step S10, sending a heartbeat packet to a server at regular time, wherein the server determines the current use time length of the television according to the receiving condition of the heartbeat packet, and sends a vision protection control instruction to the television when the current use time length is greater than or equal to a first time length;
and step S20, executing a preset eyesight protection control scheme when receiving the eyesight protection control instruction sent by the server.
Along with the popularization of electronic equipment such as televisions, tablet computers, mobile phones and the like, people have more and more time to use the electronic equipment. The incidence of myopia has increased dramatically in recent years due to the use of electronic devices for extended periods of time. Especially in the child stage, the use duration of the electronic device cannot be controlled due to poor self-continence, which leads to the increasing incidence of myopia in children.
In the related art, myopia is caused in order to prevent children from watching television for a long time. The user is generally required to manually set the television to be turned off at regular intervals. The television is automatically closed after reaching the time point of timing shutdown. This has the disadvantage of cumbersome television control procedures.
In order to solve the above-mentioned defects of the related art and to further simplify the control steps of the television set eyesight protection, an embodiment of the present invention provides a television set, and the television set implements the control method of the television set provided by the present invention to achieve the effect of simplifying the control steps of the television set.
As an alternative embodiment, the television set comprises a network interface and a user interface. Wherein the user interface is for interacting with a user. The network interface is used for carrying out network communication with the background server. The Network interface may include a WAN (Wide Area Network) interface and/or a WiFi interface.
Further, in this embodiment, the television may send a heartbeat packet to a server at regular time, where the server determines the time length of the use of the television this time according to a receiving condition of the heartbeat packet, and sends a vision protection control instruction to the television when the time length of the use is greater than or equal to a first time length.
In particular, the television may detect its own status, wherein the status may comprise a use status. Namely, when the television is performing playing, selecting the playing content and other using events, the television is judged to be in the using state. When the television is in a use state, the heartbeat packet can be sent to the server at regular time, namely, the heartbeat packet is sent to the server once every preset time interval. When the server receives the heartbeat packet, the television can be judged to be still in the use state. The preset time length can be automatically set according to information such as equipment parameters and network parameters, and can also be set as a fixed value. For example, it may be set to any one of values of 30s to 90 s. Of course, in different application scenarios, other ranges of values may be set. This embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
Optionally, the server determines the time duration of the current use of the television according to the receiving condition of the heartbeat packet. The implementation can be according to the following scheme.
Firstly, a server is provided with a timer, and when the server receives a new strip pack for the first time, the timer starts to time. The timer then continuously updates the count value according to the natural clock. And when the server detects that the heartbeat packet is not received at a preset time threshold, controlling the timer to stop timing. The preset time threshold may be set to be greater than or equal to a time interval of sending the heartbeat packet by the television. The initial timing value of the timer may be set to the time interval of the heartbeat packet sent by the television terminal (so as to avoid that the timing result is not synchronous with the time duration of the television time due to the time delay of the first heartbeat packet), or set to 0.
And secondly, a heartbeat packet counting zone bit can be set, and the counting value of the zone bit is increased by one when each heartbeat packet is received. And when the server detects that the heartbeat packet is not received at a preset time threshold, acquiring the counting value of the zone bit. And then determining the use duration according to the technical value and the time interval of sending the heartbeat packet by the television end.
Further, after the server determines the current use time of the television, when the current use time is greater than or equal to the first time, a vision protection control instruction is sent to the television. The first duration is user-defined or a fixed value defined by a system. For example, 50 minutes may be set. Alternatively, any value within 30min to 150min of minutes can be set by the user.
When the television receives the eyesight protection control instruction sent by the server, a preset example protection control scheme can be executed. Therefore, after the time length of the user using the television is greater than or equal to the preset time length, the user can be reminded of paying attention to eye fatigue, and myopia caused by overuse of eyes is avoided.
Specifically, the television may execute a preset eyesight protection action when receiving an eyesight protection control instruction sent by the server, and then stop executing the preset eyesight protection action when a quit condition is satisfied, where the preset eyesight protection action includes any one of:
controlling the television to display a preset screen saver interface;
controlling the television to enter a standby mode;
and outputting voice prompt to prompt attention to eye fatigue.
Example 1, when the television receives the eyesight protection control instruction, the television is controlled to display a preset screen protection interface. The screen saver interface can be set by a user in a self-defined way, and a picture acquisition picture is used as the screen saver interface. Or the screen saver interface can be used according to a preset screen saver pattern of the television. For example, a standard vision test chart may be displayed as the mask interface, an eye care operation painting may be displayed as a screen saver interface, and a vision protection animation or a vision protection prompt pattern may be displayed as a screen saver interface. The specific display content of the screen saver interface is not limited in this embodiment. And then when the exit condition is met, exiting the display screen saver interface and entering a normal television play mode.
Example 2, when the television receives the eyesight protection control instruction, the television may be controlled to enter the standby mode, and when an exit condition is satisfied, the television exits the standby mode. And entering a normal play mode.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the exit condition for stopping the eyesight protection action may be set to that the accumulated execution time of the preset eyesight protection action is greater than or equal to a second time; and/or receiving legitimate unlock data.
Specifically, when the television starts executing the eyesight protection control scheme, the execution of the eyesight protection control scheme is stopped only when the above-mentioned exit condition is satisfied. Example 1: and when the television detects that the accumulated execution time of the preset eyesight protection action is greater than or equal to the second time, judging that the quitting condition is met. The second time length can be set in a self-defined mode and can be set to any value from 3min to 30 min. For example, set to 10 min. Example 2: when the television executes the eyesight protection action, the television can receive an unlocking control instruction sent by a user. After receiving the unlocking control instruction, an unlocking password acquisition interface can be output, unlocking data is acquired through the unlocking password acquisition interface, and then, when the unlocking data is received and is prestored legal unlocking data, the vision protection action is stopped.
It should be noted that the television is set to be capable of releasing the eyesight protection action only when the quit condition is met, so that the problem that the eyesight protection action cannot be played due to the fact that children can rapidly release the eyesight protection action due to the lack of self-control in the television using process can be avoided.
Alternatively, in some embodiments, the television may send a query to the server before needing to end the eyesight protection action. And after receiving the inquiry information, the server determines the accumulated time length of the non-received heartbeat packet, and sends an exit instruction to the television when the accumulated time length of the non-received heartbeat packet is greater than the second time length. And the television executes the step of exiting the eyesight protection action after receiving the proposed instruction. Therefore, the phenomenon that the user stops the timing action of the television set in a mode of power-off or power-off to enter a normal playing state can be further avoided.
Optionally, in other embodiments, to avoid the phenomenon that the user enters the normal play state by terminating the timing action of the television through a power-off or power-off mode. And a power storage device can be additionally arranged in the television, so that the timing can still be carried out after the power is off.
It should be noted that, when the server detects that the time length during which the heartbeat packet stops being received is greater than or equal to the second time length, the server may restart the timing of the time length of this use. Namely, the time length used this time is initialized. Otherwise, when the heartbeat packet is received again, the service duration value is not initialized.
Optionally, in some embodiments, in order that the server may distinguish between a plurality of different television terminals, the television terminals may also be provided with a login function. Namely, the television can display a login interface, acquire login data through the login interface, and then send the login data to the server for the server. This allows the server to distinguish between different television terminals based on the login data. And based on the login data, playing information (such as playing duration, playing content and the like) of the television is determined according to a playing request and the like of the television end corresponding to the login data in the server, so that the effects of collecting user use data and/or synchronizing the user playing data to other terminals such as a mobile phone, a tablet and the like are achieved.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, the television set may send a heartbeat packet to the server at regular time, where the server determines the time length of the television set used this time according to the receiving condition of the heartbeat packet, sends a vision protection control instruction to the television set when the time length of the television set used this time is greater than or equal to a first time length, and then executes a preset vision protection control scheme when receiving the vision protection control instruction sent by the server. Therefore, the television can automatically judge the opportunity of entering the eyesight protection state without frequent manual setting by a user, and the effect of simplifying the control steps of the television is achieved. Meanwhile, the timing function is arranged on the server, so that the phenomenon that the timing function terminal is caused by power-off operation or other operations of a user when the timing function is arranged on the television end is avoided.
Optionally, based on the above embodiment, in another embodiment, when a preset condition is satisfied, the step S10 is executed, where the preset condition includes:
receiving a control instruction for entering a vision protection mode;
and the current user of the television is the target user.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the experience of the user in using the television, it is avoided that the television frequently enters the eyesight protection mode in the process that the user needs to use the television normally, so that the user's enjoyment is reduced. It is also possible to perform steps S10 through S20 only when the television satisfies the preset condition. For example, when a user is showing a PPT for speech through a television, or when the user is playing a promotional advertisement through the television, it is generally undesirable for the television to stop playing and enter a vision protection action.
Specifically, when the television receiver can be set to operate in the eyesight protection mode, the steps S10 to S20 are performed. Namely, when the television is detected to enter the eyesight protection mode or a control instruction for entering the eyesight protection mode is received, the preset condition is judged to be met.
Alternatively, in some application scenarios, a typical adult may automatically pay attention to vision protection while using a television. Without the need for a reminder. However, when a child uses a television, the child ignores physical warnings due to eye strain, for example, because of the attraction of the television content or the self-control.
In this embodiment, when the current user of the television is the target user, it may be determined that the preset condition is satisfied.
Example 1, a television may be provided with an image capture device, so that the television may capture image data of a current user who normally uses the television at present through the image capture device. When the image data is acquired, the user characteristics of the currently used user can be acquired based on the image data. Wherein the user features comprise body type features and/or face features. It is understood that, since children and adults generally have great differences in body types and certain differences in facial contour features, whether a user currently in use is a child can be determined by body type features and/or facial features. As an alternative embodiment, the corresponding body shape features and/or face features of the child may be pre-saved in the television. After the user characteristics of the currently used user are acquired, whether the user characteristics of the currently used user are matched with the preset characteristics or not can be determined. If so, judging the current user as the child.
Example 2, in some scenarios, a teenager also needs to do vision protection, but it is likely that the teenager's body shape and facial contour are already close to adults. Therefore, in order to avoid misjudgment, the face image of the object needing example protection can be recorded and stored in advance as the preset feature. And then or currently using a face image of the user as a user feature. And if the two are matched, the current user of the television is judged as the target user.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, different target users may also be identified by setting different preset features. In addition, the process identified by the user can also be arranged at the server side. Namely, after the television is set to acquire the image data, the image data is uploaded to the server. And the server feeds back the identification result so that the television can determine whether the preset condition is met according to the identification result. Or after the server determines the identification result, if the identification result is that the current user of the television uses the user as the target user, the server sends a control instruction for entering the eyesight protection mode to the television, so that the television receives the control instruction for entering the eyesight protection mode and judges that the preset condition is met.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, when the preset condition is satisfied, the step of sending the heartbeat packet to the server at regular time is executed, so that the effect of improving the use comfort of the television is achieved.
Optionally, based on any one of the above embodiments, in a further embodiment, the method for controlling a television further includes:
acquiring a spacing distance between a current user of the television and the television, and/or a watching angle of the current user; and executing the preset eyesight protection control scheme when the spacing distance is less than or equal to a preset distance and/or the viewing angle is abnormal.
In this embodiment, the television is provided with a distance measuring device, which may be an infrared distance measuring device and/or a radar distance measuring device, etc. So that the television can acquire the separation distance between the user and the television.
Referring to fig. 3, a normal viewing area and an abnormal viewing area of the television may be determined according to the size of a vertical distance between a user and the television. Because when the viewing distance is too close, it is easy to cause a phenomenon that the user is near sighted. As shown in fig. 3, when viewed in position a, the user is spaced a distance L1 from the television. The separation distance L1 is less than the preset separation distance Lb, and therefore, the television can be controlled to execute the preset eyesight protection control scheme. For example, a prompt message is broadcasted by voice to prompt the user to watch too close.
Referring to fig. 4, when the user is in the normal viewing zone, the position thereof is in the normal viewing zone corresponding to the angle θ 1. When the display device is in the abnormal viewing area, the position of the display device is in the abnormal viewing area corresponding to the included angle theta 2 and the included angle theta 3. Therefore, the viewing position of the user can be determined first by the radar scanning device or the image positioning device.
