The conception, the specific structure and the technical effects of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings to fully understand the objects, the features and the effects of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The invention is further elucidated with reference to the drawing.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a cosmetic pencil, which comprises a pencil body 1, a pencil head 2, a pencil cap (not shown), and a pencil head 3, wherein a liquid storage cavity 11 is provided in the pencil body 1 for storing cosmetic liquid, the pencil head 2 is connected to the pencil body 1, the pencil cap covers the pencil head 2, and the pencil head 3 is disposed on the pencil head 2. It should be reminded that the cosmetic pen can adopt a water-guiding core structure, as shown in fig. 1, to convey the cosmetic liquid in the liquid storage cavity 11 to the brush head 3, and can also adopt other structures, such as a one-way valve structure.
The brush head 3 is composed of artificial bristles 31 and natural bristles 32, wherein the artificial bristles 31 are made of artificial fibers, the natural bristles 32 are made of animal hair, the artificial bristles 31 have the advantages of low production cost, various colors, stable quality, unlimited length, restorability, temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, antibacterial property, low possibility of mildew and the like, the natural bristles 32 have the advantages of durability, water resistance, static resistance, high temperature resistance, good elasticity and the like, the brush head 3 enables the artificial bristles and the natural bristles to complement each other, the stability is good, liquid can be discharged smoothly and does not leak, and a better using effect is achieved.
As shown in fig. 2, the artificial bristles 31 and the natural bristles 32 are mixed and combined in the same diameter and random ratio, and the mixing ratio can be adjusted according to requirements, so that the hardness of the brush head is different under the condition of realizing the same porosity, and the makeup is facilitated for users.
As a first alternative embodiment, as shown in figure 3, the artificial bristles 31 and the natural bristles 32 are mixed and combined in random proportions with different diameters, so that the mixing proportion can be adjusted according to requirements, and new porosity can be generated due to the different diameters, thereby being more convenient for a user to make up.
As a second alternative embodiment, as shown in figure 4, the artificial bristles 31 and the natural bristles 32 are combined in the same diameter of 1:1, the left part and the right part are respectively half, so that the left part and the right part of the brush head are different in hardness, and different cosmetic effects are achieved.
As shown in fig. 5, as a third alternative embodiment, the artificial bristles 31 and the natural bristles 32 are combined in a ratio of 1:1 with different diameters, the ratio of the artificial bristles to the natural bristles is half of the ratio of the natural bristles to the natural bristles, new porosity is generated, the liquid outlet effect is changed, and different cosmetic effects are achieved.
The liquid outlet fluency and the liquid leakage performance of the cosmetic pen are tested, the cosmetic pen adopts a water diversion core structure, the artificial bristles and the natural bristles are uniformly mixed and combined in the same diameter of 1:1, the same batch of 8 samples are adopted, and after the samples are assembled, the liquid leakage test is firstly carried out, and then the liquid outlet fluency test is carried out.
Liquid outflow fluency test:
the instrument comprises the following steps: RH-01D type writing cyclograph, analytical balance and jig.
Conditions are as follows: a. the reaction is carried out at room temperature; b. the writing angle is vertical to 90 degrees; c. the writing speed is 60 dm/min; d. the deformation amount of the writing pressing is 0.3 mm; e. the formula of the cosmetic liquid usage rate is S-A/B100%, wherein S is the cosmetic liquid usage rate, A is the cosmetic liquid consumption amount, and B is the cosmetic liquid filling weight.
The method comprises the following steps: 1. firstly, numbering each empty cosmetic pen, weighing the empty cosmetic pen by using an analytical balance, recording the weight of the empty cosmetic pen (the pen cap and the pen body are numbered for preventing errors), and filling cosmetic liquid with fixed weight to form a test sample; 2. firstly, mounting paper on a writing cyclograph, then placing a jig on the paper, assembling a test sample on a single-tube jig, fixing the test sample at a central position by using three small screws, and adjusting the test sample to the same height by using a plane jig; 3. opening a main switch of the writing cyclograph, opening a writing recorder cover, pressing a writing length zero resetting button to reset the writing length recorder to zero, setting the writing speed to be 60dm/min, and starting a scribing test by pressing a starting switch; 4. stopping for 5 minutes according to a temporary rule when each time of drawing 10 meters, recording the consumption of the cosmetic liquid, then intermittently drawing the lines until no water is discharged, terminating the test, and recording the result.
Liquid leakage test:
the instrument comprises the following steps: an adhesive tape.
Conditions are as follows: : a. the test sample is not marked in the effluent fluency test; b. the test sample filled with the cosmetic liquid needs to be placed for 24 hours at normal temperature; c. the test time was 5 minutes; e. avoid strong air outlets, such as the air outlet of an air conditioner, the air outlets of an electric fan and doors and windows.
The method comprises the following steps: 1. before testing, the test sample is checked to ensure that the test sample is qualified; 2. firstly, coding a test sample with a number, then vertically fixing the test sample on a wall by using an adhesive tape, and padding absorbent paper on the lower surface of the test sample; 3. pulling off the pen cap, and starting timing; 4. the test was carried out for five minutes and the results were recorded.
The results of both tests are given in the following table:
