Core drilling is a drilling method and process aimed at obtaining a core of a rock, and is an important component of drilling engineering. Core drilling is a vital process method in activities such as oil and gas exploration drilling (including conventional petroleum and natural gas, shale gas, natural gas hydrate and the like), geothermal drilling, hot dry rock drilling, scientific drilling and the like. The core bit is an important part in the core drilling process, and the performance of the core bit directly influences the core drilling effect.
The welding method for machining the core bit is an important core bit machining method, particularly the machining of the core bit with a large diameter, and the welding technology is widely applied. Most of the traditional insert welding type core drill bits only comprise one cutting block (diamond sintered body, PDC, hard alloy or mixture of PDC and diamond sintered body), and the adaptability to the stratum is narrow. With the increase of well depth, in order to reduce the extra work load of tripping, the core bit is generally required to have broad spectrum, i.e. the core bit is required to have higher efficiency in various formations of soft-medium-hard type. The structural form of the traditional drill bit is difficult to meet the requirements.
In addition, traditional welding-on type coring bit, the face of weld uses plane and face of cylinder as the main, and the face of weld is few, and welded structure is simple, and welded fastness is relatively poor. During the core drilling process, the phenomenon that cutting teeth (or cutting blocks) fall off often occurs. The falling off of the cutting teeth (or cutting blocks) seriously affects the efficiency of coring drilling and even causes serious downhole accidents.
Therefore, there is a high demand for a new core drill in the market to solve the above problems.

In this embodiment, a plurality of stepped through holes are formed in the direction from the second end to the first end of the drill rigid body 3, the diameter of the stepped through holes is gradually reduced, and the stepped through holes on the side of the second end are provided with internal threads, so that the drill rigid body is fixedly connected with the coring tool through the internal threads on the stepped through holes.
