Example 1
The embodiment of the invention provides a picture quality adjusting method, which is applied to an intelligent television and used for adjusting the display picture quality of the intelligent television, and can also be used for other products with display functions, such as tablet computers, mobile phones, handheld game machines and the like.
Referring to fig. 1, the image quality adjusting method of the present invention includes the following steps:
s101, obtaining a face image according to an acquired original image;
when the smart television is started, the image in the corresponding shooting range is automatically shot by the shooting equipment of the smart television, and the image can be defined as an original image, wherein the original image can comprise scene information in a preset range and face information of a user in the preset range. In order to perform targeted image quality adjustment according to the condition of a user, after an original image is acquired, face tracking detection is performed on the original image to obtain a face image corresponding to the user within the preset range.
The smart television can be configured with a high-definition camera, for example, a camera with more than 400 ten thousand pixels. After the camera acquisition function of the intelligent television is started, if audiences enter the shooting range of the camera, the camera can acquire original images. The acquired raw image information may include: static images, dynamic images, or images corresponding to different positions and different expressions of the viewer, etc. After the intelligent television acquires the image acquired by the camera, face tracking detection is carried out on the acquired original image, and a face image is acquired.
The scheme of automatically extracting the face image of the user does not need the audience to sit close to the camera carelessly, the audience can walk around, eat and chat as usual, the audience can well acquire the image to obtain the face image within the shooting range as long as the intelligent television is started, and the acquisition of the face image can be completed carelessly.
S102, determining personal information according to the face image;
the personal information includes, but is not limited to, country, skin color and age, and the facial image of the same audience and the personal information can be stored in the database in a corresponding and packaged mode in advance. When the viewer watches the television, the personal information stored correspondingly can be queried according to the face image acquired in the step S101.
Specifically, different countries have different skin colors, and people with black, yellow and white skin have different television display effects. For example, the television preferred by the population with skin of the asia-pacific color shows a white, red-penetrating complexion. Secondly, the favorite display styles of different individuals are different, for example, some people like the high-contrast and high-saturation European style, some people like the ancient style picture, and some people like the warm tone; moreover, the display effect suitable for the elderly, children and teenagers is different among people of different ages, for example, the teenagers and children need to pay attention to eyesight protection, and the elderly needs to pay attention to the adjustment of asthenopia due to some eye diseases.
In consideration of the difference between the individuals, the step S102 of confirming the personal information from the face image to adjust the image quality subsequently is important for achieving the personalized image quality adjustment effect.
S103, collecting light intensity information of the environment;
the display effect of the smart television is also influenced by the environment light intensity information such as the environment light brightness, and the environment light intensity information can be collected when the image quality is adjusted. Specifically, the ambient light intensity information is obtained by the ambient light sensor, and the ambient environment may be different environmental conditions such as sunny day, rainy day, and dark night when the television is watched daily.
When watching television in real life, people often see the television in sunny days and cannot see the television clearly due to too strong light intensity, or people like to turn off all lights at night to watch the film, but the environment of the black paint is easy to cause asthenopia, and the like. The viewing environment is important for the viewer, and the detection of the surrounding environment helps to provide the viewer with a better picture quality adjustment effect in consideration of the viewing environment.
Of course, in specific implementation, the execution steps of obtaining the image and the ambient light intensity information may not be limited, that is, the ambient light intensity information may be obtained first and then the image information may be obtained, or the image information and the ambient light intensity information may be obtained simultaneously and separately.
S104, acquiring corresponding image quality parameters by using an image quality matching database according to the personal information and the environmental light intensity information;
the corresponding relationship between the personal information and the image quality parameters corresponding to different users may be stored in a database in advance, and the corresponding relationship between the environmental light intensity information and the image quality parameters may be stored in the database, which may be defined as an image quality matching database.
The image quality parameters corresponding to the personal information comprise at least one of contrast, color temperature, skin color and sharpness; the image quality parameters corresponding to the ambient light intensity information include: brightness. For example, the person having yellow skin color in the personal information has a color temperature of 12000k (kelvin) or more corresponding to the image quality parameter, that is, the person having yellow skin color is stored in the image quality matching database together with the person having the color temperature parameter of 12000k (kelvin) or more.
The ambient light information is stored in the image quality matching database in association with preset image quality parameters. For the brightness parameter in the ambient light intensity information, for example, when the ambient brightness in the daytime is 10,000 nits, the brightness range that the human eye can approximately distinguish is 200 to 20,000 nits, and the brightness below 200 nits is also perceived as black, i.e. the corresponding ambient brightness parameter is set to be more than 200 nits. And when the night environment is 30 nits, the distinguishable brightness range is 1-200 nits, namely the corresponding brightness parameter is set between 1-200 nits, and the specific brightness parameter can also consider the influence of personal information.
The image quality parameters are stored in association with personal information and ambient light intensity information. The effect of quickly searching the matching parameters can be realized by establishing the database.
The process of acquiring the corresponding image quality parameters by using the image quality matching database according to the personal information and the environmental light intensity information is realized by a server, specifically, the personal information and the environmental light intensity information are sent to the server; and receiving the image quality parameters which are matched and acquired by the server by utilizing the image quality matching database.
And S105, automatically adjusting the display effect of the smart television according to the image quality parameters.
The picture quality parameter refers to a PQ parameter, that is, an image quality parameter, which is a very important quality parameter of screen picture quality, and the parameter almost includes all display effects, specifically includes specific parameters such as color temperature, brightness, contrast, sharpness, skin color, and the like, wherein the contrast refers to the measurement of different brightness levels between the brightest white and the darkest black in a bright and dark area in an image, and is very critical to the influence of the contrast on the visual effect, and generally, the larger the contrast is, the clearer and more striking the image is, the clearer and more beautiful color is, and the smaller the contrast is, so that the whole picture is grayed; color temperature is a unit of measure indicating the color components contained in the light, and the lower the color temperature, the warmer (reddish) the hue; the higher the color temperature, the colder the hue (bluish); sharpness, sometimes also called "sharpness", is an indicator that reflects the sharpness of the image plane and the sharpness of the edges of the image, and the higher the sharpness, the higher the contrast of details on the image plane and the clearer the appearance.
And according to the adjustment of the image quality parameters, the display of different image quality display effects is realized.
According to the image quality adjusting method provided by the embodiment of the application, the intelligent television obtains the face image according to the collected original image, and then determines the personal information of the audience according to the face image; simultaneously acquiring ambient light intensity information; and acquiring corresponding image quality parameters by using an image quality matching database according to the personal information of the audience and the ambient light intensity information, and finally automatically adjusting the display effect of the intelligent television according to the image quality parameters. The intelligent television image quality adjusting method has the advantages that the intelligent television image quality is intelligently adjusted by considering the factors of different watching subjects and objective environments according to the difference of the watching subjects and the watching environments of the intelligent television, the excellent television display effect is provided, the requirements of people of different ages, skin colors and countries can be met, adjustment can be made according to the different requirements of the subjects, and the individual requirements of different audiences are greatly met.
On the basis of the above embodiment, specifically, when actually performing S102, determining personal information according to the face image includes two implementation manners, and the first implementation manner may be to determine personal information according to the face image, and perform skin color recognition on the face image to determine skin color of a corresponding viewer;
and secondly, comparing the face image with a pre-stored user image to determine identity information corresponding to the face image, and determining the skin color of the corresponding audience according to the identity information.
In the process of determining the personal information according to the face image, if the audience has prestored and perfected the personal information, the face is compared with the prestored user image to determine the identity information of the user. If the audience does not pre-store personal information, determining the skin color of the current audience according to the acquired face image, and then adjusting the image quality according to the skin color.
In a specific implementation process, the steps can better meet the requirement of the adjustment of the watching image quality of different subjects, and if a user has preset personal customized favorite parameter values, the user can directly adjust the parameters according to the prestored data. If the user has not preset, the system can still provide the user with a proper viewing effect.
In addition, in S101, if a plurality of face images are obtained according to the original image, the comparing the face images with pre-stored user images to determine identity information corresponding to the face images, and determining the skin color of the corresponding viewer according to the identity information includes:
comparing each face image with a pre-stored user image to determine identity information corresponding to each face image;
determining the audience with the highest priority according to the preset priority of each identity information;
the skin color of the viewer of the highest priority is taken as the personal information.
In specific implementation, the determination of the viewer with the highest priority may be based on the degree of perfection of the identity information, for example, the user with the preset identity information has a higher priority than the user without the preset identity information, the television end server transmits the result of the image information comparison to the television terminal control system, and the television system automatically calls the image quality parameter suitable for the best viewing of the user according to the obtained user information; or the determination of the audience with the highest priority can be adjusted by using the image quality parameters suitable for the population with the skin color according to the population with more skin color in the personal information identified by the acquired face image.
In addition, in order to adjust to the favorite effect of most people, the default suitable image quality parameters are performed for the countries set by the user in the OSD menu country according to the families that the user can select in the OSD menu country as required, so as to meet the favorite effect of most users.
In the implementation, the steps can provide the most suitable and optimal picture quality display under the condition of facing a plurality of audiences and a single audience.
