There are some existing methods of inquiry, such as appointment inquiry, which are different from the traditional inquiry methods, such as appointment inquiry, and people make an appointment with a doctor through a network or a telephone, so as to avoid queuing, but in fact, in such a case that the next doctor is to face a large number of patients, the appointment method has no obvious effect; there is also a way of on-line inquiry, people describe their own disease through the network platform, and doctors give some suggestions, which has a great limitation, and patients cannot get professional and authoritative diagnosis, and further treatment cannot be performed without the doctor's prescription.
Hospitals need a reliable device and corresponding interrogation system to address these problems.
