Abstract
The invention discloses a wool-like fabric which comprises a bottom yarn layer and a surface yarn layer, wherein the bottom yarn layer comprises warps and wefts which are interwoven with each other, the surface yarn layer comprises a plurality of yarns in an array, the roots of the yarns are connected with the interweaving points of the warps and the wefts, every two adjacent yarns on the same warp form a surface yarn unit, and the roots of the two yarns in the same surface yarn unit are connected through a connecting line; has the advantage of difficult hair shedding.

Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, people also continuously put forward new requirements on wearing clothes, and the clothes not only need to show beautiful shape, but also need to keep comfort and warmth retention. The fabric is one of three elements of the clothes as a material for manufacturing the clothes, can explain the style and the characteristics of the clothes, and directly controls the expression effects of the color and the shape of the clothes.
Taking the wool-like fabric as an example, the acrylic fiber is usually used as a raw material and is subjected to special process treatment, so that the acrylic fiber has smoothness and softness similar to those of natural wool, is comfortable in hand feeling, has excellent dyeing performance, is convenient to manufacture various clothes, and has a good market prospect.
However, as shown in fig. 1, the root of the yarn of the face yarn layer 2 is connected with only one connection point of the ground yarn layer 1, and two yarns share one connection point, so that not only is the density of the yarn higher, but also the connection strength between the yarn and the ground yarn layer 1 is poorer, and the problem of easy hair falling exists.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the bottom yarn layer comprises warps and wefts which are interwoven with each other, the face yarn layer comprises a plurality of yarns in an array, the roots of the yarns are connected with the interweaving points of the warps and the wefts, every two adjacent yarns on the same warp form a face yarn unit, and the roots of the two yarns in the same face yarn unit are connected through a connecting line.
The yarn and the connecting line are integrally formed. In this structure, the connecting wire is the partly of yarn, and not only the processing production of being convenient for also is difficult for taking place the separation between yarn and the connecting wire, further reduces the possibility of falling hair, and when weaving through the tricot machine, only need be connected to two relative bottom yarn layers with the yarn circulation, cuts out the yarn at last and can obtain two grey cloth, and grey cloth obtains two imitative wool surface fabrics after the conventional processing, and weaving operation is comparatively convenient.
The warp, the weft, the yarn and the connecting line are silk threads made of terylene respectively. In this structure, through the silk thread that adopts the dacron to make, stability is better, and feel is better, and the restoring force is better.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that two yarns and one connecting line form one face yarn unit, and two connecting points are arranged between each face yarn unit and the bottom yarn layer, so that compared with the conventional spinning mode, the invention has better connecting strength, is not easy to fall hair, and simultaneously reduces the density of the yarns.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a wool-like fabric comprises a ground yarn layer 1 and a face yarn layer 2, wherein the ground yarn layer 1 comprises warps 11 and wefts 12 which are interwoven with each other, the face yarn layer 2 comprises a plurality of yarns 21 in an array, roots of the yarns 21 are connected with interweaving points of the warps 11 and the wefts 12, every two adjacent yarns 21 on the same warps 11 form a face yarn unit, roots of two yarns 21 in the same face yarn unit are connected through a connecting line 22, it needs to be noted that there is no intersection between two adjacent face yarn units, that is, each yarn 21 only belongs to one face yarn unit.
In this embodiment, the yarn 21 and the connecting thread 22 are integrally formed.
In this embodiment, the warp 11, the weft 12, the yarn 21, and the connecting line 22 are silk yarns made of terylene.
The processing method of the wool-like fabric of the embodiment sequentially comprises the steps of weaving gray fabric, sizing and deoiling, dyeing, sizing and sizing, hot-blowing of bristles and ironing, and then a finished product can be obtained, wherein the weaving of the gray fabric is performed on a warp knitting machine, the first bottom guide bar device, the wool guide bar device and the second bottom guide bar device are sequentially arranged on the warp knitting machine from left to right, and the weaving steps are specifically as follows:

s3, the first bottom guide bar device weaves the first warp and the first weft to form a third row of the first bottom net, and the second bottom guide bar device weaves the second warp and the second weft to form a third row of the second bottom net;
s4, the first bottom guide bar device weaves the first warp and the first weft to form a fourth row of the first bottom net, the second bottom guide bar device weaves the second warp and the second weft to form a fourth row of the second bottom net, and the wool guide bar device connects the yarn to the fourth row of the second bottom net;
s5, the first bottom guide bar device weaving the first warp and the first weft to form the fifth row of the first bottom net, the second bottom guide bar device weaving the second warp and the second weft to form the fifth row of the second bottom net, the wool guide bar device connecting the yarn to the fifth row of the first bottom net;
s6, the first bottom guide bar device weaves the first warp and the first weft to form a sixth row of the first bottom net, and the second bottom guide bar device weaves the second warp and the second weft to form a sixth row of the second bottom net;
repeating the steps S1 to S6 in a six-row cycle, obtaining two bottom nets and yarns connected between the two bottom nets after weaving is completed, finally cutting the yarns from the position between the two bottom nets to obtain two pieces of gray fabric, wherein the woven bottom nets are bottom yarn layers, and the tensile capacity of the wool-like fabric is measured by a pointer type push-pull dynamometer and can reach 5N when the tensile capacity of 1 square centimeter is measured.

The wool-like fabric comprises a bottom yarn layer and a surface yarn layer, wherein the bottom yarn layer comprises warps and wefts which are interwoven with each other, the wool-like fabric is characterized in that the surface yarn layer comprises a plurality of yarns in an array, the roots of the yarns are connected with interweaving points of the warps and the wefts, every two adjacent yarns on the same warp form a surface yarn unit, and the roots of the two yarns in the same surface yarn unit are connected through a connecting line.
2. A wool-like fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the yarns are integrally formed with the connecting yarns.
3. The wool-like fabric according to claim 1, wherein the warp threads, the weft threads, the yarns and the connecting threads are silk threads made of terylene.
