The pull rod resetting component can be driven by the driving cylinder 9 to reset the pull rod 8, and can also be an elastic resetting component, for example, in some embodiments shown in fig. 1, the pull rod resetting component comprises a disc spring 19, the disc spring 19 provides an axial acting force for the pull rod 8, the disc spring 19 is compressed in the cutter unloading process, and when the driving cylinder 9 retracts upwards, the disc spring 19 releases the elastic force to push the pull rod 8 to move upwards for resetting.
Further, in some embodiments, the pull rod resetting assembly further includes a disc spring cover 20, the disc spring cover 20 is located on the top of the disc spring 19, the disc spring 19 and the disc spring cover 20 are both sleeved outside the shaft core 6, and the disc spring cover 20 abuts against the lower end surface of the first bevel gear 13 under the action of the disc spring 19. The lower end of the disc spring 19 abuts against the upper bearing 5, and the upper bearing 5 is biased by the disc spring 19.
Further, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the lower end of the piston 14 is provided with a disc spring cover pressing structure 21, when the piston 14 of the driving cylinder 9 extends downward, before the first bevel gear 13 contacts the second bevel gear 18, the disc spring cover pressing structure 21 contacts the disc spring cover 20 to compress the disc spring 19, and the first bevel gear 13 is separated from the disc spring cover 20. The disc spring cover pressing structure 21 avoids the first bevel gear 13 and the second bevel gear 18 by providing the radial extension portion 22 and the axial extension portion 23, so that a space is provided for the bevel gear transmission fit and the piston 14 and the pull rod 8 to fit.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, in order to realize the central water outlet function, the piston 14 and the pull rod 8 are provided with central water holes 24 and 25, and cooling water can reach the cutter from the piston 14 and the pull rod 8, so that cutting cooling and cleaning are realized. The rotating shaft 17 penetrates through a central water hole 24 of the piston 14, the rotating shaft 17 divides the central water hole 24 of the piston 14 into an upper section and a lower section, and a ring groove 26 is arranged at the intersection of the outer circular surface of the rotating shaft 17 and the central water hole 24, so that a passage for communicating the upper section and the lower section of the central water hole 24 is formed at the intersection of the rotating shaft 17 and the central water hole 24.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the inner pistons of the driving cylinders are all round in the moving process, so that in the old structure, the pistons can rotate in the moving process, thereby influencing the service life of the pull rod and the disc spring. In the new structure, the rotating shaft plays a role of axial fixation, so that the piston cannot rotate, and the broach structures such as a pull rod, a disc spring, a chuck and the like are protected.
