61 are further included, wherein the traction roller 60 is disposed on the fixing frame 10 and located between the wiping wheel 50 and the receiving assembly 30 on the conveying path, and the wiping belt is connected to the receiving assembly 30 after passing around the traction roller 60.
A pinch roller 61 is disposed adjacent the pull roll 60 for pinching the wiping strip against the pull roll 60 to drive the movement of the wiping strip as the pull roll 60 rotates. The drive means is also used to drive the pull roll 60 in rotation.
That is, the traction roller 60 and the pressing roller 61 are arranged on the conveying path, the pressing roller 61 is parallel to the axis of the traction roller 60, a gap is defined between the surface of the pressing roller 61 and the peripheral surface of the traction roller 60, the wiping belt passes through the gap, the gap is smaller than the thickness of the wiping belt, and the pressing roller 61 is used for applying pressure to the wiping belt to ensure that the wiping belt is pressed on the peripheral surface of the traction roller, so that when the receiving assembly 30 and the traction roller 60 are driven by the driving device to rotate, on one hand, the receiving assembly 30 rolls the wiping belt, on the other hand, the wiping cloth can be driven to move towards the receiving assembly 30 by the rolling between the traction roller 60 and the wiping cloth, in other words, the traction roller 60 can promote the wiping cloth to move towards the receiving assembly 30 by the traction force, and further, the reliability and the stability of the movement of the wiping cloth.
It can be understood that the soft rubber layer is arranged on at least one of the peripheral surface of the traction roller 60 and the wheel surface of the pressing wheel 61, so that friction force can be improved through the soft rubber layer, better traction conveying effect is ensured, and the wiping cloth can be protected from being damaged.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, a gap adjustment assembly 11 is provided on the fixing frame 10, and the pressing wheel 61 is provided on the gap adjustment assembly 11 to adjust the distance between the pressing wheel 61 and the bracket of the traction roller 60 through the gap adjustment assembly 11, so as to change the pressing force of the pressing wheel 61 on the wiping tape.
That is to say, the gap adjusting assembly 11 can adjust the gap between the pressing wheel 61 and the pulling roll 60, for example, the pressing wheel 61 is close to the pulling roll 60 through the gap adjusting assembly 11, the gap between the pressing wheel 61 and the pulling roll 60 increases the pressure of the pressing wheel 61 on the wiping tape, and the pressing wheel 61 is far from the pulling roll 60 through the gap adjusting assembly 11, the gap between the pressing wheel 61 and the pulling roll 60 increases, and the pressure of the pressing wheel 61 on the wiping tape decreases, so that the free adjustment of the pressure of the pressing wheel 61 on the wiping tape can be realized, and the reliability of the transfer of the wiping tape can be ensured through the adjustment of the pressure of the pressing wheel 61 on the wiping tape, and in addition, the speed of the transfer can also be adjusted and controlled to a certain extent. In addition, in the installation process of the wiping belt, the gap between the pressing wheel 61 and the traction roller 60 can be adjusted to be larger, and then the wiping belt is placed into the gap, so that the wiping belt is conveniently installed between the pressing wheel 61 and the traction roller 60, and the installation is convenient.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, in some embodiments of the present invention, the material collecting assembly 30 includes a first pivot shaft 301, a material collecting barrel, a first driving wheel 303 and a first damping adjustment assembly 304, wherein the first pivot shaft 301 is pivoted on the fixing frame 10 and can pivot around its axis, and the material collecting barrel is fixed on the first pivot shaft 301 to collect the wiping strip as the first pivot shaft 301 rotates.
The first driving wheel 303 is sleeved on the first pivot shaft 301, and the driving device is connected to the first driving wheel 303 to drive the first driving wheel 303 to rotate and drive the first pivot shaft 301 to rotate through the first driving wheel 303. A first damping assembly is disposed between the first pivot axle 301 and the first drive wheel 303 for adjusting a first damping of relative rotation between the first drive wheel 303 and the first pivot axle 301.
That is, a circumferential rotation damping (i.e., a first damping) is provided between the first driving wheel 303 and the first pivot shaft 301, and the first driving wheel 303 can drive the first pivot shaft 301 to rotate by the rotation damping between the first driving wheel 303 and the first pivot shaft 301, and then the first pivot shaft 301 drives the material receiving barrel to rotate to wind the wiping tape thereon. It should be noted that the size of the first damping affects the loading capacity of the first pivot shaft 301, when the first damping is smaller, the loading capacity of the first pivot shaft 301 is smaller, and when the first damping is larger, the staying capacity of the first pivot shaft 301 is larger. When the load applied to the first pivot shaft 301 is small, the first driving wheel 303 rotates to drive the first pivot shaft 301 to rotate synchronously with the first pivot shaft 301, so as to drive the material receiving cylinder to wind. When the load applied to the first pivot shaft 301 is too large, the first drive wheel 303 and the first pivot shaft 301 rotate relatively, that is, the first drive wheel 303 rotates, and the first pivot shaft 301 and the first drive wheel 303 cannot rotate synchronously.
In the residual glue cleaning process of the dispensing needle head, the dispensing needle head is attached to the wiping belt of the wheel surface of the wiping wheel 50, and in some cases, if the residual glue on the dispensing needle head is too much and forms a larger block-shaped structure after being cured, the residual glue is not easy to be removed, at the moment, when the wiping wheel 50 and the wiping belt are in contact friction with the residual glue, a larger acting force can be generated, and the dispensing needle head is likely to be damaged.
In this embodiment, the first damping between the first driving wheel 303 and the first pivot shaft 301 may be adjusted by the first damping adjustment assembly 304, so that the first damping reaches a predetermined value, and if the residual glue on the dispensing needle is cured and has a large volume, which causes an excessive friction between the residual glue and the wiping tape, and the first pivot shaft 301 has an excessive load, the first driving wheel 303 and the first pivot shaft 301 rotate relatively, that is, the first pivot shaft 301 does not rotate synchronously with the first driving wheel 303 any more, at this time, since the speed of the first pivot shaft 301 is less than that of the first driving wheel 303, even the first pivot shaft 301 stops rotating, so that the dispensing needle can be protected, and the dispensing needle is prevented from being damaged.
Referring to fig. 5 to 6, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first pivot shaft 301 has a first end D301, a second end D302 and a shoulder between the first end D301 and the second end D302; the material collecting barrel is mounted at the first end D301, and the first driving wheel 303 is sleeved at the second end D302 and is rotatable and axially slidable in the circumferential direction relative to the first pivot shaft 301. In the example of fig. 6, the fixing frame 10 includes a carrier plate 101, the carrier plate 101 is vertically disposed, the first pivot shaft 301 is mounted on the carrier plate 101 through a bearing and is perpendicular to the carrier plate 101, the first end D301 and the second end D302 are respectively located at two sides of the carrier plate 101, and correspondingly, the material receiving barrel and the first driving wheel 303 are respectively located at two sides of the carrier plate 101.
The first damping adjustment assembly 304 includes a first adjustment nut 3041 and a first elastic member 3042, the first adjustment nut 3041 is screwed on the second end D302 and has an adjustable axial position, and the first driving wheel 303 is located between the first adjustment nut 3041 and the shaft shoulder; the first elastic member 3042 is disposed between the first adjusting nut 3041 and the first driving wheel 303 and is under a compressed state to provide a first elastic force to force the first driving wheel 303 to abut against the shoulder.
That is, the first driving wheel 303 and the first adjusting nut 3041 are disposed at the second end D302 of the first pivot shaft 301, the first driving wheel 303 is located at a side close to the shoulder, the first adjusting nut 3041 is located at a side far from the shoulder and opposite to the first driving wheel 303, the first elastic member 3042 is located between the first adjusting nut 3041 and the first driving wheel 303, and since the first elastic member 3042 is in a compressed state, the elastic force provided by the first elastic member 3042 can push the first driving wheel 303 to cling to the shoulder, so that when the first driving wheel 303 is driven to rotate by the driving device, a friction force is generated between the first driving wheel 303 and the shoulder, and the first pivot shaft 301 can be rotated by the friction force, thereby driving the first pivot shaft 301.
In addition, when the friction force between the first driving wheel 303 and the shaft shoulder needs to be adjusted, the first adjusting nut 3041 may be rotated to enable the first adjusting nut 3041 to move to a side close to the first driving wheel 303, the first adjusting nut 3041 further compresses the first elastic member 3042, the elastic force exerted by the first elastic member 3042 on the first driving wheel 303 is increased, so the pressure between the first driving wheel 303 and the shaft shoulder is increased, the friction force during the rotation is increased, and the first adjusting nut 3041 is rotated to enable the first adjusting nut 3041 to move to a side far away from the first driving wheel 303, the first adjusting nut 3041 releases the first elastic member 3042, the elastic force exerted by the first elastic member 3042 on the first driving wheel 303 is decreased, so the pressure between the first driving wheel 303 and the shaft shoulder is decreased, the friction force during the rotation is decreased, so that the first damping pin joint between the first driving wheel 303 and the first driving shaft can be freely adjusted, and, the regulation is simple and convenient.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the feeding assembly 20 includes a second pivot shaft 201, a material discharge tray 202 and a second damping adjustment assembly 203, wherein the second pivot shaft 201 is pivoted on the fixing frame 10, and the material discharge tray 202 is fixed on the second pivot shaft 201 to release the wiping strip as the second pivot shaft 201 rotates.
The second damping adjusting assembly 203 is disposed between the second pivot 201 and the fixing frame 10, and is used for adjusting a second damping of the relative rotation between the second pivot 201 and the fixing frame 10.
That is, the second damping adjusting assembly 203 is disposed between the second pivot shaft 201 and the fixing frame 10 to adjust the damping of the rotation between the second pivot shaft 201 and the fixing frame 10 (i.e., the second damping). Because the material discharging tray 202 is wound with the wiping belt with the preset thickness, when the wiping belt on the material discharging tray 202 receives the pulling force of the material collecting barrel, the material discharging tray 202 can rotate to release the wiping belt, in this case, if the damping during the rotation of the material discharging tray 202 is too small, the material discharging tray 202 can easily and rapidly rotate under the action of inertia to cause the excessive release of the wiping belt, the material collecting speed of the material collecting tray 302 is kept unchanged, the problem that the wiping belt is loosened is caused, and the loosened wiping belt cannot complete the cleaning of the residual rubber of the needle head.
In this embodiment, the second damping between the second pivot shaft 201 and the fixing frame 10 is adjusted by the second damping adjusting component 203, so that the second damping between the second pivot shaft 201 and the fixing frame 10 can reach a predetermined value, and under the predetermined value, when the wiping tape on the material placing tray 202 is pulled by the material receiving tray 302, the material placing tray 202 can release the wiping tape at a relatively uniform speed, and the wiping tape is not excessively released due to an inertia effect, so that the wiping tape is kept in a tensioned state, and further, the cleaning performance of the wiping tape is ensured to be reliable and stable.
Referring to fig. 7 to 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, the second pivot shaft 201 has a third end D201 and a fourth end D202, and the material placing tray 202 is installed at the third end D201; in the example of fig. 8, the second pivot shaft 201 is mounted on the carrier plate 101 through a bearing and is perpendicular to the carrier plate 101, the third end D201 and the fourth end D202 are respectively located at two sides of the carrier plate 101, and correspondingly, the material placing tray 202 and the material receiving barrel are located at the same side of the carrier plate 101.
The second damping adjustment assembly 203 includes a second adjustment nut 2031, a fixed friction wheel 2032, a movable friction wheel 2033, and a second elastic member 2034, wherein the second adjustment nut 2031 is screwed on the second end D302 and has an adjustable axial position. The friction fixed wheel 2032 is sleeved on the outside of the second pivot shaft 201 and fixed to the fixing frame 10, and the friction movable wheel 2033 is sleeved on the outside of the second pivot shaft 201 and circumferentially fixed and axially slidable with the second pivot shaft 201. The second elastic member 2034 is disposed between the second adjusting nut 2031 and the friction wheel 2033 and is in a compressed state to provide a second elastic force to urge the friction wheel 2033 against the fixed friction wheel 2032.
That is to say, the friction fixed wheel 2032 and the fourth end D202 are located on the same side of the carrier plate 101, the friction fixed wheel 2032 is sleeved outside the second pivot axis 201 and fixed to the fixing frame 10, the second adjusting nut 2031 is screwed to the fourth end D202 and far away from the friction fixed wheel 2032, the friction moving wheel 2033 is sleeved on the fourth end D202 and located between the second adjusting nut 2031 and the friction fixed wheel 2032, and on the one hand, the friction moving wheel 2033 is circumferentially fixed to the second pivot axis 201 and can rotate synchronously with the second pivot axis 201, and on the other hand, the friction moving wheel 2033 can slide axially relative to the second pivot axis 201. The second elastic member 2034 is located between the second adjusting nut 2031 and the friction wheel 2033, and since the second elastic member 2034 is in a compressed state, the elastic force provided by the second elastic member 2034 can push the friction wheel 2033 to cling to the friction fixed wheel 2032, so that when the friction wheel 2033 rotates along with the second pivot shaft 201, a friction force is generated between the friction wheel 2033 and the friction fixed wheel 2032, the friction force is utilized to keep the first pivot shaft 301 rotating at a relatively stable speed, and the discharging tray 202 can slowly release the wiping tape.
When the friction force between the friction wheel 2033 and the fixed friction wheel 2032 needs to be adjusted, the second adjustment nut 2031 may be rotated such that the second adjustment nut 2031 moves to a side close to the friction wheel 2033, the second adjustment nut 2031 further compresses the second elastic member 2034, the elastic force applied by the second elastic member 2034 to the friction wheel 2033 increases, and thus the pressure between the friction wheel 2033 and the fixed friction wheel 2032 increases, and the friction force during rotation increases, and the second adjustment nut 2031 is rotated such that the second adjustment nut 2031 moves to a side away from the friction wheel 3, the second adjustment nut 2031 releases the second elastic member 2034, and the elastic force applied by the second elastic member 2034 to the friction wheel 2033 decreases, and thus the pressure between the friction wheel 2033 and the fixed friction wheel 2032 decreases, and thus the friction force during rotation decreases, and thus the second damping between the friction wheel 3 and the fixed friction wheel 2032 can be freely adjusted, and, the regulation is simple and convenient.
Illustratively, the fourth end D202 is provided with a sliding hole penetrating in the radial direction, the friction driving wheel 2033 is provided with a through hole, the friction driving wheel 2033 is sleeved on the fourth end D202 and then penetrates through the through hole and the sliding hole through a bolt, so that the friction driving wheel 2033 can be fixed with the second pivot shaft 201 in the circumferential direction and can also slide relative to the second pivot shaft 201 in the axial direction.
