As a preferred embodiment, the mating taper of the tapered bore (51) and the tapered land (61) is between 4-10 degrees.
In the telescopic multifunctional puncture-preventing indwelling needle, the outer diameter of the radial expansion section (100) of the inner catheter (2) is matched with the inner diameter of the outer sleeve (1), so that the outer peripheral surface of the radial expansion section (100) is tightly attached to the inner surface of the outer sleeve (1). The close fitting at this time forms a closed partition, and a gap is prevented from occurring between the outer peripheral surface of the radially expanded section (100) and the inner surface of the outer sleeve (1), so that liquid in the front cavity is prevented from entering the cavity of the outer sleeve (1) at the rear end of the fitting portion.
As a preferred embodiment, the axial middle part of the inner needle seat (6) is provided with an annular bulge (62) in the radial direction, and the diameter of the annular bulge (62) is matched with the outer diameter of the radial expansion section (100) and the inner diameter of the outer sleeve (1). In the telescopic multifunctional puncture-preventing indwelling needle, the inner diameter of a narrow sleeve section (300) of an outer sleeve (1) is smaller than the outer diameter of a radial expansion section (100) of an inner catheter (2). The design ensures that the narrow sleeve section (300) of the outer sleeve (1) forms a limiting structure, can prevent the inner catheter (2) from being separated from the outer sleeve (1) when moving axially, and ensures that the puncture needle (4), the inner needle seat (6) and the radial expansion section (100) of the inner catheter (2) are always positioned in a cavity formed by the indwelling hose (3), the outer needle seat (5) and the outer sleeve (1). In the state of indwelling transfusion, the radial expansion section (100) of the inner catheter (2) is locked and fixed in an interference fit mode at the narrow sleeve section (300) of the outer sleeve (1). As a preferred embodiment, corresponding marks are provided on the walls of the radially expanded section (100) and the narrow sleeve section (300) to identify the final position to be reached for the rearward axial movement of the radially expanded section (100) to avoid the locking being fixed in place or being forced too hard. As an example of a marking, a coloured identification line for alignment purposes may be provided.
Suitably, the inner diameter of the rear end opening (12) of the outer sleeve (1) is matched with the outer diameter size of the inner catheter (2), and the design is beneficial to strengthening the limiting function, improving the radial stability (avoiding angular offset) of the inner catheter (2) during axial movement, and also avoiding the pollution of the cavity between the inner catheter (2) and the outer sleeve (1) by external pollutants.
In the telescopic multifunctional puncture-preventing indwelling needle of the present invention, the materials of the components should meet the medical standards, which is easily thought and confirmed by those skilled in the art, for example, the indwelling hose (3) may be made of FEP material, the puncture needle (4) is made of metal material, and the inner needle holder (6) and the outer needle holder (5) are made of hard plastic. The outer sleeve (1) and the inner catheter (2) are preferably made of soft plastic from the standpoint of improving comfort of use for the patient.
As a preferred embodiment, the outer sleeve (1) is provided with a wing part (11) for holding at the outer periphery side of the front end part so as to be convenient for medical staff to operate; in the initial state, the section of the inner catheter (2) exposed outside the outer sleeve (1) is provided with a liquid stopping clamp; the rear end of the inner catheter (2) is connected with a joint (21) so as to be convenient for connecting an injection, blood sampling or transfusion device.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) Has multiple functions of injection, blood sampling and transfusion. After the puncture needle (4) punctures the skin and carries the indwelling hose (3) into the blood vessel, the puncture needle (4), the cavity of the inner needle seat (6) and the inner catheter (2) form a liquid flow passage. At this time, the blood collection can be achieved by connecting the blood collection device at the connector (21) through the flow channel, or the injection operation can be reversely performed through the connector (21), the inner catheter (2), the cavity of the inner needle seat (6) and the puncture needle (4) by the connected injection device. During transfusion operation, the puncture needle (4), the inner needle seat (6) and the inner catheter (2) which are integrally and fixedly connected are pulled backwards along the axial direction, so that a first liquid flow channel and a second liquid flow channel are formed. The infusion operation can be performed by connecting the infusion device at the joint (21).
(2) The stab-resistant safety is high. The puncture needle (4) does not need to be separated and detached after the operation is kept somewhere, but returns to the inside of the cavity of the outer sleeve (1), so that the puncture of medical staff can be effectively prevented, the operation is convenient, and the difficulty of learning and putting on hands is low.
(3) Has improved use comfort. The outer sleeve (1) is soft and transparent, the blood return state of the puncture needle (4) can be observed, and when the puncture needle is placed, the outer sleeve (1) can be bent and attached to the skin, so that the body feeling of a patient is more comfortable.
(4) Simple structure, easy production and use, low cost and easy popularization.

During the process of puncturing the blood vessel by the puncture needle 4, the inner needle seat 6 and the outer needle seat 5 are tightly attached, and are in a locking and fixing state under the action of air pressure difference, so that a supporting force is provided for the puncturing process. After the puncture needle 4 punctures the skin and carries the indwelling hose 3 into the blood vessel, the injection or blood sampling device connected with the rear end of the inner catheter 2 can directly perform injection or blood sampling operation, or is matched with the infusion device to perform infusion operation after being switched to an indwelling infusion state.
To switch to the indwelling infusion state, the general steps include: the wing 11 is held by one hand, the inner catheter 2 is pulled to the rear side by one hand, so that the locking of the inner needle seat 6 and the outer needle seat 5 is released, the inner catheter 2 carries the inner needle seat 6 and the puncture needle 4 to move to the rear side of the outer sleeve 1 until the radial expansion section 100 of the inner catheter 2 is fixed at the narrow sleeve section 300 at the rear end of the outer sleeve 1 in an interference locking manner, and the puncture needle 4 is completely retracted into the cavity of the outer sleeve 1 from the indwelling hose 3.
At the moment when the conical table 61 and the conical hole 51 are separated, the diversion hole 64 is communicated with the inner cavity of the outer sleeve 1, and liquid can flow into the front section cavity 200 of the outer sleeve 1 from the inner cavity 63 and the diversion hole 64. The cavity of the front-side section cavity 200 gradually increases with the backward movement of the inner catheter 2, and the liquid continuously flows into and fills the cavity from the diversion holes 64. FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing a cross-sectional structure of the indwelling infusion device. In this state, the liquid flows through the passage of the inner catheter 2-inner flow chamber 63-deflector hole 64-front side section cavity 200-indwelling hose 3 and the passage of the inner catheter 2-inner flow chamber 63-piercing needle 4-front side section cavity 200-indwelling hose 3 simultaneously, so that the flow rate meets the requirement of indwelling transfusion.
Fig. 6 is an enlarged partial schematic view of the rear end portion of the outer sleeve of fig. 5.
Application examples

The sleeve type multifunctional puncture-proof retention needle is communicated with the infusion apparatus through a joint 21 at the rear end of the inner catheter 2, and after the exhaust operation is carried out by using the liquid medicine, the hand-held wing part 11 is used for carrying out vascular puncture. After blood return occurs in the inner catheter 2 through the transparent outer sleeve 1 and the inner catheter 2, the inner catheter 2 is pulled to enable the puncture needle 4 to slowly withdraw from the indwelling hose 3 until the radially expanded section 100 of the inner catheter 2 is in interference locking fixation at the narrow sleeve section 300 at the rear end of the outer sleeve 1, and meanwhile, the puncture needle 4 is completely withdrawn from the indwelling hose 3 into the cavity of the outer sleeve 1. The infusion set is then carried out by fixing the outer cannula 1 at the wings 11 using an adhesive tape and fixing the inner catheter 2 adjacent the rear end opening 12 of the outer cannula 1 (this is an optional operation, fixing the inner catheter 2 helps to prevent mishandling and thus breaking the locking fixation between it and the outer cannula 1).
