A mobile phone packaging box conveying device for electronic products is disclosed, as shown in figures 1-7, and comprises a workbench 1, a mounting plate 2, a motor 3, a first bearing seat 4, a first connecting rod 5, a hollow sleeve 6, a second bearing seat 7, a rotating rod 8, a cylinder 9, a blanking pipe 11, a driving chain roller 13, a driven chain roller 14 and a conveying chain belt 15, wherein the mounting plate 2 is symmetrically connected with the front and the back of the top of the workbench 1, the motor 3 is installed on the front upper part of the rear mounting plate 2, the first bearing seat 4 is installed on the rear upper part of the front mounting plate 2, two first connecting rods 5 are connected with the inner upper part of the mounting plate 2, the hollow sleeve 6 is connected between the four first connecting rods 5, a discharge port 16 is arranged at the bottom of the hollow sleeve 6, the second bearing seats 7 are symmetrically installed on the front and back sides in the hollow sleeve 6, the rotating rod 8 is connected in the, install drum 9 on the bull stick 8, drum 9 is located hollow sleeve 6, and open at drum 9 top has recess 10, and hollow sleeve 6 top is connected with unloading pipe 11, and unloading pipe 11 communicates with each other with hollow sleeve 6, and unloading pipe 11 left side is opened has opening 12, and rear side upper portion installs drive chain roller 13 in opening 12, and driven chain roller 14 is installed to rear side lower part rotary type in opening 12, is connected with between driven chain roller 14 and the drive chain roller 13 and carries chain belt 15.
Also comprises a bulge 17, a guide rod 18, a roller 19, a first spring 20 and a connecting rod 22, second connecting rod 23, push rod 24, ejector pad 25, slider 27 and connecting block 28, the cylinder 9 right side is connected with arch 17, open on the left of hollow sleeve 6 has through-hole 21, be equipped with guide arm 18 in the through-hole 21, gyro wheel 19 is installed to guide arm 18 right-hand member, the cover has first spring 20 on the guide arm 18, the left end of first spring 20 is connected with hollow sleeve 6 interior left side, the articulated connecting rod 22 that is connected with of guide arm 18 left end, the articulated push rod 24 that is connected with of connecting rod 22 end, push rod 24 right-hand member is connected with ejector pad 25, hollow sleeve 6 left side sub-unit connection has second connecting rod 23, the articulated connection in second connecting rod 23 left end and the middle part in connecting rod 22 right side, open on workstation 1 top left side has spout 26, the slidingtype is equipped with slider 27 in the spout 26.
Still including first belt pulley 29, riser 30, second belt pulley 31, flat belt 32, cam 33, connecting plate 34, T type pole 36, second spring 37 and clamp plate 38, bull stick 8 forward-mounted has first belt pulley 29, 1 top right side of workstation is connected with riser 30, the second belt pulley 31 is installed to riser 30 front side upper portion rotary type, second belt pulley 31 and first belt pulley 29 are connected through flat belt 32, cam 33 is installed to second belt pulley 31 front side, riser 30 front side sub-unit connection has connecting plate 34, it has guide hole 35 to open in the middle part of connecting plate 34, be equipped with T type pole 36 in the guide hole 35, be connected with second spring 37 between T type pole 36 interior top and the connecting plate 34 top, second spring 37 is located the T type pole 36 outside, T type pole 36 bottom is connected with clamp plate 38.
The novel spring clamp further comprises a third spring 39 and a rubber block 40, the bottom of the pressing plate 38 is connected with the two third springs 39, and the tail ends of the two third springs 39 are connected with the rubber block 40.
The novel worktable is characterized by further comprising a sponge block 41 and baffles 42, the sponge block 41 is connected to the inner wall of the groove 10, and the two baffles 42 are connected to the right side of the top of the worktable 1.
The working principle is as follows: an operator starts the driving chain roller 13 to rotate positively to drive the conveying chain belt 15 to rotate positively, then the mobile phone packaging box is reversely placed into the discharging pipe 11, the mobile phone packaging box is conveyed into the groove 10 through the conveying chain belt 15, meanwhile, the operator starts the motor 3 to rotate slowly in the reverse direction to drive the rotating rod 8 to rotate slowly in the reverse direction, so that the cylinder 9 is driven to rotate slowly in the reverse direction, and the groove 10 rotates slowly in the reverse direction. When the groove 10 slowly rotates reversely to the bottom of the cylinder 9, the mobile phone packaging box falls onto the workbench 1 through the discharge hole 16, and an operator can take out the mobile phone packaging box.
Because the device also comprises the bulge 17, the guide rod 18, the roller 19, the first spring 20, the connecting rod 22, the second connecting rod 23, the push rod 24, the push block 25, the slide block 27 and the connecting block 28, the right side of the cylinder 9 is connected with a protrusion 17, the left side of the hollow sleeve 6 is provided with a through hole 21, a guide rod 18 is arranged in the through hole 21, a roller 19 is installed at the right end of the guide rod 18, a first spring 20 is sleeved on the guide rod 18, the left end of the first spring 20 is connected with the left side of the hollow sleeve 6, the left end of the guide rod 18 is hinged with a connecting rod 22, the tail end of the connecting rod 22 is hinged with a push rod 24, the right end of the push rod 24 is connected with a push block 25, the lower portion of the left side of the hollow sleeve 6 is connected with a second connecting rod 23, the left end of the second connecting rod 23 is hinged with the middle portion of the right side of the connecting rod 22, the left side of the top. When the motor 3 slowly rotates reversely to drive the cylinder 9 to slowly rotate reversely, the protrusion 17 is driven to slowly rotate reversely, when the protrusion 17 is in contact with the roller 19, the roller 19 moves leftwards to drive the guide rod 18 to move leftwards, the guide rod 18 moves leftwards to drive the connecting rod 22 to swing, the connecting rod 22 swings to drive the push rod 24 to move rightwards, so that the push block 25 is driven to move rightwards to push out the mobile phone packaging box falling on the workbench 1, and an operator can better take out the mobile phone packaging box. When the protrusion 17 is disengaged from the roller 19, the roller 19 is reset to the right under the action of the first spring 20, so that the guide rod 18 is driven to reset to the right, the push block 25 is reset to the left, and thus, the working efficiency can be improved.
Because still including first belt pulley 29, the riser 30, second belt pulley 31, flat belt 32, the cam 33, connecting plate 34, T type pole 36, second spring 37 and clamp plate 38, the first belt pulley 29 is installed to bull stick 8 forward portion, 1 top right side of workstation is connected with riser 30, the second belt pulley 31 is installed to riser 30 front side upper portion rotary type, second belt pulley 31 and first belt pulley 29 are connected through flat belt 32, cam 33 is installed to second belt pulley 31 front side, riser 30 front side sub-unit connection has connecting plate 34, connecting plate 34 middle part is opened has guide hole 35, be equipped with T type pole 36 in the guide hole 35, be connected with second spring 37 between T type pole 36 inner top and the connecting plate 34 top, second spring 37 is located the T type pole 36 outside, T type pole 36 bottom is connected with clamp plate 38. The operator places the cover of the mobile phone packaging box on the mobile phone packaging box and then places the mobile phone packaging box right under the pressing plate 38. When the motor 3 slowly rotates reversely to drive the rotating rod 8 to slowly rotate reversely, the first belt pulley 29 is driven to slowly rotate reversely, the flat belt 32 drives the second belt pulley 31 to slowly rotate reversely, so as to drive the cam 33 to rotate reversely, the cam 33 continuously pushes the T-shaped rod 36, the T-shaped rod 36 moves up and down under the action of the second spring 37, so as to drive the pressing plate 38 to move up and down, and the pressing plate 38 presses the mobile phone packaging box cover, so that the mobile phone packaging box cover is matched with the mobile phone packaging box.
Because the device also comprises a third spring 39 and a rubber block 40, two third springs 39 are connected to the bottom of the pressure plate 38, and the rubber block 40 is connected to the tail ends of the two third springs 39. The rubber block 40 prevents the cell phone case from being crushed by the pressing plate 38.
Because still including sponge piece 41 and baffle 42, the recess 10 inner wall is connected with sponge piece 41, and workstation 1 top right side is connected with two baffles 42. The sponge block 41 can prevent the mobile phone packaging box from being scratched, and the baffle 42 can prevent the mobile phone packaging box from falling to the ground.

A mobile phone packaging box conveying device for electronic products is characterized by comprising a workbench (1), a mounting plate (2), a motor (3), a first bearing seat (4), first connecting rods (5), hollow sleeves (6), a second bearing seat (7), a rotating rod (8), a cylinder (9), a discharging pipe (11), a driving chain roller (13), a driven chain roller (14) and a conveying chain belt (15), wherein the front part and the rear part of the top of the workbench (1) are symmetrically connected with the mounting plate (2), the motor (3) is installed on the upper part of the front side of the rear mounting plate (2), the first bearing seat (4) is installed on the upper part of the rear side of the front mounting plate (2), the two first connecting rods (5) are connected on the upper part of the inner side of the mounting plate (2), the hollow sleeves (6) are connected among the four first connecting rods (5), and a discharging hole (, second bearing blocks (7) are symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side in the hollow sleeve (6), rotating rods (8) are connected in the second bearing blocks (7) and the first bearing blocks (4), the rear ends of the rotating rods (8) are connected with an output shaft of a motor (3), cylinders (9) are arranged on the rotating rods (8), the cylinders (9) are located in the hollow sleeve (6), grooves (10) are formed in the tops of the cylinders (9), a discharging pipe (11) is connected to the tops of the hollow sleeve (6), the discharging pipe (11) is communicated with the hollow sleeve (6), an opening (12) is formed in the left side of the discharging pipe (11), a driving chain roller (13) is arranged on the upper portion of the inner rear side of the opening (12), a driven chain roller (14) is arranged on the lower portion of the inner rear side of the opening (12) in a rotating mode, and a conveying chain belt (15).

The mobile phone packaging box conveying equipment for the electronic products as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a protrusion (17), a guide rod (18), a roller (19), a first spring (20), a connecting rod (22), a second connecting rod (23), a push rod (24), a push block (25), a slider (27) and a connecting block (28), wherein the protrusion (17) is connected to the right side of the cylinder (9), a through hole (21) is formed in the left side of the hollow sleeve (6), the guide rod (18) is arranged in the through hole (21), the roller (19) is installed at the right end of the guide rod (18), the first spring (20) is sleeved on the guide rod (18), the left end of the first spring (20) is connected to the left side in the hollow sleeve (6), the left end of the guide rod (18) is hinged to the connecting rod (22), the tail end of the connecting rod (22) is hinged to the push rod (24), the, hollow sleeve pipe (6) left side sub-unit connection has second connecting rod (23), and second connecting rod (23) left end is connected with connecting rod (22) right side middle part is articulated, and open on workstation (1) top left side has spout (26), and spout (26) internal sliding formula is equipped with slider (27), and slider (27) top is articulated to be connected with connecting block (28), and connecting block (28) top is articulated to be connected bottom push rod (24).

The mobile phone packaging box conveying equipment for the electronic products as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a first belt pulley (29), a vertical plate (30), a second belt pulley (31), a flat belt (32), a cam (33), a connecting plate (34), a T-shaped rod (36), a second spring (37) and a pressing plate (38), wherein the first belt pulley (29) is installed at the front part of the rotating rod (8), the vertical plate (30) is connected to the right side of the top of the workbench (1), the second belt pulley (31) is rotatably installed at the upper part of the front side of the vertical plate (30), the second belt pulley (31) is connected with the first belt pulley (29) through the flat belt (32), the cam (33) is installed at the front side of the second belt pulley (31), the connecting plate (34) is connected to the lower part of the front side of the vertical plate (30), a guide hole (35) is formed in the middle part of the connecting plate (34), the T-shaped, a second spring (37) is connected between the top of the T-shaped rod (36) and the top of the connecting plate (34), the second spring (37) is located on the outer side of the T-shaped rod (36), and the bottom end of the T-shaped rod (36) is connected with a pressing plate (38).

The mobile phone packaging box conveying equipment for the electronic products is characterized by further comprising third springs (39) and rubber blocks (40), wherein the two third springs (39) are connected to the bottom of the pressing plate (38), and the rubber blocks (40) are connected to the tail ends of the two third springs (39).
