本发明涉及杀菌技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用作杀真菌剂的二芳胺衍生物。
背景技术
病菌对作物,尤其是对于能够满足人类基本需求的粮食和纤维等农产品,如棉花,水稻,玉米,小麦,大豆等造成很大的损害。杀死或抑制病菌生长的同时避免或减少对作物的损害是一种改进农业生产的有效途径。因此需要不断开发更有效的新型杀菌剂。虽然中国专利CN109923111A报道了一种抗生素化合物,其化学式如下所示:
但是该类化合物与本专利化合物结构差别较大,并且该类结构仅用于细菌防治。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
为了满足农业上的要求,本发明提供了一种用作杀真菌剂的二芳胺衍生物,该化合物作为杀菌剂可有效控制霜霉病病菌、疫病、炭疽病、锈病病菌等引起的病害。

在本发明的二芳胺衍生物中,由于手性碳或氮连接不同的基团或取代基而可以形成立体异构体(分别以R和S来表示不同的构型)。本发明包括R型异构体和S型异构体及其任何比例的混合物。

卤素:指氟、氯、溴或碘。
烷基:直链、支链或环化烷基,例如甲基、乙基、丙基、异丙基、叔丁基或环丙基。

合成方法:
本发明的二芳胺衍生物可按照以下方法制备:
路线一、
L为F、Cl、Br等易离去基团。
根据上述反应方程式,在有碱或无碱存在的情况下,(式a)和取代哒嗪胺(式b)反应,所述反应优选使用溶剂。反应温度优选0至150℃,反应时间为30分钟至20小时,优选0.5~10小时。所述溶剂是对反应无直接影响的任何惰性溶剂,包括芳烃,如苯、甲苯和二甲苯;酮类,如丙酮甲乙酮和甲基异丁酮;卤代烃,如二氯甲烷、氯仿和二氯乙烷;脂类,如乙酸甲酯和乙酸乙酯;及极性溶剂,如四氢呋喃、乙腈、二噁烷、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲亚砜和吡啶。
所述的碱包括金属氢化物,如氢化钠;碱金属氢氧化物,如氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾;碱金属碳酸盐,如碳酸钠和碳酸钾;氨基钠;有机胺类,如吡啶和三乙胺。
为了在反应后分离二芳胺衍生物,在使用可溶于水的溶剂的情况下,减压蒸除所述溶剂,在所得残余物中加水,用不溶于水的芳香烃,如苯、甲苯和二甲苯;卤代烷烃如氯仿和二氯甲烷;以及酯类,如乙酸乙酯萃取上述残余物,并用饱和氯化钠水溶液冲洗萃取液,再用干燥剂如无水硫酸镁或无水硫酸钠干燥所得萃取液,然后减压除溶剂。当用不溶于水的溶剂时,则向反应混合物中加水,震荡分离,用饱和氯化钠水溶液冲洗所得有机层,再用干燥剂如无水硫酸镁或无水硫酸钠干燥,然后减压除溶剂。通过重结晶、悬浮和冲洗以及柱层析对所得残余物纯化处理,得到二芳胺衍生物。
作为合成二芳胺衍生物的中间体(式a)以及(式b),由市场购买得到。

本发明的二芳胺衍生物具有很好的杀菌活性,可有利地用于保护农业和园艺业重要的作物、家畜和种畜,以及人类常去的环境免于病菌的伤害。
进一步说,所述二芳胺衍生物用于制备防治真菌病害的杀菌剂。
所述真菌病害为霜霉病、白锈病、猝倒病、绵腐病、疫病、晚疫病、枯萎病、根腐病、立枯病、炭疽病、黄萎病、黑星病、灰霉病、褐斑病、黑斑病、斑枯病、早疫病、轮纹病、稻瘟病、锈病、黑穗病、白粉病或菌核病。
为获得理想效果,化合物的用量因各种因素而改变,例如所用化合物、被保护的作物、有害生物的类型、感染程度、气候条件、施药方法、采用的剂型。
每公顷10克-1000克的二芳胺衍生物剂量能提供充分的防治。
本发明的另一目的还涉及二芳胺衍生物,防治农业和园艺业重要的作物和/或家畜和种畜和/或人类常去的环境中的植物致病性真菌的方法。尤其是,化合物的用量在每公顷10克-1000克内变化。
为了实际应用于农业,使用含一种或多种本发明的二芳胺衍生物的组合物通常是有益的。
因此,本发明的另一目的涉及含一种或多种二芳胺衍生物作为活性成分的杀菌组合物,组合物中活性成分的重量百分含量为0.1-99%。
组合物的使用形式可以是干粉、可湿性粉剂、乳油、微乳剂、糊剂、颗粒剂、溶液、悬浮剂等,组合物类型的选择取决于具体的应用。
组合物是以已知方法制备的,例如任选在表面活性剂的存在下,通过用溶剂介质和/或固体稀释剂稀释或溶解活性物质。
可用的固体稀释剂或载体例如是:二氧化硅、高岭土、膨润土、滑石、硅藻土、白云石、碳酸钙、氧化镁、白垩、粘土、合成硅酸盐、硅镁土、海泡石等。
除水以外,可用的液体稀释剂还包括如芳族有机溶剂(二甲苯或烷基苯的混合物、氯苯等),石蜡(石油馏分),醇类(甲醇、丙醇、丁醇、辛醇、甘油),酯类(乙酸乙酯、乙酸异丁酯等),酮类(环己酮、丙酮、苯乙酮、异佛尔酮、乙基戊基酮等),酰胺类(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮等)。
可用的表面活性剂包括烷基磺酸盐、烷基芳基磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯烷基酚、山梨醇的聚氧乙烯酯、木质素磺酸盐等的钠、钙、三乙基胺或三乙醇胺盐。
组合物还可含特殊的添加剂用于特定的目的,例如含有粘合剂如阿拉伯胶、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等。
上述组合物中活性成分的浓度可根据活性成分、使用目的、环境条件和采用的制剂类型而在宽范围内改变。活性成分浓度范围通常为0.1-99%,优选5-60%。
如果需要,可以向组合物中添加能与本发明的二芳胺衍生物兼容的其他活性成分,例如其他杀螨剂/杀虫剂、杀真菌剂、植物生长调节剂、抗生素、除草剂、肥料。
但所述组合物的形式并不仅限于此,也可将一种或两种或多种组合形式的化合物混合以作为活性成分。
几种常见剂型的配制方法举例如下:
悬浮剂的配制:常用配方中活性组分含量为5-35%。以水为介质,将原药、分散剂、助悬剂和抗冻剂等加入砂磨机中,进行研磨,制成悬浮剂。
水乳剂的配制:将原药、溶剂和乳化剂加在一起,使溶解成均匀油相。将水、抗冻剂等混合一起,成为均一水相。在高速搅拌下,将水相加入到油相或将油相加入到水相,形成分散性良好的水乳剂。本发明的水乳剂活性组分含量一般为5%-15%。为制备浓乳剂,本发明的二芳胺衍生物可溶解于一种或数种混合溶剂,再加入乳化剂来增强化合物在水中的分散效果。
可湿性粉剂的配制:按配方要求,将原药、各种表面活性剂及固体稀释剂等充分混合,经超细粉碎机粉碎后,即得到预定含量(例如10-60%)的可湿性粉剂产品。为制备适于喷洒用的可湿性粉剂,本发明的二芳胺衍生物可以和研细的固体粉末如粘土、无机硅酸盐、碳酸盐以及润湿剂、粘合剂和/或分散剂组成混合物。
水分散性粒剂的配制:将原药和粉状固体稀释剂、润湿展着剂及粘合剂等进行混合粉碎,再加水捏合后,加入装有一定规格筛网的造粒机中进行造粒,然后再经干燥、筛分(按筛网范围)。也可将原药、分散剂、崩解剂和润湿剂及固体稀释剂加入砂磨机中,以水为介质研磨,制成悬浮剂,然后进行喷雾干燥造粒,通常配制含量为20-30%颗粒状产品。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施方式和实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施方式和实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限制本发明的范围。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
通过具体的实施例和对比例进一步说明本发明,但是,应当理解为,这些实施例仅仅是用于更详细地说明之用,而不应理解为用于以任何形式限制本发明。
实施例1:化合物23的制备
室温搅拌下向含18.8g(00.1mol)2,6-二氯苯并恶唑的150mL乙腈溶液中加入16.4g(0.1mol)3,6-二氯-4-氨基哒嗪,27g碳酸钾,升温回流搅拌反应2-3小时,TLC监测反应完毕后,减压蒸除溶剂,剩余物加入过量水中,搅拌,过滤并依次水洗、石油醚洗得白色固体26.2g,产率83.2%。(1HNMR,400MHz,内标TMS,溶剂CDCl3)δppm 8.83(1H,s),7.82(1H,s),7.56(1H,d),7.48(1H,d),7.35(1H,d)。
实施例2:化合物75的制备
室温搅拌下向含18.7g(0.1mol)2,6-二氯苯并咪唑的150mL乙腈溶液中加入16.4g(0.1mol)3,6-二氯-4-氨基哒嗪,26g碳酸钾,升温回流搅拌反应2-3小时,TLC监测反应完毕后,减压蒸除溶剂,剩余物加入过量水中,搅拌,过滤并依次水洗、石油醚洗得白色固体26.8g,产率86.4%。(1HNMR,400MHz,内标TMS,溶剂(CDCl3)δppm 8.80(1H,s),7.78(1H,s),7.50(1H,d),7.45(1H,d),7.32(1H,d)。
实施例3化合物23的钠盐制备
室温搅拌下向含31.6g(0.1mol)化合物23的100mL甲醇溶液中加入4g(0.1mol)氢氧化钠,室温搅拌反应2-3小时,减压蒸除溶剂,得白色固体36.1g,产率99%。(1HNMR,400MHz,内标TMS,溶剂D2O)δppm 8.90(1H,s),7.65(1H,d),7.52(1H,s),7.38(1H,d)。

实例4:30%可湿性粉剂
将化合物2及其他组分充分混合,经超细粉碎机粉碎后,即得到30%的可湿性粉剂产品。
实例5:40%浓悬浮剂
将化合物1及其他组分充分混合,由此得到的浓悬浮剂,用水稀释所得悬浮剂可得到任何所需浓度的稀释液。
实例6:60%水分散性粒剂
将化合物23及其他组分混合粉碎,再加水捏合后,加入10-100目筛网的造粒机中进行造粒,然后再经干燥、筛分(按筛网范围)。
试验例杀菌活性测定
本发明二芳胺衍生物对农业领域中的多种病菌都表现出很好的活性,活性测试方法及部分测定结果如下。
活体保护活性测定:采用活体盆栽测定方法。待测化合物原药用少量丙酮(丙酮与喷液量的体积比等于0.05)溶解,用含有0.1%吐温80的水稀释至所需的浓度。喷雾施药到植物试材上,24小时后进行病害接种。接种后,将植物放在人工气候室中培养,24小时后将植物试材移入温室培养。待对照充分发病后(通常为一周时间)进行化合物防病效果评估。
本发明的二芳胺衍生物抑菌活性测试结果如下:
药液浓度为400ppm时,列表化合物3、23、6、40、41、58、75、78、114对黄瓜霜霉病、番茄晚疫病防效达100%。
药液浓度为25ppm时,列表化合物23、114对黄瓜霜霉病、番茄晚疫病防效达90%以上;化合物75对黄瓜炭疽病防效100%。
本发明的化合物对危害农业生产的重要病害有很好的防治效果,具有广阔的应用前景。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

1.一种用作杀真菌剂的二芳胺衍生物,其特征在于,所述二芳胺衍生物的结构式如下所示:
其中,R1、R2可相同或不同,分别选自氢、卤素、氰基、C1-C12烷基、卤代C1-C4烷基、C1-C4烷氧基、卤代C1-C4烷氧基、C1-C4烷胺基、C1-C4烷硫基、C1-C4烷基磺酰基;
R3选自氢、钾、钠、钙、C1-C4烷基、卤代C1-C4烷基、C1-C4烷基羰基、卤代C1-C4烷基羰基、C1-C4烷氧基羰基、卤代C1-C4烷氧基羰基、C1-C4烷胺基羰基、卤代C1-C4烷胺基羰基、C1-C4烷基磺酰基、卤代C1-C4烷基磺酰基;
X选自O、S或NR5;
R4为一种或多种的取代基,各自独立地选自卤素、氰基、NO2、羧基、羟基、C1-C4烷基、卤代C1-C4烷基、C1-C4烷氧基、卤代C1-C4烷氧基、C1-C4烷基C1-C4烷氧基、C1-C4烷氧基C1-C4烷氧基、C1-C4烷氧基羰基、卤代C1-C4烷氧基羰基、C1-C4烷胺基羰基、卤代C1-C4烷胺基羰基、C1-C4烷基磺酰基、卤代C1-C4烷基磺酰基;

所述R4为一种或多种取代基,各自独立地选自卤素、氰基、NO2、羧基、羟基、C1-C4烷基、卤代C1-C4烷基、C1-C4烷氧基、卤代C1-C4烷氧基、C1-C4烷基C1-C4烷氧基、C1-C4烷氧基C1-C4烷氧基、C1-C4烷氧基羰基、卤代C1-C4烷氧基羰基、C1-C4烷胺基羰基、卤代C1-C4烷胺基羰基、C1-C4烷基磺酰基、卤代C1-C4烷基磺酰基;
R5选自氢。

7.权利要求1-5任一项所述的二芳胺衍生物或权利要求6所述的盐在防治真菌病害中的应用。
8.根据权利要求7所述的二芳胺衍生物在防治真菌病害中的应用,其特征在于,所述真菌病害包括霜霉病、白锈病、猝倒病、绵腐病、疫病、晚疫病、枯萎病、根腐病、立枯病、炭疽病、黄萎病、黑星病、灰霉病、褐斑病、黑斑病、斑枯病、早疫病、轮纹病、稻瘟病、锈病、黑穗病、白粉病或菌核病。
9.一种杀菌组合物,其特征在于,含有如权利要求1-6任一项所述的二芳胺衍生物作为活性组分。
10.根据权利要求9所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于所述活性组分在杀菌组合物中的重量百分含量为0.1-99%。
