Referring to fig. 8, the power assembly 46 further includes a rack 462, a gear 463 and a rotating shaft 464, wherein the rack 462 is fixedly disposed on the first mounting plate 31 of the mounting portion 30, the rotating shaft 464 is movably connected to an inner side wall of the cabinet 10, the gear 463 is disposed on the rotating shaft 464 and is engaged with the gear 463, and the traction wheel 461 is fixedly disposed on one side of the rotating shaft 464 close to the inner side wall of the cabinet 10. Optionally, the rotating shaft 464 may be rotatably connected to the inner side wall of the cabinet 10. The number of gear 463 can be two to the setting is close to the both sides of cabinet 10 inner wall at pivot 464, and correspondingly, the several of rack 462 is two, has both made things convenient for drawer body 20 drive pivot 464, can avoid drawer body 20 to rock again, guarantees the stability of being connected between drawer body 20 and the gear 463.
Alternatively, when the drawer body 20 is drawn out of the cabinet 10, the traction wheel 461 is driven by the rotating shaft 464 to rotate counterclockwise, and the second traction member 44 is gradually wound on the traction wheel 461. When the drawer body 20 is pushed into the cabinet 10, the traction wheel 461 rotates clockwise under the driving of the rotating shaft 464, and the second traction member 44 gradually leaves the traction wheel 461 under the traction of the second mounting plate 32.
It will be appreciated that the second mounting plate 32 is at the same angle as the first mounting plate 31, and the higher the height of the second fulcrum 45, the shorter the length of the drawer body 20 drawn out of the cabinet 10. Therefore, in order to minimize the length of the drawer body 20 drawn out of the cabinet 10, the height of the second fulcrum 45 is greater than the height of the outer panel 23 in the height direction of the cabinet.
In some optional embodiments, a side surface of the outer plate 23 close to the second mounting plate 32 is provided with a stopper 24, and when the first mounting plate 31 and the second mounting plate 32 are located on the same plane, the second mounting plate 32 abuts against the stopper 24, so that the stability of the second mounting plate 32 can be increased, and the bearing capacity of the second mounting plate 32 can be improved.
It can be understood that the first fulcrum 42 and the second fulcrum 45 are both disposed at a position close to the front side plate 21 of the drawer body 20, so that the first mounting plate 31 and the second mounting plate 32 can be connected at a predetermined angle when the drawer body 20 is not completely pulled out of the cabinet 10.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of an installation portion in a drawer type switch cabinet according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 9, in some alternative embodiments, a plurality of mounting holes are provided on each of the first mounting plate 31 and the second mounting plate 32, and the electrical components are fixed to the first mounting plate 31 and the second mounting plate 32 through the mounting holes. It can be understood that, the cubical switchboard is in the use, and the condition of changing electrical components or adjusting the electrical components position can appear, all sets up a plurality of mounting holes on first mounting panel 31 and second mounting panel 32, can pass through the mounting hole with electrical components and fix on first mounting panel 31 and second mounting panel 32, and then conveniently change electrical components or adjust electrical components's position. Alternatively, the electrical component may be fixedly connected to a mounting seat, and a protrusion disposed on the mounting seat and engaged with the mounting hole is provided on the mounting seat. In addition, the mounting holes can be arranged in a matrix mode, and the mounting seat is convenient to insert.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a rotating member in the drawer type switch cabinet according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 10, optionally, in order to reduce the friction between the first supporting point 42 and the first pulling element 41 and between the second supporting point 45 and the second pulling element 44, a rotating element 47 is sleeved on the first supporting point 42 and the second supporting point 45, so that the first pulling element 41 and the first supporting point 42 and the second supporting point 45 and the second pulling element 44 are connected in a sliding manner. Alternatively, the rotating member 47 may be a bearing member.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, various modifications may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the invention. In particular, the technical features mentioned in the embodiments can be combined in any way as long as there is no structural conflict. It is intended that the invention not be limited to the particular embodiments disclosed, but that the invention will include all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (9)
1. A drawer-type switchgear, comprising:
a cabinet body including a top plate;
the drawer body is connected to the inner side wall of the cabinet body in a sliding mode, the drawer body comprises a front side plate and a rear side plate which are opposite to each other, and an outer side plate arranged between the front side plate and the rear side plate, and the front side plate, the rear side plate and the outer side plate enclose a containing cavity;
the mounting part is used for fixing an electrical element and has an unfolding state and a bending state, the mounting part is arranged in the accommodating cavity and comprises a first mounting plate and a second mounting plate, the first mounting plate is close to the front side plate, the second mounting plate is far away from the front side plate, and the first mounting plate is movably connected with the second mounting plate;
when the drawer body is drawn out of the cabinet body, the mounting part is in a bent state, the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate form a preset angle, and the orthographic projection of the top plate in the height direction of the cabinet body covers the orthographic projection of the second mounting plate in the height direction of the cabinet body;
when the drawer body is pushed into the cabinet body, the mounting part is in an unfolded state, and the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are positioned on the same plane; further comprising:
the driving part comprises a first traction piece and a first fulcrum, the first traction piece is provided with a preset length, one end of the first traction piece is connected to one side face, far away from the first mounting plate, of the second mounting plate, the other end of the first traction piece is connected to one side face of the front side plate of the drawer body, the first fulcrum is arranged on the inner wall of the cabinet body, and the first fulcrum is connected with the first traction piece in a sliding mode;
the first traction piece comprises a first section and a second section, wherein the first traction piece between the front side plate and the first fulcrum is the first section, the first traction piece between the first fulcrum and the rear side plate is the second section, when the drawer body is drawn out of the cabinet body, the length of the first section of the first traction piece is gradually increased, the length of the second section is gradually shortened, and the preset angle between the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate is gradually reduced;
the number of the driving parts is two groups and the driving parts are respectively distributed on two sides of the outer side plate of the drawer body.
2. The drawer switch cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the height of the first fulcrum is greater than the height of the outer side plate in the height direction of the cabinet.
3. The drawer-type switch cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the driving portion further comprises an adjusting assembly, the adjusting assembly comprises a slide rail and a slider slidably connected to the slide rail, the slide rail is fixed to a side surface of the front side plate and extends along a height direction of the front side surface, and the first pulling member is connected to the slide rail through the slider;
the sliding block is provided with a limiting part so as to limit the sliding block at a preset position of the sliding rail.
4. The drawer-type switch cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein a rotating member is sleeved on the first fulcrum, and the first pulling member is slidably connected to the first fulcrum through the rotating member.
5. A drawer-type switchgear, comprising:
a cabinet body including a top plate;
the drawer body is connected to the inner side wall of the cabinet body in a sliding mode, the drawer body comprises a front side plate and a rear side plate which are opposite to each other, and an outer side plate arranged between the front side plate and the rear side plate, and the front side plate, the rear side plate and the outer side plate enclose a containing cavity;
the mounting part is used for fixing an electrical element, the mounting part has an unfolding state and a bending state, the mounting part is arranged in the accommodating cavity and comprises a first mounting plate and a second mounting plate, the first mounting plate is close to the front side plate, the second mounting plate is far away from the front side plate, and the first mounting plate is movably connected with the second mounting plate;
when the drawer body is pulled out of the cabinet body, the mounting part is in a bent state, the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate form a preset angle, and the orthographic projection of the top plate in the height direction of the cabinet body covers the orthographic projection of the second mounting plate in the height direction of the cabinet body;
when the drawer body is pushed into the cabinet body, the mounting part is in an unfolded state, and the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are positioned on the same plane; further comprising:
the driving part comprises a second traction piece, a second fulcrum and a power assembly, the second traction piece is provided with a preset length, one end of the second traction piece is connected to one side face, far away from the first mounting plate, of the second mounting plate, the other end of the second traction piece is connected to the power assembly, the second fulcrum is arranged on the inner wall of the cabinet body, the second fulcrum is in sliding connection with the second traction piece, the power assembly is arranged on one side, close to the mounting part, of the drawer body, and comprises a traction wheel, the other end of the second traction piece is connected to a rim of the traction wheel, and the traction wheel is driven by the drawer body;
the second traction piece comprises a first section and a second section, wherein the second traction piece between the front side plate and the second fulcrum is the first section, the second traction piece between the second fulcrum and the rear side plate is the second section, when the drawer body is drawn out of the cabinet body, the second traction piece is gradually wound on the traction wheel, the length of the second section is gradually shortened, and the preset angle between the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate is gradually reduced;
the number of the driving parts is two groups and the driving parts are respectively distributed on two sides of the outer side plate of the drawer body.

The drawer-type switch cabinet according to claim 5, wherein the power assembly further comprises a rack, a gear and a rotating shaft, the rack is fixedly disposed on the first mounting plate of the mounting portion, the rotating shaft is movably connected to the inner side wall of the cabinet body, the gear is disposed on the rotating shaft and engaged with the gear, and the traction wheel is fixedly disposed on one side of the rotating shaft close to the inner side wall of the cabinet body;
when the drawer body is drawn out of the cabinet body, the traction wheel rotates anticlockwise under the driving of the rotating shaft, and when the drawer body is pushed into the cabinet body, the traction wheel rotates clockwise under the driving of the rotating shaft.
7. The drawer switch cabinet as claimed in claim 5, wherein the height of the second fulcrum is greater than the height of the outer side plate in the height direction of the cabinet body.

The drawer-type switch cabinet as claimed in claim 1 or 5, wherein a stopper is disposed on a side surface of the outer panel adjacent to the second mounting plate, and when the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are located under the same plane, the second mounting plate abuts against the stopper.
9. The drawer-type switch cabinet according to claim 1 or 5, wherein a plurality of mounting holes are provided on each of the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate, and the electrical component is fixed to the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate through the mounting holes.
