The surfactant pairs used in the above examples 1 to 3 are very mild, have little irritation to the human body, do not have sensitization, toxicity, inheritance, carcinogenicity, hemolytic property and the like to the human body, have high safety factor for human skin contact, and do not have negative effects on human health. And the components have good foaming performance and better cleaning performance. Therefore, one or more of the components are selected as the surfactant, so that the shampoo composition is mild and not irritant, does not cause negative effects on the health of human bodies, and has better foaming and cleaning performances.
The present inventors carried out mild evaluation with respect to the irritativeness of the surfactant by in vivo test (Invivotest) and ex vivo test (Invitrotest). The in-vivo test is mainly carried out on rabbit skin and rabbit eye mucosa, and the in-vitro test is carried out by simulating organisms with in-vitro cells or proteins, observing the effect of the surfactant on the in-vitro proteins or cells, and deducing the degree of the effect on the in-vivo tissues. The inventors distributed that the irritativeness of the surfactants was tested using the drialize rabbit eye mucosa test and the rebloodcorrbestest (rbctest). Tables 1 and 2 respectively list the results of irritation tests for some common surfactants.
TABLE 1 part surfactant and three phase Wash-Care combination maximum Draize concentration for Leporus mucosa of Draize Rabbit A three-stage shampoo composition of the invention is the composition described in example 2) |
Note: higher maximum concentrations of the tolerated stimulus indicate a milder system. |
TABLE 2 comparison of some surfactants with RBCTest results of a three-stage rinse-care composition of the invention (wherein the three stages of the invention Shampoo composition the composition described in example 2 |
Note: a higher L/D value for RBCTest represents lower stimulation. |
From table 1, it can be seen that: the highest concentration of the common surfactant for the shampoo is less than 30 percent and can reach 0.5 percent at least, while the highest concentration of the shampoo composition for the shampoo is 60.4 percent, and the stimulation index of the shampoo composition is half of the minimum stimulation index of the common shampoo surfactant, which shows that the common surfactant for the shampoo is relatively more irritant to human skin, and the shampoo for the shampoo has very low irritation to the human skin.
From table 2, it can be seen that: the L/D value of the surfactant generally used in the general shampoo was less than 200, while the L/D value of the shampoo composition of example 2 of the present invention was 330, which is more than 100, compared to the L/D value of the surfactant generally used in the general shampoo, indicating that the shampoo composition of the present invention has very low irritation and mild properties.
To further fully demonstrate the low irritation, foaming, pliability, and water usage of the present invention, the inventors prepared comparative examples 1-3 as shown in the following table, while also subjecting example 2 of the present invention and a commercially available shampoo A, B to the Draize rabbit eye mucosa test and RBCTest, respectively, and the results of the tests are shown in table 3.
